Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Talking Stick dan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalent control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Batam. Sebagai sampel adalah kelas VIII11 menggunakan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dan kelas VIII10 menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar matematika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick terhadap hasil belajar matematika 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar matematika 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dan pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar 4) model pembelajaran Talking Stick lebih baik dari pada pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada pokok bahasan bangun ruang sisi datar (kubus dan balok) siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Batam.Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran Talking Stick, Hasil belajar matematikaThe purpose of the research is to find an effect of Talking Stick model and conventional learning model toward students mathematic achievement of VIII grade in SMP Negeri 11 Batam. This research is a quasi experimental.with non equivalent control group design. The population and sample of the research VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 11 Batam. Technique sampling by Cluster Random Sampling. Sample of the research is VIII11 use Talking Stick model and VIII10 use conventional learning.. The instrument used by test and already valid and reliabel. Based on the research obtained that: 1) there is an effect of Talking Stick model toward students mathematic achievement 2) there is not effect of conventional learning toward students mathematic achievement 3) there are difference effect between Talking Stick model and conventional learning toward students achievement 4) Talking Stick model is better than conventional learning toward students mathematic achievement to flat side of geometry (cube and block) VIII class SMP Negeri 11 Batam.Keywords: Talking Stick learning model, mathematics learning achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the use of village funds in Tangerang District. Descriptive method is used to interpret realization data of the use of village funds in 2015 and 2017. It finds that the use of village funds still emphasize its use in physical development of the  village and still a little concentrate on community empowerment for strengthening the community economy such as the establishment and development of BUMDesa. Abstract

Kegiatan lesson study di SMP Negeri 1 Paseh dilaksanakan pada tahun pelajaran 2006/2007. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh kalangan guru IPA Kabupaten Sumedang beserta team ahli dari dosen FPMIPA-UPI. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: perencanaan, implementasi, dan refleksi. Implementasi kegiatan  dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 2 Desember 2006. Untuk bidang studi biologi, konsep yang diambil adalah Sistem Pencernaan Makanan pada sub konsep Uji Kandungan Bahan Makanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Implementasi kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada kelas VIII-F dengan jumlah siswa 38 orang, yang dibagi ke dalam 6 kelompok. Secara umum kegiatan lesson study ini membawa pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini hendaknya tidak hanya dilakukan pada saat ada pembimbing dari UPI, melainkan diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan belajar sehari-hari untuk setiap sekolah, baik untuk satu bidang studi saja ataupun antar bidang studi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by crank games to improve understanding of science concepts and interest in learning elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative approach, experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. Samples were taken by random or random techniques. This research used questionnaire/questionnaire data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, t-test, Simple Linear Regression Test and N-Gain Test. The results of this study show: 1) There is a difference in the average understanding of elementary school students' concepts using the problem-based learning model assisted by crank games. This is evidenced by the sig count value of 0.001 ˂ 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the quality of learning in the experimental class and the control class. The mean for the experimental class was 90.75, far greater than the average for the control class, 79.50. 2) There is a difference in the average learning interest of elementary school students using the problem-based learning model assisted by crank games. This is evidenced by Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.001 ie 0.001 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the use of the problem based learning model with the help of the crank on the interest in learning science for SDIT Insan Kamil students by 78.89%. 3) There is an influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by crank games on the understanding of elementary school students' concepts. This is evidenced by t count = 6.638 ˃ t table = 0.468 and a significance value of 0.001 ˂ 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by crank games on increasing the ability to understand elementary school students' concepts. 4) There is an influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by crank games on the learning interest of elementary school students. This is evidenced by the sig value of 0.001 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence from the crank-assisted problem-based learning model on interest in learning science in elementary schools. 5) problem-based learning with the help of cranks can improve elementary school students' understanding of concepts. It is proven that the average score of the experimental class is quite effective, namely 56.6%, while the average score of the control class is less effective, namely 26%. So it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model with the help of cranks in science learning can improve elementary school students' conceptual understanding. 6) The crank-assisted problem-based learning model can increase elementary school students' learning interest. It is proved that the average score of the experimental class is quite effective, namely 58%, while the average score of the control class is less effective, namely 29.6%. So it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model with the help of cranks in science learning can increase elementary school students' learning interest.

Abstract

The Government's attention to development in rural areas has experienced quite significant developments, marked by allocations Village Fund budget which continues to increase and produce development facilities and infrastructure massively in villages. However, the implementation of village fund policies still does not provide an optimal contribution to handle the problem of poverty and improving village independence. The shift in development funding from the center to the regions encourages village officials to commit acts of corruption. This shows that accountability in village fund management and village resilience need to be improved. Although Tangerang Regency is very close to the national economic center, it still cannot create villages which are free from corruption and independent villages. This research aims to analyze policy implementation along with its obstacles in realizing accountability and resilience villages in Tangerang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Study This finds (1) implementation policy management of village funds in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal (2) main obstacles for realizing accountable and independent Village Fund management villages in Tangerang Regency are (a) weak system monitoring and distribution of information Village Fund management; (b) weak resource man Village Fund Manager; and (c) low Village Original Income (PADesa) to total village and shopping income.

Abstract

Pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan menuntut partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahap perencanaannya. Di Desa Seponti Jaya, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan, khususnya pada sektor irigasi sawah, masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah desa dalam mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari aparat desa dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dalam forum Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (Musrenbang) masih bersifat pasif. Masyarakat umumnya hanya hadir tanpa memberikan tanggapan atau saran konstruktif kepada pemerintah desa. Peran pemerintah desa dalam beberapa aspek telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, namun pada aspek pembangunan irigasi sawah masih belum diiringi oleh komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang intensif dengan masyarakat. Hal ini bertentangan dengan Pasal 24 ayat (1) UU Desa. Sebaliknya, pada sektor penyediaan air bersih, terdapat keterlibatan aktif antara pemerintah desa dan masyarakat meskipun terkendala oleh keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya manusia. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan strategi komunikasi dan pemberdayaan oleh pemerintah desa agar partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan lebih optimal dan merata di seluruh sektor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran bola basket materi lay up kanan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa siklus meliputi; pra-siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Setiap siklus pembelajaran terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, refleksi, dan rencana perbaikan. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan sampai mencapai target ketuntasan klasikal kelas yang ditetapkan yaitu 78%. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi lay up kanan. Penyajian data penelitian dalam bentuk deskriptif setelah melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor setelah menggunakan media alat bantu pembelajaran lay up. Nilai awal peserta didik pada pra-siklus dalam aspek kognitif dan psikomotor ketuntasan kelas hanya 35,29%. Setelah pelaksanaan siklus II hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat, ketuntasan kelas dalam sikap 91,17%, dalam aspek keterampilan sebesar 85,29%, dan pengetahuan mencapai 88,24%. Penggunaan alat bantu pembelajaran bola basket memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi. Peserta didik termotivasi serta lebih aktif dalam berlatih teknik dasar gerak lay up. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan alat bantu mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam materi lay up bola basket peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 37 Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait hasil belajar khususnya aspek keterampilan lay up bola basket di kelas IX E SMP N 37 Semarang dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran diferensiasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, subjek penelitian sejumlah 32 peserta didik kelas IX SMP N 37 Semarang. Data hasil belajar didapatkan dari hasil guru pengampu mata pelajaran penjaskes kelas IX E dan penilaian yang dilakukan pada setiap akhir siklus. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan gerak menggunakan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hasil keterampilan peserta didik meningkat dari kegiatan pra siklus dengan nilai rata-rata 75 pada siklus I menjadi 82 pada siklus II kembali mengalami peningkatan menjadi 87. Presentase hasil ketuntasan pada pra siklus sebasar 41% dan meningkat menjadi 71% pada siklus I serta 91% pada siklus II. Jadi dapat disimpulkan pemberian tindakan pada PTK ini telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan.

Abstract

A person with mental disability is someone who has a brain disorder characterized by disturbed emotions, thought processes, behaviors and perceptions (sensory capture) which can cause stress and suffering for the person concerned. Therefore, people with mental disabilities need social rehabilitation services to restore their social functions through orphanages. Panti Sosial Bina Laras (PSBL) Pambelum Palangka Raya has the task of organizing some operational technical activities in providing curative, rehabilitative, promotive social service and rehabilitation guidance in the form of basic knowledge guidance on physical, mental, social, and skills training. need social workers. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the services, programs and social rehabilitation activities carried out at PSBL Pambelum. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection by interview and observation. It is hoped that after knowing the description of services in PSBL, the community will know the importance of social rehabilitation for people with mental disabilities, so that after completing social rehabilitation they can be accepted back into their families and communities.

Abstract

The pandemic of the spread of Covid 19 has an impact on all areas, one of which is the family economy. The purpose of this service includes two things, namely assisting the community to recognize and make types of skills in the form of knitting, and to produce products which are then marketed to improve the economy of the community. This service activity method is carried out in three ways, namely training, implementation and mentoring. The subjects of this service activity are members of the community, especially housewives in Rimba Jaya Village in Merauke Regency. The results of this activity include two things, first, the partner community has experienced an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills in knitting by 39.3 percent and an increase in partner skills in the form of bag knitting types, mask models, mask connector models, and hats. and songkok. Second, the products that have been produced have begun to be marketed through online media in Merauke Regency. The achievement of this service is very dependent on the consistency of the spirit of partners to work during a pandemic and becomes the second choice after activities as a farmer.
