Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Perdagangan Besar di BEI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan variabel bebas Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover. Sedangkan variabel terikat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pertumbuhan Laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Perdagangan Jasa dan Investasi khususnya sektor Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji R2, uji t, dan uji dominan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Quick Ratio, dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Perusahaan Sektor Perdagangan Besar. Hasil R2 (koefisien determinasi) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover mampu menjelaskan sebesar terhadap variabel Pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The research was conducted on the Probolinggo Regency Transportation Office with the aim of knowing the effect of workload, work stress and motivation on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency Transportation Service. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study used was all civil servants as many as 67 people. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were all civil servants as many as 67 people. The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of a country's economy is inseparable from the condition and performance of the banking sector. Banking plays an important role in supporting the Indonesian economy because banks are one of the drivers of the country's economy and part of the financial system. In accordance with Law Number 7 of 1992 concerning banking as amended by Law Number 10 of 1998, banks are required to maintain their health. The purpose of this researcher is to analyze and summarize the soundness level of state-owned commercial banks from 2017 to 2020 based on the RGEC method, so that it can be determined which bank has the best title among several state-owned banks. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, the variables used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. The data used is from 2017-2021. The results showed that NPL values ​​were categorized as unhealthy, LDR values ​​were categorized as unhealthy, GCG values ​​were categorized as very healthy, ROA values ​​were categorized as very healthy, ROE values ​​were categorized as unhealthy, NIM values ​​were categorized as very healthy, BOPO values ​​were categorized as very healthy and CAR values ​​were not categorized. Healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance and company size on company value in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies contained in the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. In this study GCG can be measured by proxy managerial ownership, audit committee and independent commissioner, while company size is measured using Ln total assets. The dependent variable in this study is the value of the company measured using Tobin's Q analysis. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the number of samples used was 76 companies. The data used is in the form of secondary data derived from audited annual financial statements. The results of the study showed that managerial ownership, audit committee and independent commissioner partially had no effect on the value of the company. While the size of the company partially affects the value of the company.

Abstract

Basically, companies make human resources an important factor in the sustainability of the company and make them play a fairly efficient role in every activity in the company. One of them is performance, which plays an important role in the company to achieve profits. From the results of good performance, positive opportunities are obtained. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, so the total sampling number of all Perum Perhutani KPH employees in the city of Probolinggo was 74 employees. The source of data Z that is used is obtained from primary data and secondary data. From the results of the job assessment test) and career development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the partial test results it was found that the work assessment variable had a significant influence on employee performance. And the career development variable partially influences employee performance.
