Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji 1) untuk mengetahui penerapan media pelepah pisang yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak, 2) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui media pelepah pisang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom reseach) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan tingkat kreativitas anak melalui penerapan media pasir ajaib dengan indikator keberhasilan ≥ 75.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, terjadi peningkatan kreativitas anak yang mencapai kualifikasi berkembang sangat baik (BSH), hal itu dibuktikan dengan mendapat nilai pada rata-rata pra siklus kelas sebanyak 64,9, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I sebanyak 72,2 dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 81,9.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a group investigation type cooperative learning model to increase student activity and the level of student understanding of the tayyibah hauqalah sentence material. This research method uses the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The PTK model used refers to Kurt Lewin, which has a spiral shape from cycle I to cycle II. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques to analyze quantitative data. The results of this research show that 1) there is an increase in student activity, as evidenced by the results of observations of student learning activity in cycle I which shows that the score obtained is 80 out of a maximum score of 92, or if the final score of student activity obtained is 90% of maximum score. Furthermore, in cycle II there was also an increase in student learning activity, as evidenced by the results of observations of student learning activity, which obtained a score of 86 out of a maximum score of 92, or if the final score of student activity was obtained as a percentage, it was 93% of the maximum score. 2) there was an increase in the level of students' understanding of the tayyibah hauqalah sentence material in cycle I as evidenced by students getting an average class score of 80.0 and the percentage of learning completion that reached the KKM was 76% or 23 students. Furthermore, in cycle II there was also an increase in the level of students' understanding of the tayyibah hauqalah sentence material as evidenced by students getting an average class score of 88.5 and the percentage of learning completion that reached the KKM was 93% or as many as 28 students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi corporate social responsibility and ethics in education berdasarkan hasil literatur review yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah literatur review. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 urgensi corporate social responsibility and ethics in education yaitu pertama, berfokus pada pemberian kesempatan akses belajar bagi seluruh masyarakat yang belum mendapat akses belajar. Kedua, peningkatan SDM dibidang pendidikan seperti pelatihan dan pendidikan lanjut untuk guru. Ketiga, Peningkatan sarana pra sarana yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian pemerintah maupun belum representative untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Ecoprint is managing fabrics in a natural way. All the materials used are natural, such as flowers, leaves, even tree branches. As the name suggests, ecoprint comes from the English words eco (ecosystem) which means nature and print which means printing. This batik is made by printing with the bahak that is around. Ecoprint is called unique because it cannot be repeated. The dyes used are not the same; that the dyes used in one place and another are different. The results of this research show that the ecoprint technique planning at Kindergarten Al Hidayah III makes it a habit to train fine motor skills, apart from that the ecoprint technique also introduces various media that tend to use natural materials. In planning the ecoprint technique, there is still a lot that needs to be prepared to ensure smooth learning, such as the media or materials that will be used, for example pounding tools or stones, various types of leaves that contain high levels of natural dyes. The results of this research show that planning the ecoprint technique in Al Kindergarten Hidayah III makes it a habit to train his fine motor skills, apart from that, ecoprint technique also introduces various media that tend to use natural materials. In planning the ecoprint technique, there is still a lot that needs to be prepared to ensure smooth learning, such as the media or materials that will be used, for example crushing tools or stones, various types of leaves that contain high levels of natural dyes.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a Decorative Village through the Utilization of Non-Organic Waste Plastic Bottles into Vertical Garden Flower Pots and Differentiation in Banjargondang Village Lamongan. The method of implementing activities is carried out through 5 stages, namely observation, planning, making flower pots, planting flowers into pots, and implementing the installation of flower pots in the banjargondang village area. The results of this activity are First, the realization of the ornamental village concept in banjargondang village which makes the village more beautiful, beautiful, green and organized with the arrangement of several flowers at several points in the area. Second, making the village cleaner, the utilization of plastic bottle waste can reduce the amount of plastic waste in the Banjargondang community. Third, increasing public awareness about proper waste management, the management of plastic waste into flower pots has inspired the community to be creative in utilizing plastic waste in the surrounding environment, so that waste will be reduced and well managed.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan 1) Bagaimana sejarah lahirnya teori kepemimpinan transformasional, 2) Bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan transformasional Bernard M Bass, 3) Bagaimana elemen kepemimpinan transformasional Bernard M Bass. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berupa kajian pustaka (library research). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Tahun 1980-an muncul kekecewaan dengan teori kepemimpinan yang ada, sehingga muncul pendekatan alternatif yang menekankan emosi, nilai-nilai, dan perilaku kepemimpinan simbolis, kejadian tersebut melahikan istilah kepemimpinan transformasional yang pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Downton, kemudian James McGregor Burns, dan bernard M. Bass, 2) Pemimpin transformasional merupakan pemimpin yang mampu membuat pengikut menyadari bahwa (task outcomes) merupakan hal terpenting, mampu membuat pengikut lebih mementingkan kepentingan organisasi atau tim dibanding kepentingan pribadi. Mampu menggerakkan pengikut untuk memiliki kebutuhan pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi, 3) Terdapat 4 elemen penting kepemimpinan transformasional yaitu Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, dan Individualized Consideration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengkaji tantangan dan upaya pendidikan dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode library research. Era society 5.0 hadir dengan konsep kolaborasi antara manusia sebagai pusatnya (human centered) dan teknologi sebagai dasarnya (technology based) menjadi tantangan besar bagi pendidikan terutama pendidik. Pendidik diera society 5.0 diharuskan menjadi penggerak peserta didik dengan kompetensi yang cukup kompleks meliputi educational competence, competence in globalization, competence for technological commerciazation, competence in future strategies dan counselor competence, pemanfaatan IoT (Internet Of Things), pemanfaatan AI (Artificial Intelegence), Augmented Reality dalam pembelajaran, mengembangkan kemampuan siswa untuk mampu berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, komunikatif, bekerjasama dengan baik dan memecahkan masalah dengan tepat. Upaya yang dilakukan pendidikan menghadapi era society 5.0 terbagi menjadi empat yaitu pengoptimalan atau pemerataan infrastruktur, peningkatan kompetensi SDM terutama pendidik, sinkronisasi kompetensi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan industri dan pengoptimalan teknoligi sebagai alat pada kegiatan belajar mengajar

Abstract

A crucial component of education, particularly in madrasahs, is fostering political spirit.  By using the paradigm, this study seeks to characterize democratic character education.  Class XI MA Matholi'ul Anwar's Islamic Cultural History (SKI) course uses concept mapping as the foundation for cooperative learning.This study employs a descriptive design, an instrumental case study type, and a qualitative methodology.  Participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation were used to gather data from 30 students who were purposefully chosen as subjects and SKI teachers.  The study's findings demonstrated that using this strategy produced participative, cooperative, and active learning.  The attitudes of tolerance, consideration, accountability, and respect for one another all increased among the students.  Therefore, the Concept Mapping-based Cooperative Learning paradigm works well in. Thus, the model Cooperative Learning based on Concept Mapping is effective in forming students' democratic character through meaningful and enjoyable learning.

Abstract

Prophetic education is an educational method that takes inspiration from the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad Saw. where the principle is to prioritize integration. The process of education or transfer of knowledge in the field of knowledge must be based on what is in the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, so that the goals of the world and the hereafter can be achieved simultaneously through prophetic education, the purpose of this study is to describe the process of internalizing prophetic education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of library research. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Prophetic education is the process of transferring knowledge and prophetic values that aim to build morals, as well as getting closer to God and nature while understanding them to build an ideal social community (khoirul ummah), as well as the achievement of intellectual, emotional, and moral learners who can develop as a whole. 2) The internalization of prophetic education is carried out with 3 stages, namely the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage, and the transinternalization stage.
