Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is a hallmark of the 4.0 revolution. The two main issues in Indonesia are infrastructure that needs to be equipped with technology and intelligence-based curriculum integrated with business and industry programs, and lecturers as educators who do not want to use and develop AI technology in applying guided learning models. This research aims to create a learning model based on AI that will help college students develop their talents while maintaining the Pancasila principles in the age of digitization. This study contains four stages: data collection, data analysis, research analysis outcomes, and validation of research analysis results. This research developed an AI-based learning model for use in higher education consisting of four dimensions: input, process, output, and outcome. The input dimension includes components such as students, lecturers, organizations, and infrastructure ready to adopt AI-based learning models. The process dimension consists of the elements that influence the operation of the AI-based learning model system and the functionality provided by the learning model. The output dimension includes characteristics that may be directly measured and process feedback. Finally, the outcome comprises the predicted outputs from the AI-based learning model.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed at evaluating the implementation of education at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong as a leading school, in the perspective of its antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. This study was using Countenance model of evaluation from Stake as the basis of its methodology. The data were collected from all educational elements at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong, including the principal, teachers, and students limited into the second and the third year pupils. The data were collected using questionnaires, documentations, observations, and interviews. The result of the research revealed the followings. First, almost all of the aspects of the antecedents, were in ideal conditions. Second, internally, the process of education at MAN Insan Cendekia ran well, and externally, related to its function as a model, the implementation was not optimal yet. And finally the third, the learning achievement of the students of MAN Insan Cendekia, which was indicated by their scores on UN and various level achievements, increased compared to the result of the previous years, and this could be valued as a good achievement of MAN Insan Cendekia in performing the educational process.

Abstract

Natural language processing (NLP) in Indonesian faces challenges due to limited linguistic resources, particularly in developing optimal word embedding models. This study optimizes the Word2Vec model for Indonesian in higher education contexts by leveraging transfer learning and lexicon expansion. Using a dataset of 4,463 higher education related tweets consisting of positive and negative sentiment categories, the proposed NewWord2Vec model combined with a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier achieved a 4% improvement in word detection accuracy compared to the standard Word2Vec. This enhancement demonstrates better performance in capturing linguistic nuances and sentiment orientation in Indonesian text. However, the model’s applicability remains limited to higher education terminology, and potential biases from transfer learning must be addressed. Future research should expand the dataset to diverse domains and refine the transfer learning process to better capture contextual variations in Indonesian. These findings contribute to advancing NLP applications in Indonesian, particularly for automated assessment systems, recommendation tools, and academic decision-making processes
