The principal is a teacher who is given an additional assignment to be a leader in a school, the task of the principal can regulate, control and empower the community in the surrounding area, selection of outstanding school principals, so far both the school and Kuantan Singingi District Education Office determine the outstanding headmaster does not have an application that can simplify the work in calculating the weight value to determine the principals who are pretending, the assessment carried out so far is only manual, the application of the SAW method is used to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives - each participant will be ranked from highest to lowest. The results obtained from this study are that the system built can facilitate selection, so the selection process becomes more effective, efficient and transparent.

Batik Kuantan dan Batik Nagori merupakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang terletak di Desa Gunung Toar Kecamatan Gunung Toar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Berdiri pada tahun 2019 dan 2017 dan memiliki sekitar 16 karyawan di UMKM Batik Kuantan dan 12 karyawan Batik Nagori, dalam memasarkan penjualan UMKM Batik Kuantan dan Batik Nagori masih memasarkan hasil produknya melalui mulut ke-mulut, jejaring sosial serta memasarkan melaluai tempat UMKM itu sendiri sehingga dalam proses transaksi penjualan dirasa kurang efektif, selain itu proses pembuatan laporan penjualan kurang optimal, batik-batik yang dibuat kurang dikenal oleh kalangan masyarakat baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini memodelkan sistem informasi penjualan batik Kuansing, memudahkan proses transaksi penjualan serta dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan, dan dapat sebagai media pemasaran penjualan batik Kuansing.

Lesson natural science with the discussion of the transportation system and the respiratory system, excretory system, the sense of hearing and sonar systems, light and optical instruments, the solar system and life on Earth, is to see and understand in textbooks alone (LKS), books used is the book Natural Sciences Curriculum 2013. the problem that often arises is the textbook used easily torn or are not durable and lack of interest in learning the studentsindependently and prices of books are more expensive. To overcome these problems, SMPN 4 Teluk Kuantan require a breakthrough in the process of learning to use the "LessonsEducational Game App Natural Sciences". This educational game provides about the subject matter and the evaluation questions science curriculum in 2013 semesters 2. We make natural science educational game that is interactive, make students more interested in learning the lessons of natural science and can stimulate and trigger fascination dents students to learn science to support learning at school and at home.

Kuantan Singingi Islamic University is located in Riau Province, Kuantan Singingi Regency, where currently inventory data processing has not used an application. Inventory data processing carried out by the BPAUK Section is still done manually so that the data processing becomes ineffective and inefficient. With the application, it can facilitate the BPAUK Section in processing inventory data. The method used in this research is observation, interview, literature, analysis, design or design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The results of this study are an inventory data processing application at the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University which is expected to be implemented into the program, so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work.

Kuantan Singingi Islamic University is a private university located in Riau Province with a population of 345,850 people. Kuantan Singingi Islamic University has 12 Study Programs with 1700 active students, from 2013-2021 the number of new students at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University there was an increase and decrease in new students, a significant decrease in the number of new students occurred in 2019 and 2020, The decrease in the number of new students makes several study programs have a ratio of lecturers to students that is not comparable and can harm the institution, by clustering new students in choosing the desired study program. the goal is as a material consideration for leaders to determine strategies in increasing the number of students in the future. The K-Means algorithm is one of the algorithms in data mining that can be used to cluster data, by grouping the data, it can be seen that the number of students in each study program increases or decreases, from these results can be used as evaluation material by the leadership for an increase in new students in each study program so that study programs that have a disproportionate ratio of lecturers to students are in line with what is expected, the ideal ratio of lecturers and students according to the 2012 higher education law is 1:20 for exact sciences and 1 :30 for Social Science.

Information technology is marked by the birth of the computer and its very fast development where information technology is now very much needed by various parties, both companies, state civil servants, private companies, universities and so on. At present the use of information technology at the Institute for Community Service Research and Islamic Da'wah at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi (LPPMDI UNIKS) has not been fully used. Islamiyah has not been carried out optimally where previous data processing was felt to be ineffective, therefore there is a need for a new innovation to make it easier for the Da'wah Islamiyah section to manage data, one of the data that must be managed is the Basic Religious Ability Test for students at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi environment where this data is very necessary for students and LPPMDI UNIKS as a report to the Dean, Study Program and Deputy Chancellor for Field 1 at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi, besides that it is also used as one of the conditions that must be met by students who will graduate.

The magic values is closely related to the level of society understanding with their religion. The aim of this research to find out the magic values in pacu jalur tradition and to find out the perception of society toward magic values of pacu jalur tradition. This research used qualitative method. The result concluded that many processes of making the jalur, there are the magic values in it. In every process, the magic values includes the tool, the mantra, the ritual, and the shaman. The perception of society towards magic values is various. It can be showed that there are some of society is believe towards magic values of pacu jalur, due to the mantra from dukun jalur or the shaman still mention the name of Allah and its not contrary with Islamic teachings, but they didn’t agree that magic as determiner of the race. Some society believe and agree that magic is important in pacu jalur tradition. But some of society is not believe towards magic values because its contrary with Islamic teaching and it includes polytheism. It can be shown by the shaman when he said the mantra in processing pacu jalur makings. The shaman ask mambang (kind of the spirit) in helping pacu jalur makings until finish and participate in event of pacu jalur. The deeds is opposite with Islamic teaching, and it will be syirik because believe another beside believe in Allah. Another perception of society towards magic values is neutral, because they have sense of indifference.

Kantor Camat Kuantan Mudik saat ini, sistem pengolahan datanya masih terbilang sederhana, yaitu belum adanya aplikasi pengolahan data administrasisehingga kantor camat belum dapat di akses oleh masyarakat luas, dan proses pembuatan surat keterangan KTP, surat keterangan pindah, surat keterangan riset, surat izin usaha mikro kecil masih menggunakan data tertulis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi pengolahan data administrasi berbasis web sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya dan menghemat waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu SDLC atau Software Development Life Cycle adalah tahapan-tahapan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh analisis membangun sistem informasi. Yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan secara umum, analisis sistem, desain spesifikasi, kontruksi sistem, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem dan pemeliharaan sistem adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi pengolahan data administrasi yang meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam mengelolah data administrasi, meningkatkan kualitas kantor camat yang merupakan sebagain salah satu administrasi bagi masyarakat kuantan mudik, dan pemahaman pegawai tentang aplikasi pengolahan data akan lebih besar dikarenakan penggunaan sistem dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Adapun kesimpulan yang dikemukakan pada penelitian ini adalah sistem yang terkomputerisasi pada kantor camat kuantan mudik akan memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pelayanan bagi petugas maupun masyarakat. Sistem terkomputerisasi ini akan mempersingkat waktu dalam pelaporan data administrasi. Memberikan kemudahan dalam menemukan file-file yang berhubungan dengan administrasi, dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi ini maka sistem laporannya bisa dicetak.

Dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan kabupaten kuantan singingi saat ini, sistem pengolahan datanya masih terbilang sederhana, yaitu belum adanya aplikasi digital library sehingga perpustakaan belum dapat di akses oleh masyarakat luas, dan proses peminjaman dan pengembalian masih menggunakan data tertulis . tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi digital librry berbasis web sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya dan menghemat waktu.metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu SDLC atau Sofware Development Life Cycle adalah tahapan-tahapan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh analisis membangun sistem informasi. yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan secara umum , analisis sistem, desain spesifikasi, kontruksi sistem, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem dan pemeliharaan sistemadapun hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi digital library yang meningkatka kinerja pegawai dalam mengelolah data perpustakaan, meningkatkan kualitas perpustakaan yang merupakan sebagai salah satu penunjang pendidikan bagi masyarakat kuantan singingi, dan pemahaman pegawai tentang aplikasi pengolahan data akan lebih besar dikarenakan penggunaan sistem dalam jangka waktu yang panjang.adapun kesimpulan yang dikemukakan pada penelitian ini adalah sistem yang terkomputeriasi pada dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan kabupaten kuantan singingi akan memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pelayanan bagi petugas maupun pengunjung perpustakaan. sistem yang terkomputerisasi ini akan mempersingkat waktu dalam pelaporandata buku dan anggota. memberikan kemudahan dalam menemukan file-file yang berhubungan dengan perpudstakaan. dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi ini maka sistem laporannya bisa dicetak.
