Abstract

Pengadaan teknologi Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memudahkan semua orang untuk berbisnis dengan menggunakan teknologi. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama, Pandemi Covid-19 yang lalu telah memberikan pelajaran kepada kita semua terkait pemanfaatan teknologi, khususnya bagi dunia pendidikan dan bisnis. Teknologi tidak bisa dipungkiri sangat memudahkan para pebisnis untuk terus memasarkan produknya, seperti menggunakan website sebagai wadahnya. Maka dari itu saya selaku ketua pengusul dan tim membuat pemasaran produk dengan sistem online berbasis website e-commerce agar penjualan Makaroni Prima bisa meningkat. Sistem pengelolaan menggunakan website e-commerce merupakan sistem pemasaran yang sangat baik digunakan untuk pemasaran produk. Dalam hal ini penggunaan Wordpress dapat berupa website berbasis e-commerce untuk digunakan sebagai media pemasaran produk Makaroni. Realisasi program ini diawali dengan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada pemilik usaha Industri Rumah Tangga dan stake holder lainnya di Kabupaten Gowa. Layanan ini membantu perusahaan menggunakan media sosial berupa situs web yang dapat digunakan untuk meluncurkan kampanye pemasaran, mengidentifikasi dan menambah audiens, serta menyampaikan pesan yang ditargetkan di beberapa saluran media. Program ini diakhiri dengan evaluasi terhadap keberlangsungan, keaktifan dan kemanfaatan website e-commerce yang telah dibangun.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of teenagers in business management. The activity was made in the form of training and mentoring which was carried out for 2 days and was carried out in the hall of the Sanrobone village office, Sanrobone district, Takalar district and was attended by 22 teenagers. This entrepreneurship training was carried out by STIEM Bongaya Makassar and the Sanrobone village government. The methods used in this service activity include the lecture method at the socialization stage on the understanding and knowledge of business management or management, the discussion method for the business management understanding stage. Based on the results of community service activities, results were obtained in the form of the need for support and space for teenagers to develop their entrepreneurial spirit. Training and mentoring to improve management skills or business management are activities that must be done to help teenagers in running their businesses. The role of campuses in helping youth entrepreneurs must be sustainable.

Abstract

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajara Round Club terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengarun model pembelajaran Round Club terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian  pre-experimen dalam bentuk Pre Test Posstest Design yaitu sebuah experimen yang dimana subjek pelaksanaanya penelitian ini hanya melibatkan 1 kelas sebagai kelas experiment tanpa adanya kelas pembanding  (kelas kontrol) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahu Pengaruh Model Round Club Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 18 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Metode Round Club berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil analisis statistic deskriptif penggunaan model Round Club terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid positif, keterampilan berbicara murid dengan penggunaan model Round Club menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dari  sebelum model Roud Club diterapkan. Dari hasil analisi statistic deskriptif  dengan menggunakan rumus rumus uji t, diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung yang diperoleh adalah 306 dengan frekuensi db + 18-1 + 17, pada taraf signifikan 50% diperoleh t table =1,77 . Jadi t hitung > t table atau hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternative (H1) diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan model pembelajaran interaktif explicit instruction terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan menulis eksposisi siswa kelasV di UPT SD Negeri 16 Tamarunang Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan pre-experimental designs dengan tipe one-goup pretest-posttest design yaitu sebuah eksprimen yang dalam pelaksanaannya hanya melibatkan satu kelas tanpa melibatkan kelas yang lain (kelas pembanding). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 134 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV UPT SD Inpres 16 Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 18 orang. Instrumen penelitian yaitu tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari tes awal (pretest), treatmen (pemberian perlakuan) dan tes akhir (posttest). Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis data statistik deskriptif dan analisis data statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa UPTSD Inpres 16 Kabupaten Binamu Jeneponto Dalam pembahasan model pembelajaran interaktif dikemukakan temuan yang lebih spesifik tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran interaktif (explicit teaching) pada siswa kelas V di Kecamatan Binamu Jeneponto (explicit instruction). Penerapan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Siswa Bahasa Indonesia UPT SD Inpres 16 Kabupaten Binamu Jeneponto mendapatkan thitung = 6,45 dan tTabel = 2,11, sehingga diperoleh tHitung>tTabel atau 6,45 >2,11.

Abstract

The notion of Needs analysis has evolved over the decades. Currently, the process of requirements analysis has become significantly more comprehensive. Its purpose is to gather information about the learners and to establish the desired learning setting and atmosphere for studying English for Specific Purposes (ESP). This study was conducted in Politeknik Sandi Karsa. There were 23 students in nursing study program. The researcher provides a set of 12 themes, all of which received a consistently high ranking from all types of respondents as suitable learning material. The findings of this study are anticipated to serve as a point of reference for future research, namely in the areas of syllabus/RPS preparation and the development of English teaching materials for nursing students. There are numerous crucial factors that may be utilized as a valuable reference in the development of ESP materials for the sub-skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. It can be concluded that the majority of students prioritize the development of vocabulary and speaking skills over other skills due to their aspiration to work as a nurse abroad for nursing students at Politeknik Sandi Karsa Makassar Indonesia.

Abstract

Pembangunan desa merupakan hal penting dalam membangun sebuah daerah dimana dapat dilihat di daerah Indonesia pembangunan lebih banyak di perkotaan dari pada di sebuah desa, pemerintah harusnya lebih jeli lagi dalam pembangunan yang berada di Indonesia. Karena berkembangnya suatu negara terletak dari segi pembangunan, terutama membangun sebuah desa yang jauh dari perkotaan. Kemudian dari pada itu Anggaran pembangun yang dilihat dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang sudah dianggarkan oleh pemerintah tetapi anggaran tersebut terkadang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang telah dianggarkan oleh pemerintah, ada saja oknum yang menyalahgunakan anggaran yang telah diberikan dari APBD yang ada setiap tahunnya. Dengan demikian pemerintah harus tegas dalam membangun sebuah daerah khususnya di pedesaan, lebih dari itu pemerintah juga perlu melakukan pengawasan dalam pembangunan sehingga pembangunan bisa berjalan lancar sesuai apa yang diinginkan dari sebuah pembangunan yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetaui bagaiman konsep pembangunan desa yang baik dan bisa di terapkan sebagai pembangunan di Kepulauan Riau

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Digital Marketing Analytics (DMA) and information technology (IT) capability on marketing management effectiveness. A mixed methods approach with a Sequential Explanatory design was employed, beginning with a quantitative survey of 100 digital marketing practitioners across various industries in Indonesia, followed by in-depth interviews with seven key informants. Linear regression analysis revealed that DMA (β = 0.462, p < 0.001) and IT capability (β = 0.387, p < 0.001) jointly contribute significantly (R² = 0.581) to marketing effectiveness. Qualitative findings support that companies integrating analytics into their marketing processes tend to be more responsive, efficient, and adaptive to market dynamics. Successful DMA implementation is influenced by human resource readiness, leadership that promotes a data-driven culture, and adequate IT infrastructure. On the other hand, MSMEs face challenges related to digital literacy and limited access to affordable analytics systems. The study underscores the importance of investing in information systems, employee training, and cross-functional integration to drive meaningful digital transformation in marketing strategy.

Abstract

Teachers are a bridge of knowledge for students at school. Therefore, teachers need good skills to transmit knowledge to students at school, because in transferring knowledge to students they must use the best methods so that learning objectives can be achieved as they should. What usually happens in schools is that the teacher's role in the class is more dominant than the students, even though students are also expected to play an active role in the class, being able to convey their ideas and ideas by speaking boldly. However, students will not be able to express their ideas or speak if the teacher does not provide examples and opportunities to speak as well. Therefore, teachers are expected to be able to master the class by speaking fluently and attracting student feedback by using Public Speaking skills so that a good teaching and learning process can occur.

Abstract

This study explores the role of e-learning platforms in transforming teaching and learning practices in higher education. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving lecturers and students from three Indonesian universities. The findings reveal four major themes: transformation of lecturers’ roles, enhancement of student autonomy, dynamics of digital interaction, and challenges of access and digital literacy. E-learning has shifted lecturers from knowledge transmitters to facilitators, encouraged students’ self-directed learning, and created new spaces for synchronous and asynchronous interaction. However, the study also highlights persistent barriers, such as limited technological infrastructure, uneven digital literacy, and difficulties in maintaining learning motivation. These findings suggest that the transformative potential of e-learning is not merely technological but deeply pedagogical and contextual. Therefore, successful integration of e-learning requires institutional support, equitable digital access, and thoughtful instructional design to ensure meaningful engagement and sustainable learning outcomes. This research contributes to ongoing debates on digital pedagogy by showing that e-learning is both an opportunity for innovation and a challenge of digital equity in contemporary education.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of blended learning strategies as a means to improve teaching and learning outcomes in higher education. Drawing on a case study approach, data were collected through interviews with lecturers and students, classroom observations, and document analysis to explore experiences, benefits, and challenges of combining e-learning with face-to-face instruction. The findings reveal that blended learning enhances flexibility, promotes learner autonomy, and enables more interactive classroom engagement, allowing students to access materials at their own pace and fostering greater inclusivity in participation. However, the study also identifies significant challenges, including the additional workload for instructors in preparing digital content and inequities faced by students with limited internet access, which highlight that blended learning is not merely a technological innovation but a systemic transformation. The discussion emphasizes the importance of aligning blended learning with institutional readiness, pedagogical innovation, and infrastructural investment. Overall, the study concludes that blended learning holds transformative potential for higher education when supported by effective instructional design, faculty development, and equitable access to digital resources.
