Abstract

This study aims to find out how important human resource management is in improving the quality of education in an institution. This study uses the library research method, where the discussion of this research is based on expert opinion and the results of previous research. Research techniques with data analysis in the form of content analysis (content analysis) to select data and information contained in the various library materials studied. The results of this study note that the increase in the quality of education in an institution is due to the role of human resource management so that solutions are found to deal with challenges that arise in improving the quality of education in an institution so that it can make a clear contribution to educational goals.

Abstract

Education has an important role in efforts to improve human resources in a better direction. Education is very helpful and is expected to be able to form students who can develop attitudes, skills and intellectual intelligence so that they become human beings who are skilled, intelligent and have good morals. The professionalism of an educator can be seen from his mastery in the field of science he teaches. The teacher's technical ability and high moral commitment to his duties. The purpose of this study is to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of professionalism at SMP Negeri 51 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts individually and in groups. The results of this study state that human resource development is an effort to improve teacher professionalism by conducting training, training, seminars, KKG, group studies between MGMP teachers, conducting supervision and class visits and conducting assessments. In addition, it also provides motivation aimed at broadening teacher insight, providing job opportunities for teachers to increase the spirit of discipline and teacher skills.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (human resource-HR management) adalah desain sistem formal dalam suatu organisasi untuk memastikan penggunaan bakat manusia secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu hal terpenting untuk mencapai tujuan suatu organisasi adalah tingkat kinerja pegawai. Hal yang dapat dilakukan organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai adalah dengan melihat beberapa faktor antara lain motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan stress kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK Negeri 4 Kota Bekasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 66 karyawan SMK Negeri 4 Kota Bekasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource development at PT. Rahardja Ekalancar from various aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach to describe the results of the data. From this study it was found that to develop human resources, PT. Rahardja Ekalancar conducted several methods including training to improve several aspects including productivity, efficiency, damage, accidents, service, morale, career, contextual, leadership, remuneration, and consumers. This is expected to improve and achieve company goals.

Abstract

Manajemen Pembelajaran pada Kecerdasan Majemuk (Multiple Intelligences) Peserta Didik di Pendidikan Iniklusi (Studi Kasus di SMP IT AT-TAUFIQ Depok)” ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk mendeskripsikan penggambaran perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta unsur pendukung dan penghambat dalam manajemen pembelajaran sekolah inklusi.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekaan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan pembelajaran di SMP IT AT-TAUFIQ Depok meliputi beberapa tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta memiliki faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses pengelolaan pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving critical thinking skills in mathematics lessons for sixth-grade students at Citarik III Elementary School. The research was conducted using a two-cycle action research approach. The subjects of the study were 30 sixth-grade students at Citarik III Elementary School. Research instruments included pre-tests, post-tests, observation sheets, interviews, and field notes. The results showed that the Jigsaw learning model was effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. There was a significant increase in post-test scores in each cycle, indicating a progressive improvement in students' critical thinking skills. Good interaction among students in groups, positive student responses, and adjustments to lesson plans based on reflections from the previous cycle were key factors in the success of this learning model.

Abstract

Filsafat ilmu dengan metode penelitian terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat karena filsafat ilmu tidak terlepas dari aturan keilmuan yang berkaitan dengan metode ilmiah yang digunakan. Metode ilmiah menjadi kata kunci dalam ilmu, agar sebuah ilmu pengetahuan memiliki objek dan metode ilmiah haruslah memenuhi beberapa syarat yang aspek ontologi, aspek epistimologi, dan aspek aksiologi. Pola pikir dalam pendekatan ilmiah terdiri dari pola pikir induktif dan pola pikir deduktif. Langkah-langkah dalam metode ilmiah diantaranya adalah merumuskan masalah, mengadakan studi kepustakaan, merumuskan hipotesis, menguji hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis dan menafsirkan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam dunia filsufis terdapat beberapa aliran dan paradigma yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yaitu pandangan positivisme, post positivisme, kontruktivisme dan pragmatisme, keempat pandangan atau aliran ini membawa pengaruh dalam filsafat penelitian. Dengan mengarah kepada metode penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif dan campuran filsafat ilmu memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah yang dapat dilihat dari implikasi serta kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah yaitu filsafat ilmu memberikan pedoman bagi seseorang untuk membedakan antara segala persoalan yang ilmiah maupun tidak, fungsi filsafat ilmu dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah dapat memberikan kajian yang logis dari setiap ilmu yang ditekuni serta dapat memberikan orientasi dan nilai yang jelas bagi setiap displin ilmu, melalui filsafat ilmu di dapati petunjuk dengan metode yang reflektif serta penelitian dan penalaran agar seseorang dapat menyeimbangkan antara logika, pengalaman, rasio, dan agama dalam mencari kehidupan yang Sejahtera, terakhir filsafat ilmu memberikan asas terhadap metode keilmuawan, karena metode ilmiah yang dikembangkan harus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara logis dan rasional, supaya dapat dipergunakan secara umum.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: Develop DARTs-based student worksheets to improve student Biology learning outcomes. The method used in this research is research and development which follows the steps of the Borg & Gall method and refers to previously established procedures. The LKPD developed was assessed by several experts in their respective fields, namely Biology experts, learning methods experts and language experts. The results of the research and development concluded: 1) The results of developing student worksheets (LKPD) based on DARTs were developed using several steps, and also tested the validity of three experts, namely Biology experts who gave a percentage of 89.58%, learning methods experts who gave a percentage of 87. .5% and language experts gave a percentage of 87.5%. This shows that the DARTs-based LKPD is valid and suitable for use for biology learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri Bojonggede 01 which aimed to determine the implementation of peer tutorial programs in mastering Google Forms. The subjects of this study were all teachers of SD Negeri Bojonggede 01 as many as 26 teachers, with 4 male and 22 female teachers. The collection of assessment data is carried out by observation through questionnaires. The results of this study can be concluded that, in the condition of teachers before there was a peer tutorial program, only 20.3% knew the Google Form application. While the expected conditions only amount to 50% of the number of teachers. However, after the peer program, many teachers who have understood and were able to achieve success in making online attendance through Google Form and applying it to online learning totaled 20 teachers (76.9%). This still needs to be improved again with the efforts of teachers to be more intensive in habituating routine activities for teaching and learning through the Google Form application.
