Abstract

Timely and accurate diagnosis of brain tumors remains a significant challenge in neuro-oncology due to the heterogeneous nature of tumor characteristics and their substantial impact on patient prognosis and treatment outcomes. Conventional diagnostic methods, particularly manual interpretation of medical imaging, often exhibit limited sensitivity and specificity, leading to delayed diagnoses and suboptimal clinical decisions. To address these limitations, this study proposes a tailored Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) framework that leverages hierarchical feature extraction to capture subtle spatial patterns in brain MRI images, offering advantages over traditional machine learning approaches that rely on handcrafted features. This study aims to develop and validate the proposed model to improve the accuracy and efficiency of brain tumor prediction using annotated MRI data. The dataset was systematically preprocessed, augmented, and partitioned into training and testing subsets to ensure reliable evaluation. The proposed CNN architecture introduces a streamlined feature extraction–classification pipeline designed to balance computational efficiency with discriminative capability, making it suitable for limited medical datasets. Experimental results demonstrate that the model achieves an overall classification accuracy of 86.27%, with balanced sensitivity and specificity, representing a measurable improvement over conventional diagnostic workflows and baseline approaches reported in related studies. From a clinical perspective, the model supports early detection by reducing false-negative and false-positive rates, thereby enhancing diagnostic consistency and enabling more timely clinical intervention. These findings highlight the potential of CNN-based systems as fast, accurate, and non-invasive decision-support tools, supporting the integration of artificial intelligence into medical imaging and clinical diagnostic workflows.

Abstract

The training on modern application design for learning the creation of interactive prototypes using Figma at Pondok Pesantren Assa'adah aims to provide knowledge and practical skills in designing and developing interactive digital applications. Figma, as a cloud-based design tool, allows participants to create prototypes that can be tested directly with users without the need for deep coding skills. In this training, participants will be introduced to the basic concepts of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, as well as the process of creating prototypes that can be tested and refined. By integrating modern design technology, this training is expected to enhance the students' ability to innovate and create digital applications that can be used for various educational and social needs within the Pondok Pesantren environment. Through this training, participants will gain hands-on experience in utilizing Figma to produce effective, creative, and implementable interactive prototypes.

Abstract

The utilization of independent digital platforms has become crucial for the creative industry to avoid dependence on third-party algorithms and to mitigate the risks of manual data management errors. This study aims to implement a website-based e-commerce information system that integrates promotional functions and real-time order automation at Spacetrip Ltd. The system development method employed is the Agile methodology to support design flexibility, encompassing stages that include requirements analysis, design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, and system testing. The testing results demonstrate that the developed website-based system successfully automates inventory data synchronization and structured order recapitulation. This system is capable of eliminating inventory information asymmetry and accelerating online customer transactions. In conclusion, this study proves that the application of the Agile method in an independent system effectively enhances operational service quality while optimally expanding digital marketing reach. Future recommendations include the development of predictive analysis features for product sales trends

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha kuliner untuk menerapkan sistem digital guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi operasional. My Teppanyaki sebelumnya masih menggunakan proses pemesanan catering secara manual melalui Instagram dan WhatsApp sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan transaksi dan data pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan catering berbasis web menggunakan teknologi Laravel dan React. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Laravel 12, React 18, Inertia.js, PostgreSQL Supabase, dan Tailwind CSS. Fitur yang diimplementasikan meliputi pengelolaan menu, keranjang belanja, pemesanan online, konfirmasi pembayaran, dan integrasi WhatsApp. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dibangun berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pemesanan dan mendukung transformasi digital UMKM kuliner.

Abstract

The operational sustainability of Rukun Tetangga (RT) administrative units, particularly in security, sanitation, and social welfare, depends heavily on the effective governance of cash funds. In RT 011/RW 01 Pondok Betung Village, financial recording still relies on manual ledger books and disconnected spreadsheet files, causing delays in monthly reporting and difficulties in tracking citizen arrears. This study aims to design and implement a web-based RT financial management system to substitute the conventional administration. The development methodology follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, including system analysis, UML-based architectural design, and database relational modeling. The system architecture utilizes Laravel as a RESTful API backend integrated with React.js and Vite on the client side. The implementation results indicate that this web application effectively centralizes financial data, automates monthly balance sheets, and provides real-time transaction transparency for 120 households. Based on Black-box testing focusing on input, process, and output functions, all system features are declared valid and conform to local business rules. This study concludes that administrative digitalization enhances management accountability and significantly reduces citizens' contribution delays.

Abstract

The learning process at SMK Islam Iqro was still conducted conventionally, making material distribution, attendance recording, assignment submission, and quizzes entirely reliant on paper-based manual methods. This condition led to time inefficiency, difficulty in monitoring students' learning progress, and limited access to academic information outside school hours. This study aims to design and implement an integrated web-based e-learning system to support the digitalization of the learning process at SMK Islam Iqro. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, encompassing analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The technology stack comprised native PHP, MySQL as the database, and an interface built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system accommodates three user roles Admin, Teacher, and Student each with access rights managed through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Core features include learning material management, digital attendance, assignment management, automated quiz grading, a discussion forum, and a notification system. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method across ten functional scenarios, all of which produced results consistent with expected outputs, confirming that the system operates correctly without technical issues. The implementation successfully transformed manual workflows into digital processes, improved the management efficiency of teaching and learning activities, and provided real-time academic information access for all stakeholders within the school environment.

Abstract

Attendance management is an important part of school administration because it supports discipline monitoring, data recording, and monthly reporting. SMP Islam Raudlatul Hikmah still relied on manual attendance books for teachers and students, causing recording errors, slow recapitulation, and limited real-time monitoring. This study uses a web-based attendance information system using QR Code and Laravel. The method used was Waterfall, which covers needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance planning. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system provides login, teacher attendance through QR Code scanning, student attendance input by teachers, master data management, and attendance reports. The black box test showed that the main services worked according to their intended functions. The implementation helps attendance recording become more structured, reduces manual recapitulation, and supports faster monitoring by school administrators.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, perusahaan dapat mengelola proyek mereka dengan cara yang lebih efisien, terorganisir, dan terintegrasi. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang survei, inspeksi, pengujian, dan konsultasi, PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) memiliki sejumlah proyek aplikasi yang membutuhkan pengelolaan data, pengawasan progres, dan evaluasi kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Namun, kurangnya integrasi dalam proses pengelolaan proyek dapat menyebabkan masalah dalam pengawasan, laporan, dan koordinasi antar divisi. Tujuan kerja praktik ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem, merancang, dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Aplikasi Proyek berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengelolaan proyek secara lebih efisien. Dalam pengembangan sistem, metode Waterfall digunakan, yang terdiri dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Observasi, wawancara, dan penelitian literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Sistem ini, yang dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 4 dan didukung oleh basis data, dapat digunakan untuk mengelola informasi proyek, indikator kinerja utama (KPI), data pengguna, progres pekerjaan, jadwal proyek, dan informasi lainnya. Hasil implementasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu mengelola data proyek secara terpusat, mempermudah proses melacak kemajuan secara real-time, meningkatkan koordinasi antar divisi, dan mendukung transparansi dengan mencatat aktivitas pengguna. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur utama sistem bekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Akibatnya, PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) dapat memanfaatkan Sistem Manajemen Aplikasi Proyek berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas, produktivitas, dan efisiensi pengelolaan proyek.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the guidance and counseling (GC) information system implemented at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Iman Adiwerna, Tegal Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection techniques. The analysis focuses on the current implementation of the GC system, identification of its strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and challenges for the development of a digital-based system through SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that guidance and counseling services are still conducted manually through record-keeping and physical archive storage. This approach facilitates strong personal interactions between GC teachers and students; however, it is not yet optimal in terms of data management efficiency, reporting accuracy, and information security. Based on the SWOT analysis, there are significant opportunities to develop a digital-based GC information system to enhance service quality and effectiveness. The challenges include the readiness of human resources and limitations in technological infrastructure. Therefore, the implementation of a digital-based guidance and counseling information system is recommended to improve data accuracy, administrative efficiency, and the overall quality of GC services within the madrasah. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem informasi bimbingan dan konseling (BK) yang diterapkan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Iman Adiwerna, Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Fokus analisis mencakup pelaksanaan sistem BK yang berjalan, identifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangannya, serta peluang dan tantangan pengembangan sistem berbasis digital dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling masih dilaksanakan secara manual melalui pencatatan dan penyimpanan arsip fisik. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan terjalinnya hubungan personal yang baik antara guru BK dan siswa, namun belum optimal dalam hal efisiensi pengelolaan data, ketepatan pelaporan, dan keamanan informasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, terdapat peluang yang signifikan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi BK berbasis digital guna meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas layanan. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kesiapan sumber daya manusia serta keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana teknologi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sistem informasi bimbingan dan konseling berbasis digital direkomendasikan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan akurasi data, efisiensi administrasi, dan mutu layanan BK di lingkungan madrasah

Abstract

ABSTRACT The cooperative management process at SMK YAPIA PARUNG was still carried out manually, causing difficulties in managing product data, recording transactions, and generating reports efficiently. These problems increased the risk of data errors, duplication, and delays in information processing. This study aims to implement a web-based cooperative information system to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of cooperative data management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. PHP was used as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The developed system provides features for managing product data, transaction processing, member management, and report generation. The results indicate that the system can simplify administrative activities, improve data accuracy, accelerate transaction processing, and support the digitalization of cooperative administration in the school environment. Keywords: Cooperative Information System, Web-Based System, Waterfall Method, MySQL, Data Processing ABSTRAK Proses pengelolaan koperasi pada SMK YAPIA PARUNG masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data barang, pencatatan transaksi, dan pembuatan laporan secara efisien. Permasalahan tersebut meningkatkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan, duplikasi data, serta keterlambatan dalam pengolahan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi koperasi berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengolahan data koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki fitur pengelolaan data barang, transaksi, data anggota, dan pembuatan laporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses administrasi, meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat transaksi, serta mendukung digitalisasi administrasi koperasi di lingkungan sekolah.
