Abstract

ABSTRAK Identitas ialah suatu ciri yang membedakan karakter atau sifat bawaan dari makhluk hidup, benda, atau manusia itu sendiri yang menjadi ciri khasnya. Corporate identity merupakan tanda pengenal suatu identitas dari sebuah perusahaan sebagai pembeda dari perusahaan lainnya. Perancangan corporate identity dapat dikatakan berhasil saat corporate identity tersebut mampu mewakili sebuah perusahaan tersebut, dalam penyampaian berupa logo, aplikasi pada stationery, merchandise, dan pada media promosi. Arstudio merupakan studio yang bergerak di dalam bidang desain, konsultan dan kontraktor Arsitektur di Bandung. Studio yang berdiri pada tahun 2010 dengan nama Zoom Studio. Selama 5 tahun belakang perusahaan ini berganti nama menjadi Arstudio. Terdapat kekurangan dalam perubahan nama perusahaan yaitu identitas baru. Belum adanya Identitas baru tentunya menghambat pemasaran serta promosi dalam penjualan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat perancangan corporate identity Arstudio di Bandung. Perancangan meliputi logo dan pengaplikasian pada berbagai media seperti media promosi, stationery, merchandise, dan sebagainya. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan identitas perusahaan Arstudio kepada masyarakat dan meningkatkan pemasaran serta pengembangannya. Kata Kunci : Identitas, Corporate Identity, Arsitektur, Arstudio. ABSTRACT Identity is a feature that distinguishes the character or nature of the living things, objects, or humans themselves that characterize it .Corporate identity is identifier of company as a differentiator from another companies. The design of corporate identity can be said successful when the corporate identity is able to represent a company, in the delivery of logos, applications on stationery, merchandise, and on the media campaign. Arstudio is atelier in design, consultant, and architecture contractor in Bandung. Its began in 2010 by the name of Zoom Studio. For 5 years behind the company was renamed Arstudio. There is a lack of change in the name of the company that is a new identity . The absence of new Identity certainly hamper marketing and promotion in sales. To overcome these problems the authors make the design of corporate identity Arstudio in Bandung. This design includes logo and application in various media like promotional media, stationery, merchandise, and so on. The purpose of this design is to introduce the companys identity to the public Arstudio and improve marketing and development. Keywords: Identity, Corporate Identity, Architecture, Arstudio.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the use of village funds in Tangerang District. Descriptive method is used to interpret realization data of the use of village funds in 2015 and 2017. It finds that the use of village funds still emphasize its use in physical development of the  village and still a little concentrate on community empowerment for strengthening the community economy such as the establishment and development of BUMDesa. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge and skills in the optimization of social media as a means of product marketing for Tsaqofi Community. This activity has been done with the e-learning method through the utilization of the WhatsApp group. This activity was held for a month involving nine participants. After participating in this activity, participants have understood the benefit of social media to develop their business. Participants also have practiced the theory given, so that they felt the positive advantage of community service activities.

Abstract

The Village Owned Enterprises (BUMK) Hendro Mulyo was established by the Government of Tempuran Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. Although it is strategically located, BUMK has not been able to explore business potential following the conditions of the local community. The purpose of this community service activity is to explore the potential of the village as a form of BUMK business and make a Budget Plan for BUMK businesses. The result of community service activities is that BUMK management has established a business form and can plan their business budget.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study is to create social constructs related to Village-owned Enterprise (VOE) performance measurement tools and establish a hierarchy of strategy formulation using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Research Methodology: The methods used in this research were interviews, observations, and literature reviews to gain overall information to achieve the research goals. The purposively chosen sample was PH Village and PL VOE in Yogyakarta Province. Based on the data obtained, a BSC simulation was conducted, followed by strategic analysis using AHP. Results: This study established a social construct of VOE’s performance measurement model based on the social enterprise BSC introduced by Bull (2007) and Somers (2005). A simulation was conducted by measuring the performance of the PL VOE. A total score of 96,49% was obtained for the PL performance measurement result. In addition, a strategy to create barriers to entry was established in this study. The analysis showed that the product differentiation strategy had the highest score (0,66394). To obtain the strategy, the village head, as a village vision creator, must create vision (0,47037) focusing on how to satisfy the PL’s consumers (0,35131). Limitations: The limitation of the research is the lack of an observable sample since not all the villages and VOEs have the required data for research purposes. Contribution: The benefit of this study is that it focuses on the Yogyakarta Provincial Village Community Empowerment Service. This research can be used to formulate strategic policies for the Yogyakarta Provincial government to improve VOE performance, mainly in terms of barriers to entry creation. Novelty: This study contributes to the strategic management of social enterprises in Indonesia, particularly VOE. The use of social BSC and AHP in one article to measure the performance of VOE and to create barriers to entry strategies is still scarce in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pola kemitraan dalam mendorong ketahanan pangan di Desa Krandegan Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan wawancara dengan beberapa informan yang berkompeten. Penelitian ini menemukan bukti bahwa ketahanan pangan di Desa Krandegan tidak dapat terjadi tanpa adanya pola kemitraan yang bagus antar beberapa pihak/ aktor yang berkolaborasi. Pihak/aktor yang berkontribusi dalam kerjasama ini antara lain Pemerintah (Pemerintah Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten), Pebisnis, Komunitas, Akademisi, dan Media. Dalam pola ketahanan pangan desa, Pemerintah Desa tidak dapat menjadi tokoh tunggal atau tidak dapat berdiri sendiri mengatasi gejolak ketahanan pangan. Namun Pemerintah Desa merupakan driver atau penggerak atas pola kemitraan yang mampu mendorong dan menciptakan ketahanan pangan bagi masyarakat desanya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a predictive model for determining the rental price range of State Property (BMN), including accommodations and ATM rooms, using the Naive Bayes algorithm to mitigate bias in rental optimization within the KPKNL Bukittinggi work area. By utilizing market transaction data for ATM room rentals and market offering data for accommodation rentals, the authors constructed a predictive model to estimate the rental price range of BMN. The model achieved accuracy rates of 61.85% for accommodation rentals and 70.15% for ATM room rentals. The originality of this study lies in addressing the potential bias risk in BMN rental assessments, which can lead to inefficient and suboptimal transactions. The findings reveal that of the 7 BMN accommodations analyzed, 4 were undervalued. Additionally, out of 24 BMN ATM room rentals, 3 were undervalued, and 3 were overvalued, indicating the model's potential to enhance the accuracy of rental value assessments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of value-stock and growth-stock portfolio during the pandemic to learn which investment strategy gave better performance during the period. This research is conducted using t-test to compare the average weekly return between value-stock and growth-stock portfolio. The performance of value stock portfolio is represented by IDX Value 30 index performance, while growth stock portfolio is represented by IDX Growth 30 index performance. This research shows that there is no significant difference between the performance of value-stock and growth stock portfolio during the pandemic. Later, this research also uses risk-adjusted return in the return to include risk in return calculation. However, the result remains the same as there is no significant difference between these two portfolios. Therefore, we can conclude that the two investment strategies did not give different results significantly during the pandemic.
