Abstract

Identifying the relationship between user engagement, social media marketing, and word-of-mouth referrals to Gojek, an online transportation platform, was the objective of a study conducted in Indonesia. Using a quantitative causal method, researchers gauged the influence of factors like social media marketing and user engagement on customer loyalty. An exclusive group of 300 Instagram followers of Gojek, who had followed and liked their brand page for a minimum of six months, were handpicked for the research. Brand loyalty was identified as the most significant outcome produced through the use of structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis highlighted a positive and significant effect from the exogenous variables on the endogenous variables. Social media marketing was the key factor contributing to this impact.

Abstract

Challenges in the industrial world related to employee turnover continue to occur until after the Covid-19 pandemic. Early indications of employee turnover can be predicted from organizational commitment and employee competence. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of an analysis of the effect of organizational commitment and compensation on employee turnover of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya (Elzatta Hijab) both partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses path analysis as a hypothesis test, this is supported by data collection based on interviews, surveys and distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya (Elzatta Hijab), with research sampling identifying employees who had an intention to leave the company. The population was too large using the slovin formula so that 211 respondents were obtained. The results showed that organizational commitment to turnover intention. in the Elzatta Hijab company was very low. Influencing factors include structured career development opportunities and a supportive work environment. Meanwhile, compensation has a fairly high influence, with the importance of fairness in salary and performance-based incentive programs. Simultaneously, organizational competencies also play an important role in influencing turnover intention. Overall, reducing employee turnover is a challenge that companies must face. However, by paying attention to factors such as organizational commitment, compensation, and career development, companies can reduce turnoverrates and create a stable and productive work environment.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi, banyak pekerjaan yang dapat dilakukan secara jarak jauh. Salah satu pekerjaan baru yang sebelumnya belum ada adalah virtual assistant, seseorang yang memberikan layanan administratif dan dukungan bisnis kepada individu atau perusahaan dari jarak jauh. Virtual Assistant (VA) termasuk pekerja lepas yang lebih dikenal dengan nama freelance. Freelance adalah sistem dimana seseorang akan bekerja secara fleksibel dan independen untuk menyelesaikan proyek jangka pendek. Freelancer juga bisa dikatakan sebagai wirausahawan karena mereka akan menentukan jam kerja sendiri serta menentukan harga dari layanan yang mereka sediakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan informasi statistik, dengan olah data menggunakan SPSS, dan penelitian ini dilakukan di Agency X, yang merupakan agency Virtual Assistant (VA) di Jakarta, dengan mengambil sampel seluruh VA Perempuan sebanyak 36 orang, dan semuanya bekerja secara remote. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaji dan Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Para Virtual Assistant Perempuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan positif antara gaji dengan kepuasan kerja, dan terjadi hubungan negatif antara manajemen waktu dengan kepuasan kerja. Serta, hasil dari uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas jam kerja dan gaji berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Gaji, Manajemen Waktu, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai UMKM di Desa Mekarjaya, Bandung, dengan kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis jalur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh positif baik langsung maupun melalui peningkatan kreativitas terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kreativitas menjadi perantara penting dalam menghubungkan pelatihan dan kinerja, serta menjadi kunci optimalisasi hasil kerja. Implikasi manajerialnya, pelatihan harus fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan pengembangan kreativitas. Sinergi antara lembaga pelatihan, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang mendukung daya saing berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian finansial pelaku UMKM di Desa Mekarjaya melalui penguatan literasi keuangan. Fenomena di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di desa tersebut belum menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen keuangan secara sistematis, seperti pencatatan keuangan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya literasi keuangan berdampak negatif terhadap kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Akan tetapi, terdapat antusiasme dan keinginan kuat dari para pelaku usaha untuk belajar dan memperbaiki praktik keuangan mereka. Intervensi edukatif berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis komunitas menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman finansial dan daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Penguatan literasi keuangan terbukti menjadi fondasi penting dalam mendorong kemandirian finansial, meningkatkan efisiensi usaha, dan memperluas akses pelaku UMKM terhadap layanan keuangan formal. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif, program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong transformasi UMKM desa yang lebih adaptif dan mandiri secara ekonomi.

Abstract

Digital leadership is increasingly recognized as a strategic capability essential for guiding organizations through rapid technological transformation. It is particularly associated with enhanced agility, performance, and the integration of emerging technologies across sectors such as SMEs, manufacturing, education, and public administration. Despite growing interest, existing literature remains fragmented and lacks a coherent synthesis that reflects the multidimensional role of digital leadership across varying organizational and contextual settings. Moreover, limited attention has been given to the mechanisms through which digital leadership drives innovation under diverse ecological, geographic, and structural conditions. To address this gap, we conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA 2020 guidelines and the SPAR-4-SLR framework, analyzing 43 peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2025. Through thematic synthesis, bibliometric mapping, and theoretical classification, we identify key patterns, conceptual structures, and research trends. The findings highlight the dominance of Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT) and Resource-Based View (RBV), with survey-based SEM methodologies prevailing. Notable gaps include conceptual ambiguity, methodological uniformity, and limited longitudinal and cross-cultural insights. This review offers a future research agenda grounded in the Theory–Context–Method (TCM) framework, advocating for broader theoretical integration and contextual diversity to better understand digital leadership’s role in fostering sustainable innovation.

Abstract

This study maps the intellectual landscape of research at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management (KM) to clarify how the field has evolved, who shapes its development, and which themes dominate and emerge over time. A science-mapping study was conducted on 209 English-language journal articles indexed in Scopus (2015–2025). The dataset was analyzed using Biblioshiny to generate performance indicators, collaboration patterns, and thematic structures derived from keyword co-occurrence and factorial clustering. The results indicate a clear acceleration of KM–AI publications after 2020, signaling a shift from early exploratory work toward a rapidly expanding domain. Social-structure mapping shows that knowledge production is globally distributed but concentrated among a core set of countries, institutions, and author networks, with collaboration patterns shaping the diffusion of dominant topics. Conceptually, the field is organized around three interlinked streams: (i) AI-enabled decision support and analytics for KM, (ii) people- and leadership-related adoption dynamics influencing knowledge sharing and innovation, and (iii) governance and sustainability concerns associated with responsible knowledge processes and risk management. This study consolidates fragmented KM–AI scholarship into an integrated map, differentiates core versus peripheral streams, and proposes a focused research agenda that prioritizes mechanisms, boundary conditions, and evaluation approaches for AI-enabled KM in organizational settings.
