Abstract

There are five telecommunications operators in Indonesia, including Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo, XL Axiata, Tri (3), and Smart Telecom compete to bring the latest 4G technologies as part of corporate strategy into the forefront of mobile communications services. PT XYZ is a multinational company engaged in the field of telecommunications services. The management of PT XYZ Surabaya targeting employee reporting can be increased up to 100%. This study aims to determine how much influence the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on employee performance PT XYZ Surabaya with SEM-PLS method. The results of this study are extrinsic motivation variable that is most dominant supervision directly affects the performance of employees. Besides the variable performance of employees able to be explained by 0.655 or 65.5% by variable intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, while 34.5% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Peningkatan produktifitas padi sangat penting bagi petani dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar pangan masyarakat Indonesia. terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh petani diantaranya cuaca ekstrim dan juga serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT). gabungan kelompok tani (GAPOKTAN) di kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya juga mengalami kendala yang sama. tanaman yang dibudidayakan GAPOKTAN bersifat musiman sehingga diperlukan inovasi alat pengusir burung bersifat portable. inovasi alat pengusir hama burung telah banyak dikembangkan akan tetapi yang menggunakan suara yang bersifat portable belum banyak dikembangkan. tim peneliti menggunakan Arduino nano, relay dan aki kedalam suatu rangkaian listrik di dalam rangka dan memasangkan motor DC serta menghubungkan ke relay agar bandul pemukul dapat berputal-memukul kaleng sesuai dengan waktu yang telah diatur frekuensinya. Feedback positif dari petani untuk alat tersebut sangat positif, karena dirasa mampu mengusir hama burung pipit secara maksimal dan memberikan waktu yang efisien dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Teknologi inovasi pada bidang financial dimanfaatkan kurang optimal oleh beberapa lapisan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah program pemerintah dalam memperkenalkan sistem pembayaran cashless pada setiap transaksi, salah satunya contohnya adalah sistem pembayaran gate gerbang tol yang menggunakan electronic wallet (berbasis chip) yang bekerjasama dengan Bank. Masyarakat pengguna jalan tol dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan sistem pembayaran tersebut. Sistem pembayaran cashless (berbasis server) juga mampu merebut hati konsumen, aplikasi dompet elektronik yang diminati adalah OVO dan GoPay. Sistem cashless tersebut banyak dimanfaatkan pada proses pembayaran merchant food & beverage, tagihan listrik, pengisian pulsa, moda transportasi, dan lainnya. Perusahaan-perusahaan financial technology berlomba dalam memenangkan hati pelanggannya. Salah satu bentuk usaha adalah sistem keamanan yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan. Dalam dunia bisnis, pertanyaan mendasar adalah mencari strategi yang sesuai agar perusahaan e-wallet mampu bersaing. Salah satu caranya adalah menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan penggunaan e-wallet. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa didapatkan bahwa baik harga dan keamanan transaksi dalam e-wallet berpengaruh signifikan kurang dari 5% terhadap keputusan pembelian baik dari segi informasi yang didapatkan pengguna secara mandiri sebesar 3,9%, maupun pada proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian sebesar 0%.

Abstract

The research designs an extensive performance measurement system for distributors of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk by employing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology. The research examines how the company has struggled to reach Revenue, Sales Volume and EBITDA targets because bulk cement sales experienced a 13.5% rise in demand yet did not fulfill RKAP expectations. The research targets distributor performance assessment since distributors substantially boost company sales beyond direct sales activities. BSC provides organizations with a method to create distributor-level metrics that support corporate objectives through financial and customer and internal process and learning and growth criteria. The study extends key performance indicators (KPIs) from the Corporate Sales Group through multiple levels to distributor performance metrics which include volume while measuring revenue together with market share and customer satisfaction as well as operational efficiency. The introduction of this system during 2024 effectively boosted distributor performance through its 101.6% success in meeting sales targets along with 0.2% higher market share achievement. The research offers final recommendations that support ongoing personnel training as well as periodic KPI socialization alongside plans for additional studies to advance performance assessment systems across the Corporate Sales Group.

Abstract

Accelerated development is a government strategy, this is done to reduce social inequality between regions. The government, through "Presidential Regulation no. 80 of 2019" concerning the acceleration of development encouraged East Java by disbursing Rp 294.3 trillion to realize national strategic projects. This is done to accelerate the economic turnover in East Java.The number of projects that are being worked on, entrepreneurs consider it a good opportunity to try a business in the heavy equipment rental service industry sector. Before an investor makes a decision to invest, he should look at these opportunities from several business sectors so that he can get benefits in the future.The application of the right business model will make the heavy equipment rental business run as expected, from a financial point of view it can be controlled properly. The right business model for running a heavy equipment rental business is Business model cavas, which is a strategic management tool for defining and communicating ideas or concepts quickly and easily. After the business model is created, it is necessary to analyze it from a financial point of view by applying the BMC scheme that has been made. It aims to see whether the business is feasible or not feasible to be realized. However, in starting the establishment of a heavy equipment rental service business entity, it is necessary to focus on certain types of heavy equipment in order to maximize marketing and sharpen knowledge of these knowledge products.In this research, the decision of the type of heavy equipment selected is based on data from the POKJA and observation and compiles the two data. After compiling, the most relevant dump truck type heavy equipment in East Java is obtained, where the heavy equipment is most widely used in project planning in East Java. Furthermore, the establishment of dump truck rental services will be assessed from a financial point of view to find out whether it is feasible or not feasible for the business to run by applying the BMC scheme that has been made. The results of the financial analysis obtained, from the point of view of the level of investment risk, are: NPV of Rp 26,992,279,788 and PI value of 1.29. From the point of view of the rate of return on investment: IRR value of 18.13% and return on investment based on PP for 6 years and 5 months. Therefore, the establishment of a heavy equipment rental service business entity with the BMC approach scheme is "feasible to run".

Abstract

The demand for new electricity connection services at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado continues to increase in line with the rapid growth of residential housing developments. The current payment model, which only requires one household to pay the connection fee upfront, further increases the risk of uncollected receivables and delays in network construction. This situation highlights the need for a more effective and integrated service improvement strategy. This study aims to formulate priority strategies for improving new electricity connection services for residential customers by considering internal and external factors, customer satisfaction levels, and the potential implementation of an innovative banking mechanism for payment transactions. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews with eight key informants from PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado and housing developers, supported by questionnaires to determine the weights and attractiveness scores (AS) in the SWOT and QSPM matrices. The findings reveal five dominant factors causing delays: limited availability of main distribution materials, repetitive administrative processes, unsynchronized payment mechanisms with construction progress, suboptimal internal coordination, and limited TMP monitoring. SWOT analysis generated ten alternative strategies, and QSPM results identified three priority strategies. The strategy with the highest total attractiveness score (7.03) is collaboration with banks to facilitate payment transactions, followed by partnership with housing developers (6.55), and development of an integrated new connection service (6.26). This research concludes that accelerating new electricity connections can be achieved by integrating innovative banking-based payment mechanisms, improving internal processes, and adopting digital technology support.

Abstract

Development and competition business of transporting had been restrictive. Each operators race competition do innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The customers of PT Pelni from year to year continues to decrease. Although actually PT Pelni also improve themselves, repair service and innovation, but still be unable to improve the number of passengers. This study attempts to know the level customer satisfaction PT Pelni to make known well and innovation that has done is in line with hope customers. The measurement of the customer satisfaction PT Pelni done with the approach servqual method. Aspects which are under consideration includes 5 dimensions main namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy which divided in 29 indicators variable. This research using respondents as the sample. Data analysis used the analysis method servqual and cartesious diagrams. The research results show that there are inconquirity between hope customers by the fact experienced. The largest is in dimension tangible, with the gap an average of -1,3.While gap smallest there are in dimension responsiveness -0,42. Analysis by diagram cartecious show you some attribute in the main priority improvement: furnishings that high quality (2), facilities shopping centers on a vessel (4), the availability of a bed with the corresponding numbers of a ticket (6), size cabin large (7), and the condition a clean room (8). All those attributes including in dimension of tangible.

Abstract

Citizen Business Loan (CBL) constitutes a program poverty alleviation based on economic empowerment of small and medium enterprise. This study focuses on implementation of CBL at Regional Development Bank branch X. The problem is the existing of interdependencies between CBL’s implements (Bank) and the uncertainty of debtor’s capability in returning the credit. The impact of this circumstance is non-performing loan (NPL) becomes relatively high (22%). The ultimate objective is to minimize NPL by designing the model based on the agent that can represent the problem through a simulation using agent-based modeling and simulation (ABMS). The model is considered by managing the probability of the debtor to pay or not based on 5 C categories, they are: character, capacity, capital, condition, and collateral that inherent to each debtor. There are two improvement scenarios proposed in this model. The first scenario only involves the first category of debtor in simulation. The result of this scenario is NPL value as 0%. The second scenario includes the first and second of debtor’s category in simulation and resulting NPL value between 4.6% and 11.4%.
