Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi pada era globalisasi telah meningkatkan produktifitas berbagai aktivitas manusia bagi setiap bidang dan pekerjaan salah satunya terhadap dunia pendidikan. Inovasi multimedia pembelajaran dihasilkan dari perkembangan teknologi yang dapat membantu proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih fleksibel dengan adanya produk teknologi berbasis aplikasi E-Learning. Metode pembelajaran menggunakan sistem e-learning dapat membantu pendidik dan pelajar dalam distribusi materi pembelajaran dengan internet yang saling terhubung dimana saja dan kapan saja sehingga dapat memaksimalkan waktu pembelajaran di ruang kelas yang terbatas. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, aplikasi e-learning dapat dikembangkan menjadi lebih komunikatif . WebRTC merupakan salah satu teknologi yang dapat membuat aplikasi e-learning memiliki fitur/menu yang dapat memiliki akses komunikasi secara real time dari penggunanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan penggunaan sebuah aplikasi E-Learning yang memiliki teknologi WebRTC untuk penunjang fasilitas belajar mengajar dari jarak jauh agar bisa tetap terlaksana.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate isotherm adsorption of carbon microparticles from pineapple peel waste. Carbon microparticles were prepared by carbonizing pineapple peel waste at 215-250°C and grinding using a saw-milling process. To investigate adsorption properties of carbon microparticles, experiments were done by evaluating adsorption of curcumin (as a model of adsorbate) in the ambient temperature and pressure under constant pH condition. To confirm the adsorption characteristics, carbon particles with different sizes (i.e., 100, 125, and 200 ?m) were tested, and the adsorption results were compared with several standard isotherm adsorption models: Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin, and Dubinin- Radushkevich. To support the adsorption analysis, several characterizations (i.e., optical microscope, sieve test, and Fourier transform infrared analysis) were conducted. The adsorption test showed that the adsorption profile is fit to the Freundlich model for all variations, indicating the multilayer adsorption process on heterogeneous surfaces and interactions between adsorbate molecules. The results from other isotherm models also confirmed that the adsorption process occurs physically via Van der Waals force in binding adsorbate on the surface of adsorbent.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that Physiotherapy Services at Permata Hati Hospital for BPJS patients are carried out scheduling or physiotherapy protocol data by writing on the form paper provided and then given to the patient. Besides being given to the patient, the form is also stored by the physiotherapy poly section. The problem that often occurs is that the physiotherapy poly officer must also rewrite the BPJS patient's physiotherapy protocol data in the ledger as data for the next physiotherapy schedule. If you want to find physiotherapy protocol data, it is difficult to do because you have to look one by one in the ledger. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for poly officers to process physiotherapy protocol data in a computerized manner through the design of BPJS patient physiotherapy protocol data applications at Permata Hati Hospital by applying the waterfall method and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that in blackbox testing, the results were obtained in accordance with what was expected starting from the login form test to the patient data input form. Furthermore, testing using the SUS method obtained an average value of 70.75 with a total of 10 respondents and a total of 10 statements. There are 3 components of the System Usability Scale method, namely Acceptable, Grade Scale and Adjective, each component of the results is still at a good value and the level of application is quite comfortable to be used by users.

Abstract

Laptops have become a primary need for almost everyone, but the damage rate is also high. Manual diagnosis of laptop damage requires special expertise and is prone to errors that can exacerbate damage. The purpose of this study was to develop an expert system based on the forward chaining method to diagnose laptop damage. Data obtained through expert interviews, literature study, and the internet comprised 13 symptoms and five main types of laptop damage. Relate data in tables to form IF-THEN rules of the forward chaining method. The test results on six symptoms indicate that the system can diagnose IC Power damage with 100% accuracy, which is the highest diagnosis. In conclusion, the forward chaining method can diagnose laptop damage based on emerging symptoms.

Abstract

Kelurahan Andalas memiliki jumlah ibu hamil paling banyak tiga bulan terakhir dibanding kelurahan lain yaitu 185 orang dengan komplikasi anemia dan kurang energi kronis (KEK) sebanyak 37 orang (20%). Gizi ibu hamil berkaitan dengan kejadian stunting. Dilihat dari status gizi balita, kejadian stunting untuk daerah ini masih tinggi yaitu sekitar 25%, terdiri dari anak balita pada kategori berat badan kurang (8,5%), gizi kurang (7,1%) dan pendek (9,4%). Gizi masih menjadi fenomena masalah di daerah ini, sehingga dibutuhkan pendampingan ibu hamil dalam penggunaan terapi herbal dengan tujuan meningkatkan status gizi ibu dan mencegah terjadinyas stunting pada anak. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan ibu hamil dalam penggunaan terapi herbal dengan media digital flip pdf dan video edukasi berflatform tiktok di RW 05 Kelurahan Andalas dengan sasaran 15 orang ibu hamil. Hasil nilai pretest didapatkan nilai terendah 7 dan tertinggi 12 Nilai posttest didapatkan nilai terendah 15 dan tertinggi 18. Nilai rata-rata pretest yaitu 11 dan posttest yaitu 16,6. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan melalui pendampingan ibu hamil dalam penggunaan terapi herbal dengan media digital flip pdf dan video edukasi berflatform tiktok.

Abstract

This study develops a Tetris game controlled through hand gestures using a machine learning model. The primary objective of this research is to create an interactive and responsive gaming experience by utilizing hand gesture detection as the main control mechanism. A hand gesture dataset was collected from videos segmented into individual frames, which were then analyzed using MediaPipe to detect and label gestures. The machine learning model employs a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) trained to recognize hand gesture patterns and translate them into commands within the game. After implementation, an evaluation was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 18 Informatics students at Adzkia University to assess the system's comfort and responsiveness. The questionnaire results showed a high satisfaction level, with an average score of 84.56, covering evaluations of control ease, gesture detection accuracy, and system responsiveness. The average score for ease of use reached 85, indicating that the majority of users found the gesture-based controls comfortable. This study demonstrates that applying machine learning models in gesture-based control games can provide a more interactive and responsive experience, with potential applications in other interactive technologies.

Abstract

The increasing volume and complexity of sales transaction data in the digital era have prompted companies and organizations to capitalize on the valuable information it holds. Understanding purchase patterns in sales transaction data is critical for discerning product associations and consumer behavior, thus optimizing marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. This study concentrates on assessing the performance of the Apriori algorithm, a popular association analysis technique, in clustering sales transaction data to uncover purchase patterns. Using sales transaction data from retail stores, which includes customer identities and purchased products, the Apriori algorithm identifies frequent itemsets that represent common purchase patterns. The results of the purchase pattern analysis and product associations offer valuable insights for companies to fine-tune marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience. The research demonstrates that the Apriori algorithm effectively identifies frequent purchase patterns and product associations in sales transaction data. The algorithm's efficiency makes it suitable for analyzing retail sales data effectively. This research contributes to understanding the Apriori algorithm's performance in analyzing sales transaction data for purchase pattern analysis, empowering businesses to make informed decisions based on product associations and customer preferences.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat memberdayakan keterampilan berpikir kritis . Media flipbook digunakan agar siswa lebih termotivasi dalam belajar dan tidak cenderung membosankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui penerapan model Problem  Based Learning (PBL) berbasis media flipbook. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Eksperimental dan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 6 terdiri dari 24 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X IPA 7 25 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah 25 butir soal pilihan ganda dengan indikator mencakup menganalisis (C4), megevaluasi (C5) dan mencipta (C6). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t yang dilanjutkan uji N-gain, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 83,04 dan kontrol sebesar 72,83, terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dengan menggunakan uji N-Gain diperoleh hasil sebesar 73% dengan kategori cukup efektif, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam kategori cukup efektif pada pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL)  berbasis media Flipbook pada materi Pencemaran Lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Flipbook, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

Baznas Kota Padang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan zakat, infak, dan sedekah yang menuntut kinerja pegawai yang profesional dan akuntabel. Namun, sistem penilaian kinerja yang digunakan saat ini masih manual belum terintegrasi secara digital. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi penilaian kinerja pegawai berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan metode TOPSIS dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu Mengumpulkan data alternatif, data kriteria yang diberi nilai bobot, data sub kriteria, data penilaian seluruh alternatif, data perhitungan dan hasil akhir. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap: pra-persiapan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.  Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh adalah Mitra PkM menjadi lebih mudah melakukan penilaian dan aplikasi mendukung pencapaian target kinerja lembaga dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis web didukung dengan hasil evaluasi melalui pengisian kuesioner bahwa responden memberikan nilai 77,8%. Kesimpulan akhir adalah diharapkan program PkM ini dapat terus berkelanjutan, sehingga Baznas Kota Padang bisa bertransformasi menuju evaluasi kinerja pegawai yang lebih terstruktur dengan dukungan aplikasi.

Abstract

Authentication based on one-Time Password (OTP) is one method that is widely used in securing access to web systems. This study aims to analyze in depth the effectiveness and weaknesses of the OTP authentication system in preventing unauthorized access. Through a qualitative approach based on literature studies, as well as comparisons between other authentication methods, it was found that OTP is able to increase a significant additional layer of security, especially when combined with other authentication methods such as passwords or biometrics. However, this system still has various weaknesses, such as the risk of phishing attacks, man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks, and vulnerabilities to SIM swapping attacks, especially in the implementation of OTP via SMS. Dependence on user devices and communication networks is also a limiting factor in the effectiveness of OTP. This study provides recommendations for the implementation of strengthening measures such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), the use of authenticator applications, and the implementation of end-to-end encryption to reduce security risks. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for system developers and organizations in choosing and implementing authentication methods that are more secure and in accordance with current cybersecurity needs.
