Abstract

Boilers are used to lower the temperature of the gas and diesel passed through the tubes, and to separate the fluid between the gas phase (water vapor) and the liquid phase (water). In the Boiler water feedback system, a controller is needed that is able to maintain the stability of the water level. The boiler used often has problems that cause less than optimal steam results. The problem that occurs is usually at the level of the water level with the fuel which causes the combustion results to be not optimal and has an impact on the steam produced to be not optimal. Therefore, this research will focus on determining the most appropriate water level with natural gas and diesel fuel so that maximum combustion results are obtained. The tube will also be installed vertically with a slope of 65ËšC with the aim of increasing heat transfer to the boiler and accelerating the evaporation of water molecules which are expected to produce more optimal steam. The parameters observed were temperature, pressure, and the temperature of the combustion flame, the aim was to determine the effect of air on fuel gas and diesel on the speed of temperature and pressure increase. The results of the research show that the optimal water level is the 5th condition (70%) because it can produce saturated steam according to the Efficiency target with a constant state in a continuous process using diesel and gas fuel.

Abstract

During World War II, electricity companies in Indonesia were controlled by Japan and subsequently seized by Indonesian youths after independence in September 1945, then handed over to the Republic of Indonesia government. President Sukarno established the Electricity and Gas Office on October 27, 1945. PLN (State Electricity Company) has adopted various innovations, including Prepaid Electricity Service (LPB), as part of efforts to enhance service quality to the public.This study focuses on comparing satisfaction between Prepaid and Postpaid electricity users based on community perceptions in Bandar Sribhawono. Data analysis methods using Chi-Square test and Coefficient of Contingency indicate that the presence of Prepaid PLN significantly contributes to improving community satisfaction, with a contingency coefficient value of 0.7985, exceeding the critical value set.These findings suggest that promotional strategies and services implemented by PT PLN (State Electricity Company) Distribution in Bandar Sribhawono have the potential to influence public preferences in choosing between Prepaid and Postpaid electricity. The implications of these findings can serve as a basis for enhancing marketing strategies and services to achieve broader adoption of Prepaid Electricity in the future.

Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara yang sedang berkembang, terus menerus mengupayakan peningkatan hubungan dengan pasar global, dengan salah satu caranya adalah melalui sektor transportasi. Pentingnya pembangunan dan kemajuan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan menuntut kelancaran proses, sehingga mengurangi segala bentuk penghalang menjadi prioritas. Kendala yang sering muncul dalam lingkup transportasi, khususnya di area bandara, bisa menghambat operasi penerbangan dan memperlambat dinamika ekonomi nasional di tengah persaingan pasar dunia yang ketat. Drainase yang tidak memadai adalah salah satu faktor penghambat yang serius dalam operasional bandara. Genangan air di landasan pacu yang disebabkan oleh sistem drainase yang tidak efektif bisa membahayakan keselamatan penerbangan serta mengurangi umur pakai aspal. Karena itu, sangat dibutuhkan solusi yang bisa mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem drainase di bandara. Artikel ini akan mengulas tentang bagaimana kapasitas, lokasi, dan inovasi teknologi dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi drainase.
