Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important  factor to achieve an organization objectives. Employee performance is a measurement the ability of employees  to carry out their taks  and obligations  well and with high satisfaction. This research aims to develop theoretical modeling on how to measure and research related to employee performance, especially lecturers at tertiary institutions in Indonesia. The theory we used is based on the theory put forward by Colquitt which explains the Integrative Model of Organizational Behavior. The research method is qualitative with literature study, theoretically analyzing theories from 30 previous researchers which have been published in Scopus indexed international journals and also accredited national journals. The result shows, compensation and motivation factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and also the work spirituality factor as a moderating variable which also determines the level of this influence. Recommendations to future researchers to examine several factors other than compensation and motivation that influence employee performance, both as predictor variables and moderating variables.

Abstract

Inventaris merupakan suatu aset dari suatu organisasi yang perlu dikelola dengan baik agar kegiatan operasional suatu organisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik pula. Kegiatan pada pengolahan data inventaris banyak dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan data barang serta pemberian identitas dari barang yang ada. Untuk mempermudah melakukan pencatatan ini diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengolahan data inventaris. Berbagai kebutuhan proses pengolahan transaksi harian, membantu dan mendukung seluruh kegiatan operasi, bersifat manajerial dari suatu organisasi dan membantu memperlancar penyediaan laporan yang dibutuhkan. Sistem infomasi inventaris merupakan sistem yang tepat dalam mempermudah melakukan proses inventarisasi barang pada suatu organisasi salah satunya ada di instansi sekolah. Dengan terdapatnya sistem informasi inventaris pada sekolah, hingga pengolahan informasi bisa dilakukan dengan efisien serta akurat. Sehingga tidak lagi terjalin kesusahan dalam pengolahan sistem informasi inventaris pada sekolah.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid and has been used in many fields, one of which is the health sector. The development of information technology has a very significant role in treating diseases, one of which is lung disease. In this research, the researcher took the data source from Kaggle. The dataset used can be accessed via the link https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/andot03bsrc/dataset-predic-terkena-penyakit-paruparu and data processing uses the Naive Bayes method with the Rapid Miner supporting application. The amount of training data is 80% and the amount of test data is 20% of the prediction results for each class of accuracy, recall and precision in each target class. Performance Vector also informs the number of true positive values, 2499 data, true negative 403 data, false positive 371 data, false negative 2727 data. In the Vector performance we can see that the resulting accuracy is 87.10%, the resulting Class Recall is 87.09% and the resulting class precision is 87.06. The accuracy prediction results 87.10% show good performance in predicting a number of positive cases of lung disease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk menganalisis komentar positif atau negatif terkait makan bergizi gratis di platform youtube sekretariat negara mengenai makan bergizi gratis. Makan bergizi gratis sering kali menarik perhatian, namun juga memicu beragam reaksi, baik positif maupun negatif. Dalam konteks ini, data diperoleh menggunakan bahasa program python dan diberikan label secara otomatis menggunakan sentiment polarity. Algoritma Naive Bayes digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan komentar sebagai positif atau negatif berdasarkan teks yang diberikan. Proses pelatihan model dilakukan dengan menggunakan dataset yang berisi komentar dari akun youtube terkait makan bergizi gratis sejumlah 1470 data dengan komentar negatif 1403 dan komentar positif 67. Setelah memberikan label maka tahap selanjutnya secara preprocessing dan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 87.35% negatif, nilai recall yang diperoleh adalah 56.76%, dan nilai AUC sebesar 0.527. Klasifikasi yang telah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil komentar negative mengenai makan bergizi gratis.

Abstract

Based on BMKG since 1981-2018 rainfall intensity in Indonesia ranges from 1, 20, 50, and 100 mm/day in a year. Conditions like this are quite difficult for drivers of two-wheeled vehicles, especially in the middle of a long journey. Raincoats are the only tool that can be used for riders to continue their journey safely and comfortably. Finite State Automata is the method used to describe the behavior of vending machine (VM) using state events, events, and actions.VM simulation design for raincoat sales. There are two kinds of raincoats available at VM Poncho raincoats and top-down raincoats. Based on the results of the FSA design and simulation, it can be concluded that the finite state automata can be used as the basis of logic to perform VM design and simulation. State diagram design based on FSA machine concept, the input results selected by the customer in accordance with the design results.

Abstract

In the current era, almost all learning requires the use of computer applications. Technological developments, especially computer applications, are currently helping in the manufacture of teaching materials, so that learning can generate new motivation and interest in students. One of them is making teaching materials at TPQ Nurul Jihad which requires supporting applications so that the displayed learning can be understood because currently some of the teaching materials displayed are still using conventional methods, using applications Microsoft Powerpoint in making TPQ teaching materials it is still not maximally used because some TPQ educators still don't understand the use of the applications used, so the service team make training Microsoft Powerpoint. This is intended so that educators are more familiar with the use of the application Microsoft Powerpoint for presentation purposes. The method used in providing education about the use Microsoft Powerpoint is a lecture to provide an explanation of theory and simulation, questions and answers as well as evaluation tests for practical methods. The results of this community service stated that the beginning of the teacher meeting had several obstacles in moving and changing sizes text box as well as shape because they are not used to using the laptop keypad. However, after being guided by the service team, these obstacles were minimized until finally the educators were able to work with text and shape. So, it can be said that this service goes according to the target of the service team.

Abstract

Sales forecasting is a crucial aspect of retail management to prevent overstocking or understocking, which can impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze and measure the accuracy of the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method in forecasting the sales of five main products at Indomaret Grand Taman Royal Tangerang, namely Chitato, Aqua 600 ml, 5 kg Rice, 5 kg Lifebuoy, and Djarum Super. The WMA method is selected because it gives greater weight to more recent historical data, resulting in predictions that are more responsive to market trend changes. The study uses monthly sales data from the past six periods and a WMA weight ratio of 3:2:1. The forecasting results show high accuracy, with the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values as follows: Chitato 6.28%, Aqua 600 ml 4.51%, 5 kg Rice 7.12%, 5 kg Lifebuoy 5.89%, and Djarum Super 6.03%. The overall average MAPE is 5.97%, indicating very good forecasting accuracy. These findings suggest that the WMA method is effective for sales forecasting and can serve as a decision-making foundation for inventory management and retail sales strategies.
