Abstract

ABSTRAK Pala merupakan salah satu jenis rempah-rempah yang menjadi komoditi unggul di Kabupaten Fakfak dan telah diperdagangkan baik antara pulau maupun telah diekspor. Pengelolaan pala yang baik dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani pala. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui tingkat penerapan petani pala tentang kualitas produk pala, (2) manganlisis hubungan/pengaruh antara karakteristik petani pala dengan penerapan standar panen dan pasca panen untuk menghasilkan pala yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan contoh secara purporsive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat penerapan Standar panen dan pasca panen pala di Kampung Sum, Puar Dan Adora dikategorikan “tinggi”, dimana komponen karakteristik/ciri pala matang merupakan komponen penerapan tertinggi yang diterapkan petani pala dalam standar panen sebesar 2,80 (tinggi), sebaliknya komponen penerapan pasca panen untuk komponen bentuk kemasan biji dan fuli pala adalah yang terendah sebesar 1,47 (rendah). Hasil dari Hubungan/pengaruh antara variabel karakteristik dan variabel penerapan yang memiliki hubungan/pengaruh adalah (a) sub variabel umur mempunyai hubungan/pengaruh terhadap penerapan standar panen dan (b) sub variabel penyuluhan memiliki hubungan/berpengaruh terhadap penerapan pasca panen. Kata kunci : Kualitas, Pala, Penerapan ABSTRACT Nutmeg is one type of spice which is a superior commodity in Fakfak Regency and has been traded both between islands and has been exported. Good nutmeg management can improve the welfare of nutmeg farmers. The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the level of application of nutmeg farmers regarding the quality of nutmeg products, (2) to analyze the relationship or influence between the characteristics of nutmeg farmers and the application of harvest and post-harvest standards to produce quality nutmeg. The method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The sampling technique was purporsive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the level of application of harvest and post-harvest standards of nutmeg in village Sum, Puar and Adora is categorized as "high", where the characteristic component or characteristics of ripe nutmeg is the highest application component applied by nutmeg farmers in the harvest standard of 2.80 (high). On the other hand, the post-harvest application component for the components of the packaging form of seeds and mace of nutmeg is the lowest at 1.47 (low). The results of the relationship or influence between characteristic variables and application variables that have a relationship or influence are (a) the age variable has a relationship or influence on the application of harvest standards and (b) the extension variable has a relationship or effect on post-harvest implementation. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas, pola konsumsi dan mengatahui hubungan produktivitas dengan pola konsumsi keladi, ubi kayu dan ubi jalar pada petani lokal di kampung Warbefor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petani Papua lokal yang adalah suku asli Arfak dan petani papua non lokal yang adalah suku Biak dan Serui yang berusahatani di Kampung Warbefor. Metode pengambilan contoh dilakukan secara acak berlapis yaitu petani papua lokal dan non lokal yang mengusahakan umbi-umbian diambil secara acak sebanyak 30 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara langsung ke responden dan data sekunder diperoleh dari lembaga, istansi dan dinas terkait. Data dianalisis secara tabulasi dengan penjelasan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat (1) Produktivitas umbi-umbian (2) Pola konsumsi petani kampung warbefor yang terdiri dari Jenis Umbi-umbian yang dikonsumsi, Jumlah umbi-umbian yang dikonsumsi, frekuansi mengkonsumsi umbi-umbian. Kata Kunci : produktivitas dan Pola mengkonsumsi umbi-umbian ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to Productivity of the staple food crop commodity of taro, wood tuber and sweet potato in the farming community of Warbefor village, knowing the consumption pattern of taro, cassava and sweet potato crops and the standard of consuming staple food for local farming families in Warbefor village, knowing the relationship between the productivity of the staple food crop commodity of taro, cassava and sweet potato with consumption patterns of taro, cassava and sweet potato among local farmers in Warbefor village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and a quantitative method using survey techniques. The subjects of this research are local Papuan farmers who are the indigenous Arfak tribe and non-local Papuan farmers who are the Biak and Serui tribes who are farming in Warbefor Village. The sampling method was done randomly in layers, namely local and non-local Papuan farmers who cultivate tubers were taken randomly as many as 30 respondents. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data, primary data is collected from direct interviews with respondents and secondary data is obtained from related institutions, agencies and services. Data were analyzed by tabulation with descriptive explanation. The results of this study were seen (1) Productivity of tubers (2) Consumption patterns of farmers in Warbefor village which consisted of: - Types of tubers consumed - Number of tubers consumed - Frequency of consuming tubers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal dari usaha Toko Sayur Anday di Distrik Manokwari Barat, Kabupaten Manokwari dan juga untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan yang tepat guna diterapkan kepada Toko Sayur Anday. Penelitian ini berlangsung kurang lebih selama empat bulan. Penelitian dilakukan di Distrik Manokwari Barat, Kabupaten Manokwari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pemilik/Manajer Toko Sayur Anday, selanjutnya pesaing/kompetitor yaitu pihak yang mengusahakan usaha sejenis seperti Toko Devan Mart, Toko Sayur Vegetar, Toko Sayur Kita, Toko Sayur Anggi Mart, Toko Sayur Hijau Daun dan juga konsumen, baik yang berbelanja di Toko Sayur Anday dan konsumen yang berbelanja di pesaing/kompetitor di kota Manokwari. Metode pengambilan contoh dilakukan dengan carapurposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha Toko Sayur Anday bahwa dalam matriks IFAS menunjukkan faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan bahwa usaha Toko Sayur Anday berada pada posisi internal yang sangat kuat. Berdasarkan matriks EFAS, menunjukkan bahwa faktor peluang dan ancaman bahwa memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan taktik yang sederhana namun menakjubkan guna menghindari ancaman kompetitor sejenisnya. Strategi pengembangan usaha Toko Sayur Anday adalah Strategi SO (Strength-Opportunity). Strategi ST (Strength-Threat). Strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunity).Strategi WT (Weakness-Threat)

Abstract

Hidup berkelompok sangatlah penting karena berjalannya suatu kelompok dilihat dari dinamisnya kelompok tersebut. Baik kelompok dengan anggotanya maupun anggota dengan kelompok lainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana dinamika kelompok yang terjadi di PT. Ebier Suth Cokran Distrik Ransiki Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan dan untuk melihat faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya dinamika kelompok di PT. Ebier Suth Cokran Distrik Ransiki Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus, pada seluruh kelompok tani kakao yang dibina oleh PT Ebier Suth Cokran. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode deskripsi kemudian uji lanjutan menggunakan metode analisis linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dinamika kelompok di PT. Ebier Suth Cokran berkategori sedang. Artinya seluruh unsur dinamika kelompok memiliki keterkaitan pada dinamika kelompok dan faktor yang memengaruhi dinamika kelompok di PT. Abstract

Manokwari Regency has sufficient natural resource potential, one of which is marine natural resources which will greatly affect the economic conditions of the people if managed properly. This study aims to (1) Knowing the production and production costs of shell craft. (2) Determine the contribution of income from Papuan women in the shellfish business to family income in Manokwari Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The sampling technique is done by census. Data processing and analysis using tabulation. Based on the results of the study obtained an average of handicrafts produced by craftsmen from Manokwari is 39.08 units per month with a minimum number of products sold as many as 18 units and a maximum number of products sold as many as 70 units per month. And an average of handicrafts produced by craftsmen Biak origin is 40.33 units per month with a minimum number of products sold at 29 units and a maximum number of products sold at 47 units per month. The average production cost incurred shellfish craftsmen from Manokwari is Rp 1,185,000 per month with a minimum production cost of Rp 154,000 per month and a maximum production cost of Rp 1,890,000 per month and the average production cost incurred by craftsmen from Biak is Rp 1,493,833 per month with a minimum production cost of Rp 1,075,000 and a maximum production cost of Rp 2,175,000 per month. The average family income of shellfish entrepreneurs in respondents from Manokwari is IDR 3,007,500 per month and the contribution of shellfish business is 25.15% and the average family income for respondent from Biak is IDR 1,562,833 and contribution shellfish business is 26.05% and the income outside the shellfish business for respondents from Manokwari is Rp. 554,583 per month and income outside the shellfish business for respondents from Biak is Rp. 176,667. Per month. Women's involvement in decision making about allocating family income when making decisions about their household needs. Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing margins, as well as to assess the marketing efficiency of peanuts, originating from the Kebar District of Tambrauw Regency. The data collection method was conducted using simple random sampling and snowball sampling. This study discusses the general background of the respondent farmers in the Kebar District who cultivate peanuts in the villages of Anjai and Jafai, as well as the marketing actors such as Collector Traders, Retail Traders, and Consumers in the Tambrauw Regency Market and the city of Manokwari. Based on the results obtained, there are three marketing channels: the first channel involves farmers selling their peanut production directly to consumers. The second channel involves farmers selling their peanut production to retail traders. The third channel involves farmers selling peanuts to collector traders, who then sell the peanuts to retail traders at the market, and finally, the retail traders sell the peanuts to consumers. In this study, the most efficient marketing channel is channel one, with an efficiency value of 8.67%, and channel one is the channel with the smallest marketing margin, which is zero.
