Abstract

Competition in today's increasingly competitive business world will lead to high competition in all fields, it is important for companies to use human resources who have an awareness of their responsibilities to work better and more optimally. Employees need work motivation that is in accordance with their wishes in order to achieve company goals and desired results. Factors that can influence work motivation are by providing training, increasing employees’ competence and placement in accordance with the demands of the position. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of training, competence and placement on employees’ motivation at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk either partially or simultaneously. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results of the partial (individual) hypothesis test analysis showed that training had a significant influence on work motivation, competence had a significant influence on work motivation and placement had a significant influence on work motivation. While the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing simultaneously (together) it was found that there was a significant influence between training, competence and placement on employees’ motivation at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya organisasi, Workplace Friendship, dan Etos Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PNS Pengadilan Agama Kebumen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 23.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya organisasi, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Workplace Friendship secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Etos Kerja, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Budaya organisasi, Workplace Friendship, Dan Etos Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The low academic achievement and participation of students in Pancasila Education in Grade 4 at SDN Gunungtelu 02 prompted the implementation of this classroom action research. This study aimed to address the lack of student engagement and academic performance by applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model assisted by Storyjumper media in Pancasila Education. The study was conducted in two cycles, with two sessions in each cycle, involving 16 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through documentation, observation sheets, assessment sheets, and questionnaires. The findings revealed a consistent improvement in student participation and academic achievement. In Cycle I, student participation reached 79.99% (categorized as good) and increased to 84.64% (still categorized as good) in Cycle II. The average score of student achievement in Cycle I was 78, with a mastery level of 65.65% (categorized as fair), which improved to an average score of 90 and a mastery level of 90.65% (categorized as good) in Cycle II. These results indicated that the success indicators were achieved. The use of the STAD strategy assisted by Storyjumper media positively impacts student participation and academic performance, thereby meeting the expected success criteria.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, science and technology have become an integral part of human life. There are interpreation and interdependency between science, technology and society. Almost all aspects of adult human life are surrounded by problems containing scientific implications. Therefore, the literacy and technological literacy) for all citizens have become a vulnerable demands so that we are able to utilize science and technology for humanity, able to make decisions based on scientific concepts, and are able to search and use scientific information in solving problems faced in everyday life. The negative effects of developments of icteks and globalization are significantly in all parts of the world, including in Indonesia. There has been a degradation of characters such as 1) reduced sense of responsibility, 2) reduced respect, 3) Increased victims, 4) reduced discipline, 5) slump of work ethic, 6) degenerate ethics, 7) reduced manners, 8) thundering the sense of concern and so on. To solve the problem, it is necessary to seek the science education model that can lead to students to become citizens that are literacy of science and technology and character. One of the science learning models that are able to contribute to the formation of the insances of science and technology literacy and are able to grow developing the character of the students is the learning model of the science-technology-society. Research Research Sadia, et al. (2014) shows that the application of STM learning model is effective in developing the character of students who includes discipline, honesty, creativity, hard work, curiosity, communicative, concern, and responsibility.
