Abstract

The focus of this service activity is to provide religious material and use local potential to carry out programs that have been planned with the ALANG Community. PKM activities are carried out using a PAR approach with the hope of maximizing the program created. The PKM results state that ecological fiqh is the basis for community empowerment as an effort to strengthen the integration of cultural and religious values ​​in environmental management carried out by the community. This program also encourages the formation of networks and collaboration between the community, government and various related parties in managing disaster-prone areas. This synergy strengthens empowerment and disaster risk management efforts, as well as facilitating access to resources and information needed for sustainable regional development. This Community Service Program has had a significant impact in increasing the resilience, welfare and independence of the Kelud slope community, as well as preserving the environment and local wisdom.

Abstract

Qowaid Ushuliyah dan Qowaid fiqhiyyah adalah kaidah-kaidah universal yang didalamnya terkandung bagian-bagian persoalan yang sama, yang dapat dikelompokkan dalam satu garis besar yang sama yang kemudian melahirkan berbagai macam cabang-cabang fiqh. Kaidah-kaidah hukum tidaklah disusun dalam suatu kurun waktu tertentu. Hukum-hukum itu baru tersusun secara sistematis di kemudian hari sejalan dengan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ijtihad di kalangan para pakar dan pendiri madzhab dalam hukum islam. Hukum Islam dan ijtihad dalam hukum Islam dan keberadaan Qowaid Ushuliyah dan Qowaid fiqhiyyah, ibarat dua sisi mata uang yang tidak dapat dipisahkan antara satu dengan yang lain, saling mengisi dan melengkapi. Interelasi kedua kaidah hukum ini adalah bahwa Qowaid Usuliyah berfungsi sebagai landasan hukum yang bersifat fundamental sedangkan Qowaid Usuliyah bersifat instrumental dalam menyimpulkan dan merangkai teknis penerapan hukum tersebut. Selain itu interelasi antara Qowaid Ushuliyah dan Qowaid Fiqhiyyah adalah sebagai connector penghubung antara kesempurnaan Illahiah dengan pemikiran fana manusia dalam memahami maksud dari sang pencipta alam semesta Allah SWT.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to describe and analyze the intriguing practices conducted by the Sasak community in the Wanasaba District of East Lombok Regency. Methods – This study adopts a case studies with qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Findings – The findings reveal the presence of diverse intriguing practices that constitute an integral aspect of Sasak people's life. These practices encompass elements of local culture, indigenous wisdom, and social interactions within the community. Moreover, the study identifies the repercussions of these practices on the cultural and environmental sustainability of the region. Research implications – The findings of this research offer valuable insights into understanding and appreciating the traditional practices of the Sasak people. They also serve as a foundation for developing policies that promote cultural and environmental sustainability in Wanasaba Sub-district. Top of Form Originality/value – Through these findings, valuable insights emerge, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Sasak traditions. Moreover, they serve as a pivotal foundation for crafting policies aimed at nurturing cultural preservation and fostering environmental stewardship within the Wanasaba Sub-district and beyond.

Abstract

This research discusses cash waqf and Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) in Indonesia. Cash waqf is a waqf instrument that uses money as a commodity, managed by the Islamic Financial Institution Receiving Cash Waqf (LKS-PWU) and the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). CWLS is a cash waqf instrument used to purchase government-issued Sukuk, making it a productive waqf alternative.This study aims to explain the legal status of cash waqf in Islamic law and the problems found. The results show that the legal status of cash waqf has differing opinions among scholars. Some scholars allow cash waqf with certain conditions, such as being used as business capital.The research method used is normative with a legislative approach. This research can provide literacy on the legal status of cash waqf and the mechanism of CWLS as a productive effort. CWLS can be a productive and beneficial waqf alternative for the community, increasing the potential of cash waqf in Indonesia. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the development of cash waqf in Indonesia.
