Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this training is to improve teacher professionalism through the development of character-integrated teaching modules on the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. This activity participants were teachers of SDN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin. This community service activity is in the form of training conducted in the form of classical and group and mentoring which is carried out continuously for 3 months of activity implementation. Community service activities in the form of training in developing character-integrated teaching modules on the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum for elementary school teachers at SDN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin were carried out on August 28, 2023. Apart from conducting training, the service team also provided assistance for teachers in developing teaching module designs on the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. The number of teachers involved in this training activity was 30 people. Overall, this activity went smoothly, this was marked by a very positive response from the participants to the material presented. The participants were actively involved in this training process, by asking questions and interacting with the presenters. This positive response reflects the participants' high level of engagement in learning, which in turn can have a positive impact on their understanding of the material presented. Keywords: teaching module, character, independent curriculum implementation ABSTRAKTujuan pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui pengembangan modul ajar terintegrasi karakter pada Impelemtasi kurikulum Merdeka. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah seluruh guru di sekolah perwakilan guru-guru SDN Sungai Miai 7 Banjarmasin. Peserta pelatihan diharapkan berjumlah 30 orang.  Program kemitraan masyarakat  ini  berupa pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam bentuk klasikal dan kelompok serta pendampingan yang dilakukan secara berkesinambung selama 3 bulan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pengembangan Modul Ajar Terintegrasi Karakter Pada Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar SDN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin dilaksanakan tanggal 28 Agustus 2023. Selain melakukan pelatihan, tim pengabdian juga melakukan pendampingan bagi guru dalam mengembangkan perancangan modul ajar pada implementasi kurikulum Merdeka. Jumlah guru yang telibat dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 30 orang. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancer, hal ni ditandai dengan respon yang sangat positif dari para peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Para peserta secara aktif terlibat dalam proses pelatihan ini, dengan bertanya dan berinteraksi dengan pemateri. Respons positif ini mencerminkan tingkat keterlibatan yang tinggi dari peserta dalam pembelajaran, yang pada gilirannya dapat berdampak positif pada pemahaman mereka tentang materi yang disampaikan.  Kata Kunci: modul ajar, karakter, implementasi kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

The problem contained in this study is the low learning outcomes of science due to the lack of student learning motivation, the low religious character during prayer activities and the low character of hard work in learning activities. The solution to the problem in this study is to use the Project Based Learning and Talking Stick models integrated with STEM. The purpose of this study is to describe student motivation, hard work and religious characters in science content of Theme 8 Environment of Our Friends in class VB students of SDN-SN Sungai Miai 5. The research used is class action research, using two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II involving 34 students of Class VB SDN-SN Sungai Miai 5. The results of this study prove that using the Project Based Learning and Talking Stick models integrated with STEM can increase student motivation to learn, character and understanding of science concepts. This can be seen from the results of motivation research in cycle I of 64.7% (22 students) and in cycle II increased to 94.1% (32 students). While the results of research on religious character and hard work in cycle I were 70.6% (24 students) and increased in cycle II which was 97.1% (33 students).

Abstract

The transition from the preclinical to the clinical phase of medical education, characterized by a significant difference in the learning system and increased demands, often leads to stress among medical students. A very packed schedule, tight deadlines, and the need to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment are primary stressors for medical students during their clerkship. Prolonged high levels of stress can negatively impact mental health, academic performance, and the quality of medical care, increasing the risk of medical malpractice. Resilience, defined as an individual's ability to recover from difficult situations, has proven to be a crucial protective factor in mitigating the effects of stress. Resilience is a dynamic process demonstrated when individuals take adaptive actions in the face of adversity. It is not a genetic trait but a behavior that can be developed by strengthening the factors that support it. These factors can be internal, external, or interpersonal. One way to enhance resilience is through resilience training programs that involve interactive, independent, and reflective workshops. High levels of resilience among medical students are associated with increased subjective well-being, reduced stress levels, and a more positive perception of quality of life and the educational environment. Therefore, by enhancing resilience, medical students can better cope with the pressures of clerkship, maintain mental health, and optimize academic performance in medical care.

Abstract

Malnutrisi adalah istilah umum yang mencakup kekurangan gizi dan kelebihan gizi. Stunting, wasting, dan kekurangan berat badan adalah tiga masalah gizi yang menjadi perhatian khusus pemerintah, terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui prevalensi kejadian underweight, stunting dan wasting di Kenagarian Pinaga kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi target terdiri dari seluruh anak usia balita di Kecamatan Pinaga Pasaman Barat Yang berjumlah  96 subjek penelitian. Penilaian status gizi anak dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Juli  2024 dengan mengukur berat dan panjang badan anak di Posyandu. Sedangkan pengambilan data tambahan, seperti  umur, status vitamin A, kelengkapan status imunisasi dan ASI Ekslusif dilakukan dengan mewawancarai orangtua atau wali anak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah formulir pengukuran, timbangan digital yang sudah dikalibrasi dengan ketelitian 100g, dan alat ukur panjang badan. Hasil pengukuran dipetakan kedalam kurva pertumbuhan anak WHO yang dibagi menjadi 3 indikator, yaitu berat badan menurut usia (BB/U), tinggi badan menurut usia (TB/U), dan berat badan menurut tinggi badan (BB/TB). Prevalensi kejadian underweight pada balita sebesar 17,4%,  kejadian stunting  pada balita sebesar  27,9%,  dan prevalensi kejadian wasting  pada balita sebesar 10,6%  di Kenagarian Pinaga Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Pendidikan kesehatan mengenai pemberian gizi seimbang serta praktik pemberian nutrisi yang baik dan benar sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orangtua terutama ibu dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi anak balita.

Abstract

Abstrak Perancangan platform pencarian pekerjaan freelance bagi mahasiswa berbasis web dikembangkan untuk mengatasi kendala mahasiswa dalam menemukan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan keahlian dan waktu mereka. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti registrasi, login, pengajuan proposal, pengelolaan proyek, serta notifikasi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Django yang mampu memberikan keamanan, efisiensi, serta kemudahan dalam manajemen data dan autentikasi pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu berfungsi dengan baik, memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang memuaskan, dan aman dari ancaman umum keamanan. Dengan adanya platform ini, mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah menemukan pekerjaan freelance sesuai minat dan keterampilan mereka secara efisien dan terstruktur. Abstract The design of a web-based freelance job search platform for students was developed to address the challenges students face in finding jobs that match their skills and schedules. This system provides features such as registration, login, proposal submission, project management, and notifications. The development method used is Waterfall with stages of problem identification, literature study, data collection, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The system is built using the Django framework, which provides security, efficiency, and ease in data management and user authentication. Testing results show that the system functions well, offers a satisfying user experience, and is secure from common security threats. With this platform, students can easily find freelance jobs that match their interests and skills efficiently and in a structured manner.
