Abstract

ABSTRAKGasifikasi adalah suatu proses konversi senyawa yang mengandung karbon untuk mengubah material baik cair maupun padat menjadi bahan bakar gas mampu bakar melalui proses pembakaran dengan suplai udara terbatas. Reaktor tempat terjadinya proses gasifikasi disebut gasifier. Gas hasil dari proses gasifikasi disebut syngas. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dirancang reaktor gasifikasi dengan menggunakan kotoran sapi sebagai bahan bakar proses gasifikasi. Tipe reaktor yang digunakan adalah tipe downdraft. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji performa mesin, menganalisa hasil pengujian dan memodifikasi rancangan reaktor gasifikasi downdraft kapasitas 100 kW. Dari pengujian pertama, diperoleh hasil pengujian yaitu temperatur di dalam ruang pembakaran kurang dari 500°C serta masih terdapat kebocoran pada komponen reaktor. Maka di perlukan modifikasi agar temperature yang ditargetkan yaitu diatas 500°C tercapai dan memperbaiki kekurangan lainnya. Modifikasi yang dilakukan meliputi bagian atas yaitu hopper, pemasangan instalasi pipa 2 in, serta pembuatan kembali saringan ash grate. Setelah melakukan modifikasi, dilakukan pengujian kembali, Hasil pengujian setelah dimodiifikasi diperoleh temperatur antara 550 oC – 600oC.Kata kunci : reaktor, downdraft, gasifikasi, kotoran sapi, pengujjianABSTRACTGasification is a process of converting carbonaceous compounds to convert both liquid and solid materials into fuel gas capable of burning through a combustion process with limited air supply. The reactor where the gasification process occurs is called a gasifier. The resultant gas from the gasification process is called syngas. Previous studies have designed gasification reactors using cow dung as a fuel for gasification processes. The type of reactor used is the downdraft type. The purpose of this study is to test the performance of the engine, analyze the test results and modify the down kaft gasification reactor design capacity of 100 kW. From the first test, obtained the test results that the temperature in the combustion chamber is less than 500°C and there is still leakage in the reactor component. So in need of modifications to the targeted temperature that is above 500°C achieved and fix other deficiencies. Modifications made include the top of the hopper, installation of 2-in pipe installation, as well as remaking ash grate filter. After modification, re-testing, the test results after modified temperature obtained between 550 oC - 600oC.Keywords: reactor, downdraft, gasification, cow dung, test.

Abstract

In building an algorithm-based automatic scheduling system that has the objectives of designing an Information System-based learning scheduling system and determining the subjects applied using genetic algorithms, using Research and Development research methods, in the field of Education, (R&D) is the process of developing and product validation. The development stage consists of several stages including the potential and problem stage, the data collection stage, the Information System product design stage, the Information System validation stage, the Genetic Algorithm validation stage, the Genetic Algorithm-based Information System revision stage and Information System testing, summary of results This scheduling system makes a Java-based scheduling information system using the NetBeans application, its components consist of input Subjects, Teachers, Classrooms and the number of Chromosomes to be, and the conclusion is that an algorithm-based scheduling system can help complete scheduling in SMK Multi Mekanik Masmur schools. Abstract

This article examines the impact of infrastructure development on economic growth in ASEAN countries using dynamic panel data analysis. The research is motivated by the significant economic transformation in the Southeast Asian region, largely driven by infrastructure development, which has improved connectivity, efficiency, productivity, job creation, and sustainable growth. The analysis considers various sectors including transportation, energy, and communication, and incorporates factors such as education, health, and access to infrastructure. Using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) and data from the World Bank from 2002 to 2022, this study investigates the extent to which infrastructure investment contributes to economic growth. The results show a positive and significant relationship between infrastructure development and economic growth, emphasizing the need for policymakers to prioritize infrastructure investment along with institutional reforms to achieve sustainable and inclusive growth. The findings underscore the critical role of infrastructure in improving economic performance and the importance of quality institutions in maximizing the benefits of infrastructure capital in ASEAN countries

Abstract

This study explores the role of technology readiness and social media utilization in supporting digital entrepreneurship among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In a dynamic digital era, the ability of MSMEs to adopt new technologies and effectively utilize social media is a key factor in achieving growth and competitiveness. Technological readiness includes infrastructure, human resource skills, and a culture of innovation, all of which contribute to operational efficiency and the ability to adapt to market changes. Meanwhile, social media offers a platform for MSMEs to reach a wider audience, build relationships with customers, and increase brand awareness at an affordable cost. This article analyzes how these two elements interact and influence business innovation and growth. It also discusses the challenges MSMEs face in the digital transformation process and strategies to overcome these obstacles. With a deeper understanding of the role of technology and social media, MSMEs can capitalize on the opportunities of the digital era to achieve long-term success. This research takes a case study in Malang City with 100 respondents from the results of calculations using the slovin formula from a population of 21,270 MSMEs in Malang City based on data obtained from the Government of Malang. The results showed that the variables studied had an effect based on the results of data analysis that had been carried out with several stages until finally at the test stage the coefficient of determination analysis showed that technological readiness and social media utilization had an effect of 67.2% on the performance of MSMEs in Malang city, while the remaining 32.8% percentage results were influenced by other variables outside of the variables of this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict management and professional ethics on teacher job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Schools in Bangkinang. The research is motivated by the importance of fostering a harmonious and professional work environment to enhance teacher performance and commitment. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that both conflict management and professional ethics have a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.569 indicates that 56.9% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by these two variables. Both independently and jointly, they contribute substantially to building a productive and supportive teaching environment. These results affirm that effective conflict management strategies and the consistent application of professional ethics are critical factors in fostering job satisfaction. The integration of these elements enhances morale, reduces potential conflict, and strengthens relationships among educators, ultimately improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Pembelajaran TIK pada sekolah dasar harus dilakukan menggunakan metode kurikulum Merdeka yang berbasis kepada proyek demi mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila guru harus memperhatikan beberapa hal yang ada pada kurikulum merdeka yaitu terkait Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi kualitatif menggunakan analisis secara mendalam. Ada dua jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari sumber pertama hasil dari wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti dari artikel, buku, dan website yang berkaitan dengan penelitian tersebut penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada yang berlangsung saat ini atau saat yang lampau, pada pemahaman Teori penulis menjabarkan beberapa referensi berupa defenisi dari pengembangan kurikulum secara teoritis, menjabarkan teori tentang kurikulum Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sampai kepada evaluasi pengembangan kurikulum. Di harapkan nantinya pembaca mendapatkan gambaran tentang penerapan pengembangan kurikulum pembelajaran TIK di sekolah menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa di sekolah.
