Abstract

Academic ethics refers to the rules or norms that govern ethical behavior in the academic world. Academic ethics includes values ​​held by the academic community, such as integrity, honesty, hard work, creativity, academic freedom, and social responsibility. Academic integrity is very important in academic ethics, because it involves honest and honorable intellectual skills and research skills. Intellectual skills include the ability to generate, collect, and analyze data, while research skills include the ability to plan, carry out, and publish high-quality research. Honesty and rigor are core values ​​of academic ethics, as they form the basis of research and teaching processes. Honesty means that academics must avoid fraud, plagiarism, and misuse of data, whereas thoroughness means that they must examine data carefully and ensure that the information they use is true and accurate. Creativity is also an important value in academic ethics, because academics are expected to produce original and innovative research and work. However, creativity must be carried out within an ethical framework and must not violate the values ​​of integrity and honesty. Academic freedom is also an important value in academic ethics, because it guarantees that academics can work independently and produce research and works that are not influenced by political or economic interests. However, academic freedom must be balanced with social responsibility, namely that academics must be responsible for the consequences of their research and teaching on society and the world. Overall, academic ethics is very important in the academic world, because it involves norms governing ethical behavior and maintaining integrity and honesty in the process of research and teaching. Abstract

Education is a very important factor for the development of a country. Education helps develop and improve skills and improve the quality of life and human dignity. Until now, changes have been made to the curriculum. The curriculum is considered a plan developed to facilitate the teaching and learning process which is the responsibility of the school or educational institution and its teaching staff. (Yulia, 2023). This study examines various difficulties faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools. The Free Curriculum, designed to provide more flexibility and creativity in the learning process, requires significant adjustments from teachers. Some of the key challenges identified include a lack of in-depth understanding of the concept and implementation of the new curriculum, limited resources and support facilities, and resistance to changes from some teachers who are familiar with conventional methods. In addition, the high administrative burden and time constraints for professional development also complicate the situation. This study used qualitative methods with in-depth interviews of a number of elementary school teachers in various regions to collect data. Research results show that continuous support, intensive training, and adequate provision of resources are indispensable to overcome these obstacles and ensure effective and efficient implementation of the Free Curriculum.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan definisi senam beserta ragam jenisnya, serta menyusun rancangan gerakan senam aerobik yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan, yakni dengan mengumpulkan informasi secara tidak langsung dari berbagai referensi seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel daring, dan sumber kredibel lainnya. Temuan dari kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwa senam merupakan bentuk aktivitas fisik yang terorganisir dan memberikan manfaat tidak hanya secara fisik, tetapi juga secara mental dan sosial. Setiap jenis senam— termasuk senam lantai, ritmik, aerobik, dan artistik—memiliki ciri khas dan tujuan yang berbeda. Senam aerobik sendiri terbukti mampu meningkatkan kapasitas kardiorespirasi, membantu penurunan berat badan, serta mendukung kesehatan mental. Rancangan ideal gerakan senam aerobik meliputi tiga fase utama: pemanasan, inti, dan pendinginan, serta harus mempertimbangkan intensitas, musik pengiring, dan variasi gerakan. Oleh karena itu, senam aerobik dapat menjadi pilihan tepat dalam program kebugaran yang menyenangkan dan aplikatif di masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar merupakan fondasi penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kemampuan intelektual siswa. Salah satu tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar adalah meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, yang merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan belajar. Minat belajar yang tinggi akan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif, fokus, dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam rangka meningkatkan minat belajar, pemilihan media pembelajaran yang tepat menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Salah satu media yang terbukti efektif dalam pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar adalah media gambar. Media gambar mampu menarik perhatian siswa karena bersifat visual, konkret, dan mudah dipahami. Gambar juga dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep yang abstrak, serta merangsang daya imajinasi dan kreativitas mereka. Penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran diharapkan dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan media gambar terhadap minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar, serta bagaimana media tersebut dapat dioptimalkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
