Abstract

Demak Regency asone of the autonomous regions has authority derived from Law No. 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning, the authority for spatial planning is regulated in Article 11 that: the authority of the district/city regional government in implementing spatial planning includes: a. regulation, guidance and supervision of the implementation of the planning district/city regional space and district/city strategic areas.This writing aims to find out what the Spatial and Regional Planning Policy is related to Space Utilization in Demak Regency and how effective the Spatial Utilization policy is through the role of Notaries as Officials Making Land Deeds. The method used is a sociological juridical approach, the data used is primary data and secondary data, the theory used to analyze the problem is the theory of authority and the theory of effectiveness. The research results show 1. Space utilization in Demak district, namely: 1) Land use in Demak district is rice fields (58.79%). Non-paddy agricultural land consisting of fields/gardens, ponds and community forests occupies 23.13% of the total area, while the remainder (18.08%) is used for housing, industry, trade and offices as well as other public infrastructure. 2) Regional development, one example of developing industrial designated areas as referred to in article 64 of the 2011 Demak Regency RTRW Regional Regulation. Industrial designated areas are mostly in Demak Regency with an area of approximately 7,646 ha. The largest industrial area allocation is in Sayung and Karangtengah sub-districts because it is a top priority in the National Industrial Development Master Plan. 2. The effectiveness of Spatial Planning policies in Demak Regency through the role of the notary as PPAT, carried out in procedures for making authentic deeds related to land, must go through technical considerations for the activity of issuing suitability of space utilization activities issued by the Demak Regency Land Office and Approval of Space Utilization Activities. issued by the Peran Demak district government through the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services.

Abstract

Purpose of sanctionscriminal fines and compensation in corruption crimeslegal justice perspective. Research methods usedNormative juridical uses three research approaches: the statute approach, the conceptual approach, and the comparative approach.Results of the research on sanctionscriminal fines and compensation in corruption crimesdoes not provide legal justice and a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption, because the fine imposed can be replaced with imprisonment and the length of imprisonment does not correspond to the amount of state financial losses. The law is said to provide a sense of justice if it produces legitimate legal consequences and if the law achieves its goal of directing or changing human behavior into lawful behavior.

Abstract

Strengthening religious moderation It is important to instill religious moderation in the younger generation such as school students. Because in fact, there are many cases where students have a radical understanding of religion. in religion, this happens due to the indoctrination of radical ideas to students through da'wah institutions at school. Therefore, researchers formulated this research with the title "Strengthening Religious Moderation through Islamic Spirituality at SMA Negeri 1 Binjang Through Islamic Spirituality at SMA Negeri 1 Binjai". The purpose of the research is to outline the function of Islamic Spirituality in strengthening religious moderation, know the form of implementation of strengthening religious moderation through Islamic Spirituality and describe the implications of strengthening religious moderation through the Islamic Spirituality at SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative research is a method used to research the conditions of objects that occur naturally and at the same time the researcher becomes the key instrument. becomes the key instrument. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is done with interactive analysis techniques. interactive analysis techniques. The results showed that Islamic Spirituality functions strategically in strengthening religious moderation at SMA Negeri 1 Binjai, the implementation of strengthening religious moderation is carried out with the activities of Romansa Greeting and proselytizing campaigns via YouTube and social media, the implications can be seen by the increase in students' religious moderation in the environment. can be seen by the increase in students' religious moderation attitudes in the school environment.

Abstract

The speed of Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) prioritizes the smooth running of the process, but without neglecting the precision and thoroughness, prudence and accuracy in handling it. This study aims to: 1) Know and analyze the efforts of the Jepara Regency Government in the Complete Systematic Land Registration program at the Jepara Regency Land Office 2) Know and analyze the obstacles faced by the Jepara Regency Government in carrying out the Complete Systematic Land Registration program at the Jepara Regency Land Office 3) Know and analyze how to overcome these obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration program at the Jepara District Land Office. The legal research used is an empirical legal research approach. The specification of the research used is analytical descriptive in nature, namely research that describes legal phenomena, describes in a factual and accurate systematic manner the government's efforts to realize a certified land program for the people in the work area of the Jepara Regency Land Office and provides an assessment of the results of the description without intending to provide conclusions that are general. The results of the research and discussion show that the Jepara Regency Government's efforts in the Complete Systematic Land Registration program at the Jepara Regency Land Office are by carrying out the Complete Certificate Land Registration (PTSL) program in every sub-district in Jepara Regency.Keywords :  Effort; Government; Systematic.

Abstract

Perlakuan bias dan stereotipe masih banyak dijumpai di Sekolah Dasar, terutama terkait dengan peran gender dan kemampuan akademik. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah menganalisis bentuk-bentuk stereotip, dan proses pembentukan identitas siswa dampak stereotip dan strategi sekolah dalam menanggulanginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi non-parsitipastif, dan dokumentasi pada guru dan siswa. Analisis data melewati tahap reduksi data, penyajian data deskriptif, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi menggunakan triangulitas data. Hasil menunjukan bahwa stereotipe gender masih teridentifikasi dalam interaksi di sekolah dasar.
