Quarter life crisis merupakan fase dimana terdapat ketidakstabilan, perubahan terus menerus, dihadapkan pada banyaknya pilihan, serta kepanikan karena rasa tidak berdaya. Diperlukan resiliensi, yaitu kemampuan individu untuk bertahan dan berkembang. Individu yang resilien cenderung memiliki emosi yang terkontrol dan dorongan untuk terus maju dan memperluas sudut perspektif pada hal-hal yang lebih positif. Berbagai penelitian menyatakan bahwa resiliensi dipengaruhi oleh sense of humor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sense of humor dengan resiliensi pada individu yang mengalami quarter life crisis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasiona. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang yang berusia 25-35 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan instrumen Resilience Scale (RS-14) dan Multidimensional Sense of Humor (MSHS). Analisis data menggunakan metode korelasi product moment dari Pearson dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 29 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara sense of humor dengan resiliensi pada individu yang mengalami quarter life crisis dengan nilai r=0,492 dan signifikasi=0,004 (p<0,05). Dengan kata lain, jika sense of humor semakin tinggi, maka akan tinggi juga resiliensi begitupun sebaliknya jika semakin rendah sense of humor maka semakin rendah resiliensi.

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotion regulation and resilience at PT. X employees at DKI Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic with 40 participants. Collecting data using the Emotion Regulation scale consisting of 17 items and the Resilience scale consisting of 52 items and both have met the requirements of good reliability. Data analysis used Pearson's product moment correlation technique. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient r2 = 0.893 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), meaning that there is a significant positive relationship between emotion regulation and resilience, namely the higher the emotional regulation, the higher the resilience. and conversely the lower the emotional regulation. the lower the resilience of employees of PT. X during the Covid-19 pandemic. The right emotional regulation can help individuals to always respond positively to any conditions or problems that will continue to occur during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan resiliensi pada PT. X karyawan di DKI Jakarta selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan jumlah peserta 40 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Regulasi Emosi yang terdiri dari 17 item dan skala Resiliensi yang terdiri dari 52 item dan keduanya telah memenuhi syarat reliabilitas yang baik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r2 = 0,893 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan resiliensi, yaitu semakin tinggi regulasi emosi maka resiliensi semakin tinggi. dan sebaliknya semakin rendah regulasi emosinya. semakin rendah resiliensi karyawan PT. X selama pandemi Covid-19. Pengaturan emosi yang tepat dapat membantu individu untuk selalu merespon positif setiap kondisi atau masalah yang akan terus terjadi selama masa pandemi COVID-19.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh harga diri terhadap kecenderungan Body Dysmorphic Disorder pada mahasiswi UKSW pengguna Tiktok atau Instagram. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 112 mahasiswi UKSW Pengguna aktif Tiktok atau Instagram dalam masa dewasa awal rentang usia 18-25th sebagai responden. Untuk mengukur harga diri digunakan instrumen penelitian yang diterjemahkan dari State Self Esteem Scale oleh Heatherton dan Polivy (1991). Sedangkan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder diukur menggunakan instrumen yang diadaptasi dari teori Philips (2009). Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan analisis regresi sederhana sehingga didapatkan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa Fhitung= 178,806 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang artinya ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara variabel harga diri (x) terhadap kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder (y). Sumbangan efektif harga diri terhadap Pengaruh Kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder adalah sebesar 61,9%.

This qualitative research aims to understand the adaptation process of female students hailing from Eastern Indonesia in the environment of Satya Wacana Christian University. The study explores various aspects of self-adjustment, including internal motivation, involvement in student activities, cultural adaptation skills, and the social support they receive. The research employs in-depth interviews and content analysis of data obtained from female Eastern Indonesian students who have relocated to the university. The findings reveal that internal motivation plays a significant role in encouraging Eastern Indonesian female students to migrate and actively participate in campus life. Involvement in student organizations with similar cultural backgrounds accelerates both academic and social adjustment. Adaptation skills in a cultural context, including the ability to adapt to new languages and cultures, enable students to build close social relationships and boost self-confidence. Social support from peers with similar cultural backgrounds also provides crucial assistance in overcoming challenges and difficulties in adaptation. However, the research also identifies several challenges, such as language and communication difficulties, as well as pressure to conform to group norms. The findings of this study can offer valuable insights for educational institutions and policymakers to develop more effective support programs for female students originating from Eastern Indonesia in the university environment.

This study explores the correlation between overprotective parenting and adolescent adjustment in an Indonesian educational context, focusing specifically on SMA Negeri 1 Ambon. Utilizing a quantitative research design with correlation analysis, the study examines how adolescents aged 10-18 navigate changes during the transition from childhood, especially in terms of their adaptability and independence. The influence of familial, school, and societal environments on these developments is assessed through purposive sampling of 110 students, using scales that measure overprotective behaviors and personal adjustment. Findings from the study reveal a statistically significant but weak negative correlation between overprotective parenting and adolescent adjustment, indicating that while parental involvement is crucial, excessive control can undermine adolescents' ability to adapt to their environments effectively. This study underscores the complex dynamics between parental behavior and adolescent development, suggesting that balanced parenting is key to fostering responsible and adaptable youths.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelekatan ibu dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja perempuan berusia 18-22 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan melibatkan 196 partisipan remaja perempuan yang belum menikah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kelekatan ibu berdasarkan Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) serta skala perilaku seksual pranikah berdasarkan skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kelekatan ibu dengan perilaku seksual pranikah, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai korelasi r=-0,285, p0,01. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kelekatan remaja perempuan terhadap ibu, maka semakin rendah kecenderungan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja perempuan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran ibu dalam membangun hubungan yang aman dan penuh kepercayaan dengan anak perempuan mereka.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti dukungan social dan efikasi diri sebagai prediktor terhadap stress akademik mahasiswa yang berasal dari daerah 3T (Tertinggal, Terdepan dan Terluar) di Maluku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 mahasiswa tahun pertama yang berasal dari daerah 3T di Maluku. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Student Life Stress Inventory (SLSI) untuk mengukur stres akademik Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) untuk mengukur dukungan sosial, The General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) untuk mengukur efikasi diri. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan dukungan social dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap stress akademik. Artinya semakin tinggi dukungan social dan efikasi diri maka semakin rendah stress akademik. Sebaliknya jika semakin rendah dukungan social dan efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi stres akademik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa.

This study aims to be able to know and provide an empirical picture related to the description of socioemotional development in adolescent girls who are survivors of emotional violence at Orphanage "X", namely prosocial behavior and empathy development shown by children. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. In general, the focus of research in qualitative research is holistic (comprehensive, so it cannot be separated), therefore this type of research is determined based on the overall social situation under study. The data sources in this study consist of two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This research uses triangulation techniques as a data collection technique. In this study, researchers want to analyze the description of socioemotional development, especially prosocial behavior in adolescent girls who are survivors of emotional violence at the "x" orphanage. The conclusion of this study is that it can be seen that the emotional violence experienced by ML and SR has an influence on the socioemotional development of ML and SR. In this case, SR experienced a more severe type of emotional violence than ML.

This study explored adolescents who experienced verbal abuse to find out how self-disclosure is portrayed in adolescent verbal abuse survivors. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation methods and interviews conducted to main sources and significant others. The main informants in this study were two teenagers who experienced verbal abuse committed by staff at the orphanage. The results showed that both adolescents consciously carried out self-disclosure to reduce the pressure received but only to the closest people and trusted by both sources. Both research sources explained that at least each of them needed time and consideration before self-disclosure about verbal abuse experienced. Although they have told about the events experienced, both revealed that there are still parts that are hidden from others because of feelings of fear of being blasphemed and also feel unprepared to burden more people.

This study aims to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination among students who have dual roles of working and studying. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, this research involved 277 students working part-time (3-5 hours per day) aged 18-25 years. Data collection utilized the Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) to measure academic procrastination and the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale to assess academic self-efficacy. Data analysis using Pearson's product-moment correlation revealed a significant negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination r = -0.021 and significant p<0,01. Categorization results indicated that the majority of participants had low levels of academic self-efficacy (38.3%) and moderate levels of academic procrastination (42.2%). These findings suggest that the lower the academic self-efficacy of dual-role students, the higher their tendency for academic procrastination. This research has important implications for educational institutions to develop programs aimed at enhancing academic self-efficacy to reduce academic procrastination among part-time working students.
