Abstract

Pada hakikatnya dakwah bisa dikatakan sebagai komunikasi, namun keduanya dapat dibedakan dari isi yang dibawakan. Dimana dakwah ini merupakan penyampaian suatu informasi mengenai hal-hal keagamaan. Salah satu metode dakwah yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode campuran dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi terhadap subjek penelitian yaitu mengenai pendapat dan persepsi responden terhadap judul penelitian ini. Sumber data penelitian mencakup kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber serta kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu meminta seseorang untuk menggunakan hijab di khalayak umum terutama di media sosial merupakan sebuah dakwah namun bermaksud untuk mencari viewers atau sensasi agar konten yang dibuat dapat tersebar luas dan mendapatkan keuntungan untuk diri sendiri. Selain itu, hal ini juga dapat disebut suatu penghinaan karena memaksakan suatu kehendak terhadap orang lain dapat mengganggu dan memalukan apalagi jika hal ini dipublikasikan ke media sosial.

Abstract

This article examines the development of character values ​​of Indonesian society based on the thoughts of Muhammadiyah K.H Ahmad Dahlan in efforts to reform Islamic education. Dahlan's thinking played a crucial role in social and educational transformation in Indonesia at the beginning of the 20th century. This article uses historical analysis based on a historical and literary analysis approach to investigate the development of the values ​​and character of Indonesian society with Muhammadiyah thinking. This article highlights K.H Ahmad Dahlan's contribution in developing character values ​​such as leadership, independence and tolerance. The implementation of these values ​​in the Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia and their impact on the social and moral development of society are also highlighted. This article aims to provide an understanding of how the thoughts of K.H Ahmad Dahlan and Muhammadiyah shaped the character values ​​of Indonesian society and their relevance in contemporary Islamic education. As a result, Muhammadiyah's thinking in building schools and internalizing values ​​in society has improved after colonialism which was carried out a long time ago.

Abstract

Muslims always respond to each other's political problems that occurred during the Islamic civilization. This led to the emergence of understanding from several groups, one of which was the Mu'tazilah. Known as the concept of thinking that separates itself because it prioritizes reason over revelation, this unknowingly contributes to understanding. Be neutral, by not confirming one or another's thoughts. This research was conducted to determine the existence of the Mu'tazilah and their teachings as an old view that should not be lost. With the analytical methods from previous research, it is hoped that it can provide an expansion of knowledge in the treasures of Islamic civilization regarding all existing understandings in the 21st century. The results of this article recommend academics and research experts to continue and develop research as a reference and new knowledge for the progress of Islam from time to time.

Abstract

The Medina Charter is the first written constitution initiated by the Prophet Muhammad SAW with the people of Medina. The background of the people of Medina is very diverse so that this constitution plays an important role in regulating and realizing unity and peace in Medina. This is certainly in line with Indonesia's very diverse conditions. Indonesia also uses a democratic system in its government. The values contained in the Medina Charter are in line with the concept of democracy although not directly. The Medina Charter has the same principles in the implementation of democracy proposed by David Held. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a type of historical research and literature study instruments to find information. The findings are that the values contained in the Medina Charter have relevance to the principles of democracy such as the principles of freedom, equality, justice, tolerance, openness, participation and responsibility. This research aims to understand the democratic values in the Medina Charter so that it can be used as a reference in facing challenges and improving democracy in Indonesia in modern times. The novelty of this research discusses in detail the seven principles of democracy in the Medina Charter and Democracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore alternative online loans that are in accordance with Islamic principles and their relevance to universities, as well as to understand how universities can play an active role in providing more ethical and responsible online loan alternatives for their students. The research method used is literature analysis and case study, by collecting data from various relevant sources and conducting in-depth analysis of the concept of Islamic-based online loans and their implementation in universities. The results show that Islamic-based online loans, zakat funds, infaq and sadaqah, strict regulations, development of Islamic-based online loans, financial education, and cooperation with Islamic financial institutions can be more ethical and responsible financial solutions for students. The discussion of the results shows that universities can play an active role in providing more ethical and responsible online loan alternatives for their students by collaborating with Islamic financial institutions and developing comprehensive financial education programs. This study also shows that awareness of the importance of finance in accordance with religious and ethical values is crucial in creating a generation that is more caring and responsible in managing their finances and lives. Thus, this study can contribute to the development of more effective university policies and programs in supporting student welfare and increasing awareness of the importance of finance in accordance with religious and ethical values.

Abstract

This article examines Al-Farabi’s philosophical thought, particularly his metaphysical views, theory of intellect, and the relationship between philosophy and religion. Al-Farabi explains the creation of the universe through the concept of emanation and classifies sciences based on ontological and ethical foundations. He emphasizes that philosophy and religion share the same goal of conveying truth, despite using different methods. In politics, he proposes the ideal state led by a philosopher-prophet. His ideas remain relevant today, especially in education and character development.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Al-Islah wa Tagyīr method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a means to promote students’ mental health. The Al-Islah wa Tagyīr method, which emphasizes self-improvement and transformation through spiritual and moral approaches, is employed to enhance students’ psychological well-being. A qualitative approach was adopted using a case study method in universities that have applied this method in PAI learning. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the application of the Al-Islah wa Tagyīr method strengthens students’ religious and psychological dimensions, positively influences emotional regulation, enhances self-confidence, and fosters healthier social interactions. Consequently, the method has been shown to be effective in supporting the attainment of improved mental health among students. This research contributes to the enrichment of Islamic Religious Education by integrating mental health perspectives into pedagogical practices. Specifically, it offers a holistic model of PAI learning that not only develops religious knowledge and moral character but also supports psychological resilience and well-being. The study provides theoretical insights into the synergy between spirituality and mental health and offers practical implications for educators, policymakers, and curriculum developers in creating more comprehensive educational strategies that address both cognitive and emotional aspects of student development.
