Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, adalah untuk melakukan analisa terhadap proses penanganan problem-user yangmenjadi tanggungjawab Divisi Teknologi Informasi(divisi TI) dalam memberikan layanan pengoperasianteknologi informasi untuk divisi bisnis lainnya pada PT Astra International Tbk (PT AI).Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi prosesbisnisdalam hal penanganan problem-user dan mendesain sistem dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek.Objek penelitian adalah, penanganan permasalahan(problem-user) yang menjadi tugas Bagian IT-Caredi bawah divisi IT. Penanganan tersebut mencakup proses penerimaan dan pendataan problem-user; mencatatstatus problem, mendistribusikannya ke unit kerja(P.I.C) terkait, memonitor penyelesaian problem, menyediakanlayanan informasi status penyelesaian problem tersebut bagi user dan membuat laporan kepada manajemen.Hasil yang dicapai penelitian ini adalah, bahwa saat ini proses penanganan problem-user tersebutsebagian besar masih dilakukan secara manual, hanya bagian kecil kegiatan yaitu pendataan, penetapan statusproblem yang telah dilakukan dengan aplikasi visual basic. Proses-proses lainnya yang lebih penting berkaitandengan layanan kepada user hanyalah dilakukan dengan mengirimkan e-mail kepada mereka. Akibat daripenanganan yang masih semi manual tersebut, para user mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan tracking ataslaporan problem, juga dalam melakukan sharing informasi antara divisi TI dengan user terkait, mengenaiproblem teknis yang terjadi, sehingga akan memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama dalam menghadapi suatuproblem, padahal boleh jadi kasus tersebut sudah pernah dialami oleh user lain dan telah ditemukanpemecahannya.Oleh karenanya penulis menganggap perlu dibuat suatu Workgroup Collaboration System yang mampumendukung proses kolaborasi antara divisi TI dan user pada divisi lainnya di PT AI dalam penangananproblem-user terkait dengan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengoperasian teknologi informasi, sehinggadiharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja bisnis perusahaan keseluruhannya, yang padaakhirnya dapat mendukung langkah strategic perusahaan dalam meningkatkan image after sales service.Kata kunci: Workgroup Collaboration System, problem user, divisi TI, Astra International

Abstract

Background : Zinc deficiency cause of some inadequate function of the body such as slowed growth and recuce development children. Many factor affect the absorption and excretion zinc in the body that increase risk of zinc deficiency, likes infection disease, physical condition, dan diet factor. Nutrient and phytate in food influences zinc absorption. Objective.' Purpose of this research is to know relation between nutrient and phytate with zinc serum level.Method .' crosss sectional observasional design with cross sectional method. 1 13 Sampel for research are 1 " and 2 "d grade elementary school student at Karangawen, Demak who has stunted nutrition status (based on height-for-age < -2 to Z point WHO-NCHS score). Secondary data gained from food frequency semiquantified and result of zinc serumlevel from laboratorium assessment. Data analysis used Pearson Product Moment test. Resalt.' From data analyze got significant correlation between adequacy rate of vitamin A, dietary fiber intake phytate intake and copper intake with zinc serum level (p < 0,05). Otherwise no significant correlation adequacy rate of protein, and adequancy rate of ironwith zinc serum level. (p > 0,05).Conclusion .'Used the other different measurement zinc level method in order to minimize weakness and complete each other.Key words: Stunted Elementary School Student, Serum zinc level, Copper, phytate intake.

Abstract

Glaucoma was an eye disorder characterized by increased pressure on the eyeball, optic nerve opticatrophy and diminution of the visual field. Clients' knowledge towards glaucoma was important tohave such an early detection. It was done to avoid the blindness causes of glaucoma. The objectivesof this research were to analyze the correlation between knowledge with prevention efforts glaucomadisease in the area of Jenggawah clinical. This research was used in observational analytic designwith cross sectional approach. A total of 39 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique.The data analysis that used was Spearman correlation test with significance level 0,05. The resultswas showed that the average value of knowledge level was 17.49 and the average at preventioneffort of glaucoma disease was 75.03. There was a significant relationship between the level ofknowledge with prevention efforts glaucoma disease (p value = 0.001, r = 0.600). There were astrong and positive correlation which means the higher in the level of knowledge that made a goodprevention of glaucoma disease. This study showed that the importance of providing knowledgeabout glaucoma disease to increase prevention of glaucoma disease in risky clientsKeywords: client is at risk, knowledge level, prevention of glaucoma disease

Abstract

Dunia kerja dengan sejuta lowongan sebanding dengan banyaknya pelamar. Persaingan antar pelamar pun terjadi, dari yang belum mempunyai pengalaman sampai yang sudah banyak pengalaman. Salah satu penentu pihak perusahaan tertarik dengan pelamar kerja dimulai dari lembar curriculum vitae. Maka dari itu diperlukannya pelatihan membuat curriculum vitae yang menarik dan penuh makna. Membuat curriculum vitae dapat menggunakan aplikasi canva. Sehingga tampilan curriculum vitae dapat menarik perhatian human resource development dan user atau calon supervisor pelamar dari pihak perusahaan. Pelatihan membuat curriculum vitae menggunakan canva ini dilakukan di SMK Bintang Nusantara. Para peserta pelatihan mendapat wawasan dan pengalaman membuat curriculum vitae menggunakan canva. Narasumber pun berbagi pengalamannya saat melamar kerja dan selama bekerja di perusahaan. Selain itu, ada dokumentasi dan pemberian reward terhadap peserta yang aktif berdiskusi selama kegiatan berlangsung

Abstract

Penggunaan internet dan situs web telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari – hari kita. Semakin banyak organisasi, Perusahaan , bahkan individu yang memanfaatkan situs web untuk berbagai tujuan, seperti berbagi informasi, mempromosikan produk atau jasa berinteraksi dengan pengguna, dan banyak lagi. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman dasar tentang cara membuat dan mengelola situs web sangat penting, terutama dalam dunia Pendidikan. Pendidikan, sebagai sektor yang terus bertransformasi, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas pembelajaran. CMS WordPress menjadi sarana efektif untuk mengajarkan siswa dalam membuat dan mengelola situs web. Proses pembelajaran ini memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan kreativitas, merancang situs web sesuai minat dan tujuan pribadi, seperti blog, portofolio profesional, atau proyek kelas. Dalam era modern, pengetahuan dasar tentang pembuatan dan pengelolaan situs web menjadi keahlian yang dicari di berbagai bidang pekerjaan. Mulai dari pemilik bisnis kecil, blogger, hingga pekerja kreatif, kemampuan menggunakan CMS seperti WordPress menjadi nilai tambah bagi siswa yang ingin terlibat dalam pengembangan web.

Abstract

SMK Bintang Nusantara, which is more familiarly called SMK Binusa, with educational services on software engineering has no Web Developer training for beginners. With that, this community service activity was held with front end web Developer training. The time for this training will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 with 30 students. Training is carried out in the classroom. The resource person presented the material with a projector tool. The other committee as instructors who guide the participants in practicing the material presented by the resource persons. The implementation method is with the arrangement of preparatory activities, distributing consumption, opening the event, remarks, handing over mementos, material presentation, question and answer, door prize distribution, group photos and closing the event. This training motivates students in Front End Web Developer training to be sustainable.

Abstract

SMK Link And Match, which is more familiarly called SMK LM, with educational services regarding software engineering, there is no web programming training for beginners. With that, this community service activity was held with Web programming training using HTML and CSS at SMK Link And Match. The time of this training was on Thursday, April 25, 2024 with 20 student participants. The training was held in the Multimedia Lab. The resource person presented the material with the help of a projector. The other committee as instructors guided the participants in practicing the material presented by the speakers. The implementation method is with the arrangement of preparatory activities, distributing consumption, opening the event, remarks, handing over mementos, presenting materials, questions and answers, distributing door prizes, group photos and closing the event. This training provides motivation for students in Web Programming training Using HTML and CSS.

Abstract

Potatoes are one of the important sources of carbohydrates whose quality greatly affects the food industry. The potato quality inspection process that is still carried out manually is often time-consuming and prone to human error. This research developed a quality detection system for fresh and rotten potatoes using the YOLOv8n version of the You Only Look Once (YOLO) algorithm. The study began with the collection of 1000 potato photos that were split into 85% for training, 10% for validation, and 5% for testing. The dataset was then labeled using the Roboflow platform and was aggregated to bring the total to 2304 photos. The training results showed that the YOLOv8n model achieved 99.9% accuracy, 100% recall, 99.5% mAP50, and 97.9% mAP50-90. The model is implemented in a Flask-based website to enable real-time detection. Although the model produces good performance, there are some errors in recognizing object classes. Overall, this system is capable of effectively detecting the quality of potatoes, reducing waste, and maintaining product quality.

Abstract

Irregular areas cannot be solved by ordinary calculus formulas, so it is necessary to use numerical methods such as the Quadrature and Newton-Cotes methods. This research compares numerical integration solutions using the Quadrature method (Rectangular and Trapezoidal) and the Newton-Cotes method (Trapezoidal, Simpson 1/3, Simpson 3/8, and Weddle) with the Python programming language. Manual calculation of the first case study on integrals where the smallest error from the numerical method to the analytical method is achieved by the rectangular method of 0,017. In the second case study of tabular data for manual calculations the author only uses the Simpson 3/8 method with an absolute error for an analytical area of 1.418,583 km2. Whereas in the Python application for the first case study the smallest error was achieved by the Simpson 1/3 and Simpson 3/8 methods with an error of 0, in the sense that these two methods are very accurate to the actual analysis results. In the second case study the smallest error was achieved by the Simpson 1/3 method of 1.039,365 km2. The difference between manual calculations and application results is due to decimal rounding, and the linspace(a,b,n+1) function in the numpy library.

Abstract

Manajemen tugas yang efektif adalah kompetensi mendasar bagi siswa yang unggul dalam lingkungan akademis. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan Microsoft Office untuk penyelesaian tugas, dengan fokus khusus pada aplikasi seperti Microsoft Word, dan Excel. Siswa dapat menerima bantuan dalam pembuatan catatan dan pengelolaan data. Dengan menggunakan fitur-fitur unggulan dari Microsoft Office, siswa dapat meningkatkan produktivitas mereka, meminimalkan kesalahan, dan menyelesaikan tugas dengan cara yang lebih bijaksana. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan panduan pragmatis, sehingga memfasilitasi pengembangan kemahiran dan kepercayaan diri dalam pengelolaan tugas-tugas akademis yang beragam.
