Abstract

The phenomenon of sharia awareness among the people of Indonesia, moves the economy in various aspects of people's lives, including the health service sector. The community begins to choose products that are not only quality from the medical side, but also get psychosocial safe services framed with Islamic values. Very open market opportunities to capture these symptoms. Sharia hospitals try to answer this challenge by packaging Islamic values into their service standards. Literature studies sourced from various scopus indexed international journals and google scholar. The concept of sharia hospitals that carry spiritual values is in line with the marketing 3.0 strategy that has the key concept of marketing vision, mission and values. This is the answer to the tendency of Muslim consumers who have chosen sharia products to fulfill their primary and secondary needs. Sharia Hospital was formed in an effort to integrate sharia values into all aspects of health services, administrative to patient service standards that are not owned by non-sharia hospitals. This is also a differentiation of hospital service products by targeting clear segmentation, although health services are essentially universal for all elements of society. Marketing standards must still be carried out which includes the internal-external and tangible-intangible aspects of a hospital, including the most important aspect is the quality of hospital services. So that Islam which is rahmatan lil alamin can become a syiar through a professional and trusted sharia hospital. Sharia hospitals that have a vision and carry values, still have to use marketing strategies to introduce their products, as well as Islamic teachings that protect human life.

Abstract

A validated instrument is crucial for assessing oncology nursing care in Indonesia. This study focused on translating, adapting, and validating the QONCS among Indonesian cancer patients and families. Initial feedback from nursing academicians and pilot participants guided the adaptation process. Validation involved distributing the instrument via Google Forms to 8 cancer referral hospitals, gathering responses from 148 individuals. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) assessed validity, while Cronbach's alpha measured internal consistency. Synonyms and examples were added to enhance item clarity. Eight items were removed due to poor construct validity, resulting in improved statistics (r statistic: 0.653-0.818; average variance extracted: 0.742). The revised instrument demonstrated high reliability (Cronbach's alpha: 0.967). This study confirms the Indonesian QONCS version as a valid and reliable tool for evaluating oncology nursing care. It is recommended for oncology nurses to utilize the QONCS to enhance the quality of care provided.

Abstract

Tunisia is a country in North Africa with a Muslim majority population that underwent significant reforms in family law after independence in 1956 through the passage of the Code du Statute Personnel (CSP). The reform is known to be progressive because it promotes gender equality and the protection of women's rights, while remaining grounded in Islamic values. Previous studies have focused more on normative aspects or described Tunisia as a model for family law reform in the Islamic world, but there is still limited research that explores the characteristics of this reform in a socio-political context, especially after the 2011 Revolution. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach to analyze regulations related to marriage, divorce, marital rights and obligations, and inheritance in Tunisian family law. The results of the study show that the reform of family law in Tunisia is marked by a balance between the principles of modernity and religious tradition, which is reflected in egalitarian policies towards women and restrictions on discriminatory practices in the family. These findings affirm Tunisia's position as a pioneer of Islamic family law reform with a distinctive model, while revealing the dynamics and challenges that arose in its implementation after the 2011 Revolution. This research provides an academic contribution in the form of a critical analysis of the Tunisian experience which can be an important reference for the development of Islamic family law in other Muslim countries.
