Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada bank umum sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 dengan indikator terdiri dari CAR (Capital Asset Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), Modal Inti, BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), NIM (Net Interest Margin Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) dan LTA (Liquid Assets Ratio). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode sebelum dan saat terjadi pandemi covid 19. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji beda yaitu uji Paired T- Test dan uji Wilcoxon, dengan pengolahan data dibantu software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada semua indikator kinerja keuangan bank umum sebelum dan selama pandemi covid 19 yaitu CAR (Capital Asset Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), Modal Inti (CCRA), BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), NIM (Net Interest Margin Ratio), dan LTA (Liquid Assets Ratio) kecuali pada nilai LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Marketing Mix on the Decision of Selection of Educational Services by Vocational High School (SMK) Guardians in Tangerang. The population in this study were guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Tangerang Regency, namely guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) 6 Tangerang Regency and Vocational High School (SMK) 12 Tangerang Regency, as well as guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) students in South Tangerang is the guardian of science and technology vocational high school students. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using SPSS 26 software . The research sites are at SMKN 6 Tangerang Regency, SMKN 12 Tangerang Regency and SMK IPTEK South Tangerang. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and tested the validity and reliability. The results of the study show that simultaneously the Service Marketing Mix attributes, namely: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence have a significant effect on the Decisions of Selection of Educational Services by Guardians of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Tangerang. Meanwhile, partially Physical Evidence has a significant effect on the decision to select educational services by the guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Tangerang. However, other attributes in the form of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, and Process have no significant effect on the Decision of Selection of Educational Services by Vocational High School (SMK) Guardians in Tangerang.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged companies to adopt innovation in digital-based marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era. This study examines in depth the role of innovation in digital marketing strategies, including the use of search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, interactive content, and the use of data analytics in marketing decision making. The method used is a literature review approach by reviewing various previous studies to identify key elements of an effective and adaptive digital marketing strategy. The results of the study indicate that the application of innovative digital technology can expand market reach, increase operational efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and create a more personal and valuable customer experience. These findings underline the importance of continuous innovation, technology adaptation, and rapid response to digital market trends. Thus, this study provides practical guidance for companies in designing relevant, competitive, and future-oriented digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The capital market serves as a forum for companies to obtain funds from investors, who in turn can benefit through dividends or stock price differences. The stock price itself is the value per share of a company traded on the stock exchange. This study aims to examine how Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio relate to the stock prices of non-cyclical consumer sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. The quantitative method with multiple linear regression was used to test this relationship using SPSS 25. Of the 47 companies taken as samples using purposive sampling method, this study found that Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio have a negative impact on stock prices, while Return on Equity has a positive effect. Therefore, companies in this sector are advised to improve their Return on Assets and Return on Equity performance in order to increase their share price in the capital market.

Abstract

Jumlah penduduk di Indonesia semakin hari semakin bertambah sehingga kebutuhan hidup semakin meningkat, salah satunya kebutuhan rumah tinggal. Hal ini menyebabkan semakin bertambahnya usaha bisnis di bidang properti seperti terlihat dengan adanya gedung perkantoran diberbagai wilayah, pembangunan apartemen, rumah susun, rumah KPR, rumah took (Ruko) dan rumah tinggal lainnya. Sehingga sebagian orang beranggapan bisnis di bidang ini sangat menjanjikan sebagai lahan investasi. Peran dari manajemen sangat penting dalam pengendalian internal. Manajemen adalah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan usaha-usaha para anggota organisasi dan penggunaan sumber-sumber daya organisasi lainnya agar mencapai tujuan organisasi yang ditetapkan. Fugsi dari manajemen itu sendiri adalah merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin dan mengendalikan. Manajemen proyek merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan sedangkan tujuan manajemen proyek harus mempertimbangkan kapan proyek dimulai dan kapan proyek dapat diakhiri dalam penjadwalan waktu yang tepat, sehingga proyek akan mempunyai nilai tambah (value added) dan nilai guna (value in use). Dalam penelitian ini sangat diperlukan adanya penambahanfungsi pengawasan produksi dan memperketat prosedur dalam otorisasi setiap dokumen yang terkait dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan akan melindungi kekayaan, menjaga ketelitian dan kepercayaan data akuntansi, meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan juga mendorong dipatuhinya suatu kebijakan manajemen. Dengan demikian perusahaan akan terhindar dari adanya penyelewengan, kecurangan dan pemborosan serta masalah-masalah lain yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risks and benefits of joint liability financing schemes for groups of companies through a qualitative literature review approach. This financing scheme offers solutions for companies facing capital constraints by enhancing access to credit through collective responsibility. The results of the review indicate that this scheme provides benefits such as increased financing opportunities, mitigation of default risks, and peer monitoring among group members. However, it also presents risks such as overinvestment and moral hazard, where company members may tend to make larger investments or neglect their obligations due to the protection of joint liability. Additionally, the effectiveness of the scheme heavily relies on the group structure, with smaller and more homogeneous groups having lower risks compared to larger and more heterogeneous ones. This study concludes that joint liability financing schemes can be an effective solution if these risks are well-managed through stringent oversight and fair financing policies.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores how the interplay between work experience and educational diversity influences entrepreneurial intentions. Synthesizing findings from recent empirical studies, the review highlights how practical experience enhances entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition, while diverse educational backgrounds promote cognitive flexibility and skill variety. The analysis reveals that the dynamic interaction of these factors more effectively fosters entrepreneurial intentions than either factor alone. Mediating variables such as self-efficacy, skill complementarity, and exposure to entrepreneurial environments emerge as critical mechanisms. The study contributes a holistic perspective on entrepreneurial intention formation and offers implications for education, career development, and entrepreneurship policy
