Abstract

Menanamkan motivasi kepada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk berwirausaha dapat menjadi salah satu suatu upaya dalam mengurangi tingkat penganggurandiIndonesia yaitu melalui pengajaran kewirausahaan kepadasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh matapelajarankewirausahaandanlingkunganpergaulanterhadapmotivasiberwirausahasiswaSMKSAl–Hamidiyah.Metodepenelitiandalampenelitianinimenggunakan pendekatankuantitatif.Sampeldiperoleh dengan menggunakan tekniksimpelrandomsamplingyaitu sebanyak213siswa dari populasi338siswa SMKS Al-Hamidiyah.Variabelpenelitian adalahmata pelajaran kewirausahaan danlingkunganpergaulansebagaivariabelbebasdengan motivasiberwirausahasebagai variabelterikat.Pengumpulandatamenggunakankuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan software SPSS-24.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran kewirausahaandanlingkunganpergaulanmempengaruhimotivasiberwirausahasiswaSMKS Al– Hamidiyah dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadapmotivasi berwirausaha, justru lingkungan pergaulan yang memiliki pengaruhterhadapmotivasiberwirausaha siswa SMKS A-Hamidiyah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Activity ratio, Firm growth, Firm growth, terhadap Financial distress. Metode penelitian ini memakai metode Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini akan menkaji financial distress yang ada pada laporan keuangan data panel pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor minyak dan gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016 – 2020, Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah jumlah keseluruhan dari unit yang ingin di analisis lalu Populasi ialah jumlah keseluruhan dari unit yang ingin di analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Activity ratio dengan financial distress, dikarenakan jika aktivitas penjualan semakin tinggi maka akan berdampak pada perputaran asset yang lebih baik, dengan begitu bisa mengindikasikan asset yang lebih sehat. Dan Semakin tinggi penjualan kita maka kita dapat memanfaatkan setiap Rp. 1 aktiva kita.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Marketing Mix on the Decision of Selection of Educational Services by Vocational High School (SMK) Guardians in Tangerang. The population in this study were guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Tangerang Regency, namely guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) 6 Tangerang Regency and Vocational High School (SMK) 12 Tangerang Regency, as well as guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) students in South Tangerang is the guardian of science and technology vocational high school students. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using SPSS 26 software . The research sites are at SMKN 6 Tangerang Regency, SMKN 12 Tangerang Regency and SMK IPTEK South Tangerang. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and tested the validity and reliability. The results of the study show that simultaneously the Service Marketing Mix attributes, namely: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence have a significant effect on the Decisions of Selection of Educational Services by Guardians of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Tangerang. Meanwhile, partially Physical Evidence has a significant effect on the decision to select educational services by the guardians of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Tangerang. However, other attributes in the form of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, and Process have no significant effect on the Decision of Selection of Educational Services by Vocational High School (SMK) Guardians in Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada bank umum sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 dengan indikator terdiri dari CAR (Capital Asset Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), Modal Inti, BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), NIM (Net Interest Margin Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) dan LTA (Liquid Assets Ratio). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode sebelum dan saat terjadi pandemi covid 19. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji beda yaitu uji Paired T- Test dan uji Wilcoxon, dengan pengolahan data dibantu software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada semua indikator kinerja keuangan bank umum sebelum dan selama pandemi covid 19 yaitu CAR (Capital Asset Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), Modal Inti (CCRA), BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), NIM (Net Interest Margin Ratio), dan LTA (Liquid Assets Ratio) kecuali pada nilai LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies that can augment the branding of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, MSMEs face significant challenges in establishing and maintaining their brand presence. The study seeks to address this gap by identifying effective digital marketing approaches that are both sustainable and conducive to the growth of MSMEs. The research adopts a qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews and content analysis to gather insights from digital marketing experts and MSME owners/managers. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling, targeting individuals with significant expertise in digital marketing and experience working with or within MSMEs. Data analysis follows a thematic approach, wherein interview transcripts and digital content are systematically analyzed to identify recurring themes and patterns related to sustainable digital marketing strategies for MSME branding. Through this process, the research aims to uncover innovative and practical approaches that MSMEs can adopt to enhance their brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall market competitiveness. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on digital marketing for MSMEs, offering valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers alike. By understanding and implementing sustainable digital marketing strategies, MSMEs can not only improve their brand image but also contribute to environmental and societal well-being in the long term.

Abstract

Abstrak – Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) siap merevolusi sektor pendidikan, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran dan menjembatani kesenjangan pendidikan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah mengeksplorasi potensi manfaat dan tantangan penerapan AI dalam pendidikan di Indonesia. Pada laporan studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan simak catat karena sumber data yang diperoleh dengan menyimak narasi lisan dari Channel Youtube MetroTV berjudul “Sekolah Indonesia Siap Adaptasi Teknologi AI?”. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seorang Dirjen GTK Kemendikbudristek, Iwan Syahril. Sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah tentang Teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan atau AI di sektor pendidikan yang mempengaruhi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil studi ini menjelaskan penggunaan AI dalam pengembangan kurikulum, pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, interaksi guru-siswa, dan mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan di daerah terpencil dibahas. Selain itu, pertimbangan seperti privasi, keamanan data, dan masalah etika juga disoroti. Studi ini menekankan implementasi yang bertanggung jawab untuk memanfaatkan potensi transformatif AI dalam pendidikan. Studi ini juga dapat mencakup pembahasan terkait faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat implementasi praktik-praktik ini dalam konteks pendidikan. Pada akhirnya, AI menawarkan jalan yang menjanjikan untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan adil di Indonesia. Abstract – Artificial Intelligence (AI) is poised to revolutionize the education sector, offering innovative solutions to improve learning outcomes and bridge education gaps. This article aims to explore the potential benefits and challenges of implementing AI in education in Indonesia. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the MetroTV YouTube Channel entitled "Indonesian Schools Ready to Adapt to AI Technology?". The research subject was the Director General of GTK, Ministry of Education and Culture, Iwan Syahril. Meanwhile, the research object is Artificial Intelligence Technology or AI in the education sector which influences teaching and learning activities. The results of this study explaining the use of AI in curriculum development, personalized learning, teacher-student interactions, and addressing educational disparities in remote areas are discussed. Additionally, considerations such as privacy, data security, and ethical issues are also highlighted. This study emphasizes responsible implementation to harness the transformative potential of AI in education. The study may also include a discussion of factors that support or hinder the implementation of these practices in educational contexts. Ultimately, AI offers a promising path to creating a more inclusive and equitable education system in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has brought significant changes to various industrial sectors, including accounting. In recent years, AI has become an essential tool used in various business applications, such as data processing, predictive analysis, and automated financial reporting. This technology can automate routine tasks like data entry and account reconciliation, which previously required human intervention, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing potential human errors. However, the application of AI in accounting has sparked discussions about the future of this profession. While AI can automate many aspects of accounting, it cannot fully replace human accountants, especially in areas requiring data interpretation, strategic decision-making, and ethical considerations. The webinar conducted for this study explored the implications of AI in accounting, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges of integrating AI into accounting practices. The findings emphasize the importance of adaptive accounting education and the need for continuous professional development to prepare future accountants to work in an increasingly digital and automated environment. Therefore, the future of the accounting profession will be determined by how AI and human accountants can work together to achieve the best outcomes, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Abstract

This qualitative inquiry aims to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on promoting ethical business practices within the realm of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research model adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in the digital marketing sector. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation from various sectors such as industry professionals, policymakers, and consumer advocacy groups. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the significance of financial literacy in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research model adopts a qualitative approach to explore the nuanced factors affecting financial literacy among MSME owners and its impact on their businesses. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse MSME sectors. Data is collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The analysis utilizes thematic coding to identify patterns and themes within the qualitative data. The findings highlight the crucial role of financial literacy in enhancing the resilience and sustainability of MSMEs. Moreover, the study underscores the need for tailored financial education programs targeted at MSME owners to improve their financial management practices and foster business growth in a dynamic economic landscape.
