Abstract

Education is a very important factor for the development of a country. Education helps develop and improve skills and improve the quality of life and human dignity. Until now, changes have been made to the curriculum. The curriculum is considered a plan developed to facilitate the teaching and learning process which is the responsibility of the school or educational institution and its teaching staff. (Yulia, 2023). This study examines various difficulties faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools. The Free Curriculum, designed to provide more flexibility and creativity in the learning process, requires significant adjustments from teachers. Some of the key challenges identified include a lack of in-depth understanding of the concept and implementation of the new curriculum, limited resources and support facilities, and resistance to changes from some teachers who are familiar with conventional methods. In addition, the high administrative burden and time constraints for professional development also complicate the situation. This study used qualitative methods with in-depth interviews of a number of elementary school teachers in various regions to collect data. Research results show that continuous support, intensive training, and adequate provision of resources are indispensable to overcome these obstacles and ensure effective and efficient implementation of the Free Curriculum.

Abstract

Abstak: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di kelas VII SMP Swasta Sei Mencirim Medan melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang variatif dan partisipatif. Berdasarkan observasi awal, ditemukan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan masih bersifat pasif dan belum mampu mengoptimalkan keterlibatan siswa dalam penguasaan keterampilan gerak dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan meliputi metode kooperatif, demonstrasi, dan pembelajaran berbasis kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa setelah tindakan dilakukan. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan positif dalam motivasi, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pendinginan (cooling down) sebagai bagian penting dalam rutinitas olahraga. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat dan kontekstual berperan penting dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze and describe the Implementation of Kutai Kartanegara Regency Regional Regulation No.23 of 2016 concerning Prevention and Control of Commercial Sex Practices in Warung Kopi Pangku Area, Bukit Raya Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources conducted by means of observation, interviews and documentation and secondary data sources obtained from journals, articles and others related to the research conducted. The results showed that the Implementation of Kukar Regional Regulation No.23 of 2016 concerning Prevention and Control in the Pangku Coffee Shop Area, Bukit Raya Village, Kukar Regency has not been fully implemented by the Kukar Social Service and Kukar Satpol PP, until now the practice of prostitution in the pangku coffee shop area still continues to occur. Of the total 6 indicators in the prevention and control listed in the Regional Regulation, only 2 have been implemented. This happens because there are still some obstacles and constraints in implementing the regulation. One of the obstacles in the implementation of the local regulation is the unclear content of the local regulation, because the local regulation does not mention clearly and in detail about who are the authorized parties in the local regulation, resulting in confusion of policy implementers in taking steps.
