Abstract

Pada proses optical character recognition seringkali terjadi image yang corrupt sehingga hasil pengenalan karakter tidak sesuai dengan yang diinginkan atau bahkan tidak menghasilkan keluaran. Paper ini akan membahas proses restorasi citra menggunakan algoritma Hopfield menggunakan pemrograman Visual Basic 2010. Unit inputan yang akan diuji adalah pola karakter “+”, “x”, dan “o”. Semua pola masukan tersebut disimpan dalam bentuk vektor berdimensi 3x3 dengan nilai 1 atau -1. Tujuan akhir dari proses restorasi adalah memperbaiki citra yang diberikan. Maka perlu dataset vektor untuk ujicoba dimana vektor pola untuk ujicoba tersebut merupakan pola karakter yang mirip dengan pola karakter “+”, “x”, dan “o”. Sedangkan hasil restorasi yang diharapkan adalah program mampu memperbaiki vektor pola ujicoba dan menampilkan pola mana yang mirip dengannya.

Abstract

Various methods on artificial neural network has been applied to identify patterns of characters one using Perceptron algorithm. Perceptron algorithm can be used to identify patterns of characters with various input patterns that resemble letters of the alphabet so perceptron can be trained to recognize it. Perceptron algorithm is an algorithm in a neural network that includes supervised neural network.

Abstract

The profiles of Kelurahan are the comprehensive of data collection that can accommodate the information needs for the utilization of their regional data. However, there are still obstacles to data collection and information processing needed to produce the potentioal value of a village. The constraints are such as the data distribution, data collecting, data acquisition, human resources as well as manual data collection and the unavailability of automation systems and databases that function as backups and evaluations. Therefore, to solve these problems, it is necessary to build a system that can help the implementing parties and decision makers in processing data in determining village potential. In this case the use of the mamdani fuzzy inference method as a decision-making will be the basis of decision maker for a village/Kelurahan’s profile assessment system. In this paper, processing profile survey data for all villages (390 villages) in Malang Regency where the assessment criteria will be used as fuzzy input variables, then the output of the processing is used as a dataset for the formation of fuzzy rules in the system created, will produce assessment recommendations the potential of the village that matches the conditions or criteria determined by the Malang Regency Government. From total of 390 villages, 300 will be used as data and 90 other villages to prove the accuracy of the recommendations from assessing village potential with collected datasets. The accuracy achieved by using this system reached 90%. The cause that affects accuracy is the diversity of the village conditions.

Abstract

During the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic whose vaccines have not been spread evenly, all countries in the world, especially Indonesia have taken several preventive steps to prevent the spread of the virus. One of the initial actions is to detect every person entering and leaving the country through airports or land transportation. This early action was carried out by detecting the body temperature of residents passing in and out of locations such as airports and train stations. The fever detection is generally carried out using a thermal gun in the form of an infrared gun aimed at individuals who pass the inspection. This research discusses a series of tools consisting of a camera with a thermal sensor where the captured data will be processed through software that displays a histogram of the temperature from the chest to the person's head in real time. Each capture result is used as a dataset that can be used for tracing the needs of visitors to public places. In this research, we will discuss functional testing (blackbox) of the application of thermal video detection in case studies of fever detection.
