Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan Upaya Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data secara primer dengan menyebar kuesioner dimana populasi di penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap dipuskesmas kebakkramat. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi.Berdasarkan hasil hasil analisis linear berganda bahwa kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pasien kebakkramat kabupaten karanganyar. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,403 hal ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi mampu dijelaskan kepuasan pasien sebesar 40,3% sedangkan sisannya sebesar 59,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar variabel.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of asset structure, profitability and growth rate on the capital structure of manufacturing companies that go public on the IDX. The population of this research is all financial reports of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Meanwhile, the sample used was manufacturing companies that had complete financial reports for 2018-2021 and were listed on the IDX and a total of 32 companies were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tools used include hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) state that asset structure has an influence on the increase in the company's capital structure. The results of testing hypothesis 2 (H2) state that profitability has an influence on increasing the company's capital structure. And testing hypothesis 3 (H3) states that company growth has an influence on increasing the company's capital structure. The adjusted R square test states that asset structure, profitability and growth rate have an influence of 58.6% on the company's capital structure, while 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the independence and efficiency of PKK women in Kaligading Village through time management training. The main challenge faced by PKK members lies in balancing domestic, social, and economic roles, which often hinders optimal participation in village programs. The method applied was Participatory Action with a community development approach, involving 32 participants consisting of PKK administrators, dasa wisma leaders, and home-based business groups. The training covered the fundamentals of time management, priority setting, daily scheduling, and effective meeting simulations. The results revealed an 85% improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills as measured by post-test, accompanied by behavioral changes in utilizing simple tools such as daily notes and digital reminders. Participants successfully adopted new habits to balance family responsibilities, organizational duties, and entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, the effectiveness of PKK meetings and programs increased, fostering greater participation and maximizing local potential. In the long term, this program contributes to strengthening PKK’s institutional capacity while opening opportunities for improving family economic welfare.
