Abstract

Ecoprint is managing fabrics in a natural way. All the materials used are natural, such as flowers, leaves, even tree branches. As the name suggests, ecoprint comes from the English words eco (ecosystem) which means nature and print which means printing. This batik is made by printing with the bahak that is around. Ecoprint is called unique because it cannot be repeated. The dyes used are not the same; that the dyes used in one place and another are different. The results of this research show that the ecoprint technique planning at Kindergarten Al Hidayah III makes it a habit to train fine motor skills, apart from that the ecoprint technique also introduces various media that tend to use natural materials. In planning the ecoprint technique, there is still a lot that needs to be prepared to ensure smooth learning, such as the media or materials that will be used, for example pounding tools or stones, various types of leaves that contain high levels of natural dyes. Abstract

Fiqh learning in fifth-grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Kedungwaras is still dominated by one-way lecture methods, resulting in students being less active and learning outcomes not meeting the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), particularly on the topic of the sacrifice ritual. This study aims to: (1) determine the process of developing crossword puzzle learning media using talking sticks, (2) determine the feasibility of the developed crossword puzzle learning media using talking sticks, and (3) determine the effectiveness of this learning media in improving student learning outcomes. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Data collection instruments included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and pre- and post-tests, with 25 fifth-grade students as participants. The results showed that (1) the development process proceeded systematically through the five ADDIE stages, resulting in media that met students' needs, such as active student involvement in learning. (2) The media's suitability was determined by validation results from media experts at 82.5% and 77.5%, material experts at 80%, student responses at 79%, and teachers at 85%, all of which were considered suitable to very suitable. (3) The media's effectiveness was demonstrated by an increase in the average student score from 64.48 (pre-test) to 86.36 (post-test), and an N-Gain value of 0.64, which fell into the moderate but effective category in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the cooperative learning model take and give in the subject matter of cultural diversity and local wisdom, and to analyze the activeness of fourth grade students at MI Nurul Huda Sawo during the learning process. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the implementation of take and give consisted of three stages: preparation, implementation, and closing. The teacher prepared learning cards, and students studied and exchanged information with peers. This process created an interactive, enjoyable, and participatory learning atmosphere. Students’ activeness increased significantly, as reflected in their willingness to ask, answer, and express opinions. Observation data showed that most students were categorized as active to very active, with activeness percentages ranging from 72% to 92%. These findings suggest that take and give effectively enhances student activeness while reducing teacher dominance. Thus, it is relevant to be applied in IPAS learning, particularly in cultural diversity and local wisdom materials
