This study aims to determine a process flow of logistics management at Giant Extras. The study used a qualitativedescriptive approach. The research sample using snowball sampling where the sampling technique to dig up asmuch information as possible related to the research. Informants in this study were selected according to the criteriainformant credible and relevant. This research was conducted with participant observation, interviews,documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the flow of logistics management at Giant Extras includeplanning activities for the product output, organizing activities related to the division of labor among the sections,monitoring activities akam quality products and ordinances pendisplayan. Procurement of goods, which aredivided into type A, type B and type C. Registration activities in accordance with invoice and PO and recordingof inventory taking per 6 months. Penggudangan activities which will storage products. Activity then either ecerdistribution of goods or trader. And elimination of activities for goods that are not fit for consumption, by waydiretur or destroyed.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui suatu proses alur manajemen logistik di Giant Ekstra. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel penelitian menggunakan snowball sampling dimana teknikpenentuan sampel dengan menggali informasi sebanyak mungkin yang terkait dengan penelitian. Informan dalampenelitian ini dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria informan yang kredibel dan relevan. Penelitian ini dilakukan denganobservasi partisipan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alurmanajemen logistik di Giant Ekstra meliputi kegiatan perencanaan akan produk outputnya, kegiatanpengorganisasian yang terkait pembagian kerja antar bagian, kegiatan pengawasan akam kualitas produk dan tatacara pendisplayan. Kegiatan pengadaan barang, yang terbagi menjadi type A, type B dan type C. Kegiatanpencatatan sesuai dengan faktur dan PO serta pencatatan stock opname per 6bulan. Kegiatan penggudangan yaitupenyimpanan akan produk. Kemudian Kegiatan pendistribusian barang baik secara ecer maupun trader. Dankegiatan penghapusan untuk barang yang sudah tidak layak konsumsi, dengan cara diretur atau dimusnahkan.

This research aims to find out how external communication in public relations Division of the national police. This research takes data from three informants, namely the head of sub-Division of the news section of the public lighting bureau public relations Division community police, head of the ministry of information and documentation bureau manager documentation information public relations Division of the police, administrative officer and part of the ministry of information and documentation. In the study, researchers conducted the sample and the data source selected by purposive and snowball sampling. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research was undertaken researchers then it can be inferred that the external communications on the public relations Division of the national police are divided into two linesconsist of (1) communication from the organization to a wider audience that is informative tailored to Act No. 14 of the year 2008 about the openness of public information delivered through several activities and by using the media.The openness of institutions do to get the public trust to the institutions; (2) Communication from the audience to the organization that is the public relations Division police get feedback and opinions from the community in the form of a negative and a positive response by observing the mass media, online media, public relations activities conducted and the police sources trustworthy of the policies conducted by the ranks of the police force of the Republic of Indonesia andthe information submitted public relations Division of the national police.

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about organizational commitment of heads of departments of Muhammadiyah’s Higher Education Institutions in Kopertis Region III, which is influenced by cognitive ability, transformational leadership, and organizational justice. The research was conducted using quantitative approach with the path analysis method in hypothesis testing. In this study, where heads of departments are as the unit of analysis, 53 samples of heads of departments were obtained and selected at random. The results of the study were as follows: (1) cognitive ability has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (2) transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (3) organizational justice has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (4) cognitive ability has a direct positive effect on organizational justice; (5) transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on organizational justice; (6) cognitive ability has a direct positive effect on transformational leadership. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that cognitive ability, transformational leadership, organizational justice can increase organizational commitment of the heads of departments of Muhammadiyah’s Higher Education Institutions in Kopertis Region III.

This research looks at how the five main characteristics of character education are implemented and developed at SDN Kebon Manggis 11. The researcher uses the qualitative approach with a descriptive method in this research. Primary and secondary sources of data were used in this research. The finding of the study showed that the application and development of the five main characteristics in character education at SDN Kebon Manggis 11 make extensive use of Scout extracurriculars in schools, with indicators included in each material or activity contained in Scouting. The five main characteristics featured in character education are particularly successful when implemented and developed through scouting activities, such as nationalism; at this point, students must know the biographies of the national heroes.

The Creative Economy Agency noted that in 2020 around 60% of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Indonesia were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic which made the wheels of the business economy temporarily stop. On the other hand, some MSMEs can still survive and rise ready to live the new normal even though they have been hit by a pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Entrepreneurial Marketing in maintaining Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source was taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses active participative observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and document studies. Data validation using source triangulation and techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the constant comparative method. The results showed that Bakulanvia business people implemented entrepreneurial marketing which was reviewed through an opportunity focused on the implementation of joining Jakpreneur and expanding relationships. Innovation-oriented is by innovating attractive packaging different from others. Value Creation is through satisfaction and customer input suggestions that are constructive. Calculated risk-taking is by making strategies through promos and utilizing social media. Research limitations and suggestions for subsequent research are provided.

This research aimed to describe how purple economy can reflect cultural values on goods and services in the Betawi dodol business. The object of this research is Mr. Marno's dodol Betawi. For this sampling technique using purposive sampling with the subject of processors, service employees, and consumers. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is interactive model analysis. Data validity uses source triangulation, technique and theory triangulation. The findings in the field are dodol which has been attached to Betawi culture so that when at certain events dodol is the most sought after by having various flavors and variants of Betawi special cakes and in the services provided with hospitality so that anyone who comes will feel comfortable. The limitation in this study is that it tends to be subjective to dodol betawi culinary MSMEs only because it cannot be applied to other types of fields, so this research has limited sources and phenomena in MSME. In Indonesian literature, the purple economy has not been widely or minimally discussed in national literature but with a small scope and to start with it is very possible in MSME, especially Betawi dodol MSME because they are attached to their culture and economy.

UMKM sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital, serta infrastruktur yang belum memadai. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dalam proses transformasi digital dan menawarkan solusi serta strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur dan analisis studi kasus UMKM yang telah berhasil melakukan transformasi digital. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengatasi tantangan transformasi digital, UMKM perlu mencakup peningkatan literasi digital, investasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi, serta kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah dan sektor swasta. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi pelatihan dan pendidikan digital untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital tenaga kerja, akses terhadap sumber pendanaan yang mendukung inovasi teknologi, serta penyediaan platform digital yang mudah diakses oleh UMKM. Strategi lainnya termasuk pengembangan ekosistem digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, serta kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung dan memfasilitasi transformasi digital di sektor UMKM. Dengan mengimplementasikan solusi dan strategi tersebut, UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing di era digital. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik bisnis yang mendukung transformasi digital UMKM, sehingga dapat berperan lebih signifikan dalam perekonomian nasional.

Microbusinesses contribute to the country's economy, so attention is needed to improve businesses in the digitalization era. Limited competence, facilities, and infrastructure are obstacles to digitalization; therefore, mentoring is required for digital transformation. This study aims to observe the digital transformation's success through mentoring activities. The research method used is qualitative, with observation, interviews, and documentation conducted with five sources who have been assisted in the digital micro business transformation. The study results show that the digital transformation that MSMEs have carried out has gone through 3 (three) stages. Namely, the first is digital competence, namely understanding the importance of digitalization and digitalization media; the second is digitalization of businesses by determining the use of digital media and the effectiveness of the use of digital media that has been used; and the third is digital transformation, namely efforts to improve businesses by innovating so that they continue to survive and grow by expanding their networks. Micro business actors who have been assisted can see the results within 2 weeks. Although insignificant, the benefits can be felt with the presence of online customers and increased customers due to the ease of transactions.

Berwirausaha menjadi salah satu solusi mengurai tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia, oleh sebab itu perguruan tinggi wajib memiliki mata kuliah kewirausahaan kedalam kurikulumnya, bahkan beberapa perguruan tinggi memiliki beberapa matakuliah untuk mendukung kelengkapan pembekalan berwirausaha seperti yang ada pada program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof Dr. Hamka yakni mata kuliah digitalisasi bisnis sebagai penguat dari mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa yang telah lulus mata kuliah digitalisasi bisnis dengan analisis menggunaan regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah uji F sebesar 7,357 terdapat pengaruh pengaruh positif yang simultan antara minat berwirausaha dengan materi digitalisasi bisnis yang didapatkan di kelas diantaranya pemahaman konsep bisnis digital, pemasaran online dan teknologi finansial. Materi yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha adalah pemahaman konsep bisnis digital. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat mengembangkan metode pembelajaran dosen pengampu mata kuliah digitalisasi bisnis.

Digital developments have a major impact on various sectors, one of which is the economy. The digital economy era provides innovation in payment methods on various business platforms, namely using the S-Pay Later method, one of the most popular choices among the younger generation. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to collect data from students living in the UHAMKA dormitory. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the use of S-Pay Later can affect students' financial behavior, both in terms of spending, savings, and money management. Students who use S-Pay Later said that they find it easier to make payments, but they also tend to make more impulsive purchases and have difficulty managing their finances. The purpose of this study is to educated on the importance of financial management for students in increasing awareness and the impact of using digital payment services. This study is intended to provide insight to educational institutions to design programs that support students in managing their finances wisely.
