Abstract

The millennial generation is a generation that is very close to technology. The freedom to access social media through various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook as entertainment is more important than the learning they get from social media. One simple problem that occurs in the field is their wealth of knowledge about various genres of music is unfortunately not matched by basic knowledge about music itself. One of the simplest is rhythm and tempo. Elementary school children in the RT.22 Matani area are often unable to sing according to the tempo or rhythm of the song they are playing. It is very simple but it becomes the basis for them to develop their interest and talent in music. On the other hand, the ability to hear and read rhythm and tempo must be trained to develop the ability to read block notation and numbers. The solution offered by the PKM team is to use the Dalcroze Method in practicing rhythm and tempo so that learning simple basic music theory becomes comfortable and fun, of course the expected results are maximized

The results of inferential statistical analysis show academic supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance (3.934 > 2,) with significance (0,000 < 0,05); teacher competence had positive impact on teacher performance (0,836) and insignificance (0,341 > 0,05); teacher job motivation had no effect on teacher performance (0.610 < 2,306) with insignificance (0,543 > 0,05); teachers' work environment had no effect on teachers' performance (1.275 < 2,306) and was not significant for teacher performance (0,036 > 0,05). Simultaneous academic supervision, teacher competence, job motivation, and teacher working environment affected teacher performance (14,410 >2,306) with significance (0,000 < 0,05). Abstract

Background: Benign Prostate Hyperplasia is an enlarged prostate gland, which can block the prostatic urethra and cause obstruction of the flow of urine out of the bladder. Management Surgical procedures in BPH patients will have an impact on anxiety before surgery. PMR and guided imagery are relaxation techniques that can help activate the relaxation response. The general objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of PMR therapy and guided imagery as non-pharmacological therapy on the anxiety level of preoperative BPH patients. Research Methods: This research is an experimental study, using a quasi-experimental design. In this study, there were two groups, namely the group that received PMR treatment and the guided imagery treatment group in preoperative BPH patients. The number of members of each group is 10 people. The technique used to test the effectiveness of the PMR and guided imagery groups was the Mann Whitney test. Research Results: Based on data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test about the level of anxiety between the Guided Imagery group and the PMR group, a p-value of 0.000 was obtained. Based on this value, because p <0.05, which means that there is a difference in the level of anxiety between the Guided Imagery group and the PMR group. Conclusion: There is a difference in the level of anxiety between the Guided imagery group and the PMR group. When viewed from the median and minimum-maximum values, it can be seen that there is a better reduction in anxiety levels in the Guided imagery group when compared to the PMR group.
