Abstract

The learning model is a strategy used by teachers to increase learning motivation, learning attitudes among students, able to think critically, have social skills, and achieve more optimal learning outcomes. Referring to this, the development of learning models continues to change from traditional models to more modern models. Researchers used the ethnographic method during a pandemic for six months, January-June 2020. This method was considered appropriate to obtain data on the lives and actions of a group in certain situations in society from the point of view of their culture of life. The data collection process, both primary and secondary, is carried out continuously. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there are several things that support the success of students studying at English language educational institutions in Pare. The learning method is one of the supporting factors. For this reason, the method used is the 'Boarding Teaching' and 'In Class Scheduled' methods. These two methods are carried out by carrying the concept of 'fun teaching' or an interesting method that does not seem too formal and rigid. By using this kind of method students become more interested and enthusiastic to learn. In fact, the point is that the learning that is carried out focuses on practice, because English is a skill, not just knowledge. In general, the learning model carried out in English language education institutions in Pare is a similar method, namely the 'Fun Englsih' method, which is learning English in a pleasant environmental situation and games that are usually carried out to train students to use English and make it easier for students remember the material being taught such as vocabulary and expressions in English. Another method used is group discussion or group discussion.

Abstract

The role of women in public sector jobs is now a universal phenomenon. Based on the multiple linear regression F test, it can be seen that the female transformational leadership style variables together have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees of non-profit organizations with an Fcount value of 17.896> Ftable which is 2.49. This means that the high and low work productivity of employees of non-profit organizations is determined by whether or not the female transformational leadership variable is good. And based on the t test, it is known that only the charisma variable of female transformational leadership partially has a significant dominant influence on the work productivity of employees of non-profit organizations with a calculated t value of 3.265> t table of 2.03. So it can be concluded that the first hypothesis of this study is proven true while the second hypothesis is not proven true.

Analysis of identifying the supply of coffee beans in Indonesia, analysis of added value, measurement and assessment of the sustainable supply performance index for coffee beans. The added value of coffee bean supply was analyzed using the Hayami modification. SCOR-AHP (Supply Chain Operations Reference-Analytical Hierarchy Process) is used to measure the sustainability performance of human resources. The supply status of coffee beans is calculated using the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) technique with R software. The value added ratio for coffee farmers is low (46.58%) compared to collectors with (71.31%) and KUB (86.35% ). Farmers' supply performance is 71.99% lower than collectors with a value of 88.15% and KUB 86.77%. The economic dimension of sustainability is almost sustainable (78.39), the social dimension is sustainable (89.25), the environmental dimension is almost sustainable (79.63) and the technological dimension is almost sustainable (67.68). The aggregate value of sustainable supply shows 78.72% which means almost sustainable.
