Abstract

The Problem Based Learning model is one of the learning innovations recommended in the independent curriculum. The implementation of this study aims to examine and describe the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at SMP Negeri 2 Kedungbanteng with a focus on improving student understanding. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a field approach. Data collection was carried out using direct observation, interviews, and document searches at the research location. The subjects involved in this study included Islamic Religious Education teachers and grade VIII students. From this study, it can be concluded that the implementation is carried out through three stages, including: 1) Planning stage, the process of implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model, teachers prepare teaching modules as guidelines for implementation in the learning process. 2) Implementation stage, covering the PBL syntax including problem orientation, organizing students, mentoring individual and group investigations, developing and presenting results and analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process. 3) Evaluation stage, which is carried out in the form of formative assessments during the learning process. The results of this study provide a concrete picture of the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model as an innovative approach to creating more relevant, interactive, and student-centered Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning, especially in dealing with contextual issues that require problem solving and moral reasoning.

Abstract

Diversity in characteristics, learning styles, and students' backgroundsis an important aspect that every educator must deeply understand. This is due tothe fact that each individual has a unique way of learning that cannot begeneralized. Therefore, educators are required to design differentiatedinstruction in the classroom. This approach aims to tailor the learning process tothe needs, characteristics, and learning styles of each student, so they can gain amore meaningful learning experience. This study aims to describe theimplementation of Differentiated Instruction in the Islamic Religious Educationsubject at SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto. The researcher used a qualitative researchmethod with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation,interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques included datareduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the studyinclude the initial assessment conducted by educators to group students based ontheir learning styles and abilities, the implementation of differentiated instructionwhich consists of three aspects differentiation of content, process, product.Evaluation conducted after the differentiated learning. This effort is made so thatthe learning strategies designed are truly able to accommodate the diverseneeds, potential, and learning styles of students.

Abstract

This research is based on the consequences of educational failure that causes moral decline and damage to the character of the younger generation. As a form of character formation in accordance with the values of the Islamic religion, it must be guided by religion and adhere to the Qur'an. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the character of love for the Qur'an, especially the younger generation. The Sirojuddin Sidabowa Islamic Boarding School, Banyumas has improved the character of love for the Qur'an in students by implementing a tahfiz program. Previous research has discussed more about the formation of the Qur'an's love character, but there are still few studies that focus on the efforts of tahfiz teachers in improving the character of love for the Qur’an in students at Islamic boarding school. Therefore, the main problem researched in this study is how the tahfiz teacher's efforts in improving the character of love for the Qur'an in students at the Sirojuddin Sidabowa Islamic Boarding School, Banyumas. This study aims to describe and analyze how the efforts of tahfiz teachers in improving the character of love for the Qur'an in students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. Data is analyzed through data reduction methods, data presentation, conclusion making and data validity tests. The results of the study show that the indicators of love for the Qur'an in students are shown by several attitudes, namely: students feel calm and happy when reading the Qur'an; Students do not feel bored or bored reading the Qur'an; Feeling longing when far from the Qur'an; Obey all the commandments and prohibitions in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Rokat is a tradition of the Madurese people that is still sympathetic and is still being preserved. Rokat is a cultural and religious assimilation that makes researchers interested in exploring it. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological type. The data collection methods used were 1) interviews, 2) observation, and 3 documentation analysis, while the research informants were 1) religious leaders, 2) community leaders, and the community. The results of the research show that the implementation of rokat belief in society is as follows: a) rokat belioneh is a salvation activity carried out when a family member dies, b) rokat belioneh is carried out to get closer to Allah SWT, c) rokat belioneh is carried out with several stage (preparation and implementation). Meanwhile, related to the views of the Pamekasan people regarding the rokat bhelioneh tradition when a family member dies, they are: a) rokat bhelioneh is a culture that does not conflict with Islamic teachings. b) Rokat bhelioneh is a tradition carried out to gain approval and mercy from Allah SWT, c) Rokat bhelioneh is carried out to eliminate sadness due to being abandoned by loved ones and aims to obtain the safety of wealth and health from all forms of danger that threatens. The applications of this research activity are 1) the importance of local traditions in dealing with death, 2) the role of family and community in the mourning process, 3) values ​​of belief and spirituality, 4) the maintenance and transmission of traditions and culture.

Abstract

Jumlah gaji dan kehalalan gaji menjadi prioritas utama dalam penelitian ini karena tingkat persaingan diantara lembaga keuangan sekarang yang ada di bangkalan saat ini. Perusahaan harus memperhatikan hal-hal yang dianggap penting guna mempertahankan karyawan, agar karyawan merasa puas dan terus bekerja di perusahaan. maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhjumlah gaji dan kehalaln gaji terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda dalam jumlah sampel sebanyak 9 responden dan menggunaka skala likert dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t (hitung) = 1.061 lebih besar dari t (tabel) = 0.71114

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using YouTube-based vlogs to enhance students' speaking skills (mahārah kalām) at Darul Falah Amtsilati Islamic Boarding School. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved students from the Darussalam dormitory as its subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and performance assessments of the vlogs. The findings reveal that using vlog media positively impacted the development of students’ speaking skills, particularly in fluency, sentence structure accuracy, self-confidence, and the ability to express ideas creatively and communicatively. Although restrictions on the use of mobile devices within the boarding school posed a challenge, assigning vlog-making projects during school holidays proved to be an innovative solution that remained within institutional regulations. Furthermore, the students responded positively to this method, increasing learning motivation and developing 21st-century skills. This study recommends integrating digital media, such as vlogs, into Arabic language instruction as an educational innovation aligned with contemporary needs.
