Abstract

This study aimed to develop a formation test that also serves as a diagnostic test. The purpose of this product is to determine students’ learning difficulty levels. We used a two-step multiple-choice assessment tool to develop this diagnostic test. Because two-step multiple-choice tests help teachers identify learning difficulties that arise in students. The research method used is research and development. This test was developed using the Moodle platform and takes the form of a closed multiple-choice test consisting of 20 questions. Media and materials experts validate diagnostic tests. Based on validation, this developed product can be used as a physics learning assessment tool to measure student learning outcomes and learning difficulties. The aspects of media learning expert is usability, navigation, visuals, product, effectiveness, and content. While, the aspects of material expert are compliance with curriculum, construction, and language. We tested high school students and found that 2 of the 20 questions about the concepts of momentum and impulse were mastered and the remaining 18 were at the level of instrumental understanding and misunderstanding. Therefore, teachers should look for strategies to expand students' conceptual knowledge of dynamics and momentum. Thus, the mastery of the student's concept is whole and thorough.

Abstract

Abstract Should work on formative assessments and summative assessment simulations can provide an overview of solving conceptual problems for students. So this study has the aim of finding a relationship between problem-solving done in students' physics textbooks with students' conceptual understanding. The number of questions that students completed on momentum and impulse material is estimated to be around 50 to 100 questions with an average of about 75 questions. Based on the teaching experience found in six classes (grade 10 of senior high school), students do not experience much difficulty in using physics formulas. However, it was found that they still had conceptual problems and there was a relationship between the number of questions worked and conceptual understanding. Because momentum and impulse are vector quantities, students have problems mastering vectors (direction). so that after being explored it turns out that students have conceptual problems in solving problems involving the direction of object movement, especially for objects that experience two conditions before and after the collision. So it is concluded that solving problems using traditional textbooks has a limited effect on conceptual understanding. Abstrak Sebaiknya pengerjaan asesmen formatif dan simulasi asesmen sumatif dapat memberikan gambaran pemecahan masalah konseptual bagi siswa. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan antara pemecahan masalah yang dikerjakan dari buku teks fisika siswa dengan pemahaman konsep siswa. Jumlah soal yang diselesaikan siswa pada materi momentum dan impuls diperkirakan sekitar 50 hingga 100 soal dengan rata-rata sekitar 75 soal. Berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar di enam kelas (kelas 10 SMA), siswa tidak mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam menggunakan rumus fisika. Namun, ditemukan bahwa mereka masih memiliki masalah konseptual dan ada hubungan antara jumlah soal yang dikerjakan dengan pemahaman konsep siswa. Karena momentum dan impuls merupakan besaran vektor, umumnya siswa kesulitan menguasai permasahan yang berhubungan dengan vektor (arah). Sehingga setelah dieksplorasi ternyata siswa memiliki masalah konseptual dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang menyangkut arah gerak benda, khususnya untuk benda yang mengalami dua kondisi sebelum dan sesudah tumbukan. Jadi disimpulkan bahwa pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan buku teks tradisional memiliki efek terbatas pada pemahaman konseptual.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of In-House Training (IHT) on optimizing innovative teaching materials using Canva at MAN 1 Kota Bekasi. The research method used includes needs identification, planning and implementation of IHT, and post-training evaluation. The results of the research indicate that this training successfully improves the understanding and skills of teaching staff in using Canva to design engaging and effective learning materials. Although facing some challenges, such as limited technological resources, steps have been taken to overcome these challenges. Thus, this IHT training can be considered as a positive step in supporting the development of learning quality at MAN 1 Kota Bekasi. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan In-House Training (IHT) mengenai optimalisasi bahan ajar inovatif menggunakan Canva di MAN 1 Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan IHT, serta evaluasi pasca-pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan staf pengajar dalam menggunakan Canva untuk merancang materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif. Meskipun menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya teknologi, langkah-langkah telah diambil untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Dengan demikian, pelatihan IHT ini dapat dianggap sebagai langkah yang positif dalam mendukung pengembangan kualitas pembelajaran di MAN 1 Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Dalam era di mana teknologi semakin merajalela, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi revolusioner dari e-modul materi optik geometri dan alat optik dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMA. Dengan memanfaatkan desain quasi-eksperimental yang canggih, penelitian ini melibatkan 25 siswa berbakat dari kelas XI untuk menjalani 14 sesi pembelajaran yang inovatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest menyoroti transformasi luar biasa dalam pemahaman siswa, yang ditandai dengan lonjakan substansial dalam skor posttest dan nilai N-Gain. Analisis statistik yang mendalam mengungkapkan bahwa nilai uji t, yang mencapai -13,565 pada derajat kebebasan 24, mengukuhkan kontribusi signifikan E-Modul dalam mengangkat pemahaman siswa ke level yang baru. Hasil ini bukan hanya sekadar mencerminkan keberhasilan teknologi dalam pendidikan, tetapi juga membuka jalan bagi masa depan yang cerah di mana inovasi dan pembelajaran dapat berpadu harmonis untuk mencapai pencerahan yang tak terbatas

Abstract

STEAM and Cooperative learning have become effective approaches in enhancing students' understanding of scientific concepts, including global warming.This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of applying STEAM and Cooperative methods in enhancing the understanding of global warming among 10th-grade IKM 11 students at MAN 1 Kota Bekasi.The methods used include creating infographics based on Canva, simple experiments modeling the greenhouse effect, and assessments based on Google Form.The research results show that the average student assessment scores increased from 64.03 (previous material) to 85.89 (after the implementation of the method).Additionally, the analysis of data distribution shows a more uniform improvement in understanding among students.Factors supporting the success of this method include project-based learning, technology integration, and active interaction in group discussions.Thus, the implementation of the STEAM and Cooperative learning models not only improves student learning outcomes but also contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 13 (Climate Action), as well as supporting Indonesia's Golden Vision 2045 in building superior and competitive human resources.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the extent to which students at MAN 1 Kota Bekasi recognize, love, and feel proud of Bekasi City as the City of Patriots through the implementation of the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Project (P5P2RA) with a local wisdom theme. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students. The results show that most students are familiar with Bekasi City as the City of Patriots, but the level of love and pride for local culture in Bekasi still needs to be improved. These findings provide insights into the challenges of fostering pride in local identity and offer recommendations to enhance the P5P2RA program through greater involvement from the school, local government, and community. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana siswa di MAN 1 Kota Bekasi mengenal, mencintai, dan merasa bangga dengan Kota Bekasi sebagai Kota Patriot melalui implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin (P5P2RA) dengan tema kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah mengenal Kota Bekasi sebagai Kota Patriot, namun tingkat kecintaan dan kebanggaan terhadap budaya lokal Kota Bekasi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan terkait tantangan dalam membangun rasa bangga terhadap identitas lokal, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan program P5P2RA melalui pelibatan lebih lanjut dari pihak sekolah, pemerintah, dan masyarakat lokal.
