Abstract

Toko Amaliah bergerak dalam bidang penjualan sembako yang berlokasi di Pasar Panji Situbondo. Saat ini sistem penjualan yang digunakan masih menggunakan cara sederhana yaitu melayani langsung para pelanggan tanpa adanya pemesanan khusus pelanggan dan tidak ada pembeda antara pelanggan dan konsumen yakni mendatangi toko langsung. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem untuk memberikan kemudahan saat memasarkan barang dagangan secara online dan menerapkan CRM, sehingga pelanggan dengan mudah melakukan pemesanan di platform pemesanan online sekaligus menerapkan CRM dengan memberikan informasi diskon dan ucapan hari penting pada pelanggan dengan mengirimkan notifikasi pada WhatsApp pelanggan. Sistem ini menggunakan metode SDLC. Hasil penelitian yakni sistem dapat mempermudah proses pemesanan dan promosi pada pelanggan serta penerapan CRM dapat memperkokoh hubungan dengan pelanggan dan memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pelanggan.

Abstract

Badan pengawas keuangan dan kekayaan ma’had (BPK2M) merupakan lembaga yang bertugas memeriksa dan mengawasi pengelolaan keuangan di lembaga-lembaga di bawah naungan PP. Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo. Namun, dalam praktiknya, proses audit yang masih bersifat konvensional mengakibatkan atasan tidak dapat memantau kinerja auditor, tidak adanya sistem pemberitahuan, dan tidak adanya grafik temuan pelanggaran setiap lembaga. Tujuan dari sistem informasi hasil audit keuangan pada BPK2M dengan fitur WhatsApp diupayakan untuk membantu mempercepat dalam proses hasil auditing keuangan agar menjadi efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan kajian literatur, analisis serta implementasi pemrograman dengan bahasa PHP, database menggunakan XAMPP dan penggunaan WhatsApp Gateway sehingga menghasilkan program yang berbasiskan web. Hasil dari sistem ini, dapat mendistribusikan laporan, adanya sistem pemberitahuan dan grafik setiap lembaga.

Abstract

The factor that causes potato plants to be less than optimal is diseased potato plants. This potato plant disease can be identified from spotty leaves and dry stems, by identifying it using an identification system based on disease images. Potato stem datasets were obtained at the Ijen Bondowoso plantation as many as 1,132 and 816 diseased and non-diseased potato stem datasets. In the results of the potato leaf graph, the best results were obtained at epoch 25 with an accuracy value of testing data and training data of 82% and 81% with the loss model at epoch 25 being at a value of 0.42 for training data and 0.41 for testing data in the classification of diseased leaves. potato plant. The results of the classification of potato plant stems found the best value at epoch 25 with an accuracy value of 85% on testing data and 86% on training data. The model loss value in the training set is 0.34 and the validation test value is 0.33 at epoch 24

Abstract

This research uses qualitative action research method with a focus on developing automatic door prototypes at Faridh Collection Stores. The problems identified were queues and accessibility difficulties at store entrances and exits. As a result, a prototype was successfully built with the integration of Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensors, buzzers, and servo motors. The prototype is effective in detecting objects near doors and performing automatic movements. It is hoped that this system will ease the flow of customer traffic, improving the convenient shopping experience, especially for customers carrying goods or child strollers. This research shows solutions and hopes on this system to solve queuing problems and accessibility difficulties in Faridh Collection stores

Abstract

Carica fruit is a fruit that is rarely found, this fruit is only found in the Dieng mountains, namely the Wonosobo-Banjarnegara area. This research aims to identify the level of maturity of carica fruit using HSI color space transformation in order to obtain better information about the level of fruit maturity in selecting fruit to be processed. In the process of identifying the ripeness of Carica fruit, 90 datasets were used. The 90 datasets are divided into 3 categories, namely, 30 cooked, 30 cooked, and 30 raw. Then, the 90 datasets were divided into 30 training data and 60 testing data. The results of the identification showed 57 correct out of 60 testing datasets with an accuracy of 95%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially internet network technology, has brought progress in various aspects of life. One of the latest innovations is the Internet of Things, where objects in the real world can communicate with each other via the internet network. Water is a vital element in life, but its quality is often threatened by pollution, so monitoring water quality is crucial. The mineral water industry has an important role in providing clean and safe water, with water quality affecting consumer health. This research aims to design an IoT-based water quality monitoring system at the P2S2 CV mineral water factory. Hafas Situbondo. This system uses the pH4502c and ESP8266 sensors to monitor water quality in real-time, and send data to Firebase for further analysis. Testing shows that the system is capable of providing timely and accurate information, improving monitoring efficiency and response to potential contamination. Thus, it is hoped that this system can increase product safety and consumer confidence in the mineral water produced.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the Islamic boarding school environment, particularly in the Qur’an memorization program, is a crucial tool for improving the effectiveness of monitoring students’ progress. Currently, the management of memorization data at the Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School is still conducted conventionally, resulting in a high risk of data loss, inefficient report compilation, and a lack of transparency in information for students’ guardians. This study aims to design and implement a web-based memorization monitoring information system that integrates workflows among administrators, educators, and parents. System development employs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology using the Waterfall model, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, architectural design, implementation using the Laravel framework, and system testing. Black-box testing results indicate that all system features functioned according to specifications, with a functional success rate of 100%. Additionally, white-box testing through conditional logic validation ensured that all program workflows, including the authentication module and target achievement calculations, operate stably. The main contribution of this research lies in the implementation of a personalized automatic notification mechanism, which allows guardians to monitor their children’s memorization progress in real-time while facilitating proactive coaching interventions.

Abstract

The increasing demand for efficient administrative services in higher education institutions has highlighted the need for effective correspondence management systems. Conventional mail handling processes often result in delays, misrouted documents, difficulties in archiving, and challenges in information retrieval. This study aims to develop a web-based Smart Mail Management System by integrating Optical Character Recognition (OCR), rule-based intelligent routing, automated notifications, and digital approval features to improve correspondence management within the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Ibrahimy. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation analysis, and literature review. OCR technology was utilized to convert scanned letters into digital text, while a rule-based mechanism automatically classified and routed correspondence to the appropriate recipient. The results indicate that the proposed system reduces manual processing, improves routing accuracy, accelerates document handling, enhances document traceability, and facilitates centralized digital archiving. Furthermore, the integration of automated notifications and digital approval features supports a more efficient administrative workflow. These findings demonstrate that the developed system contributes to improving the effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of correspondence management while supporting digital transformation initiatives in higher education institutions.
