Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the East Java Provincial Government in initiating “Si Langit Bumi” as a form of providing information system services and village economic data management through managing computer-based village-owned enterprises and integrated websites that are easy to access for users. This study uses a business model canvas with secondary data as an analytical tool. The results of the research are in the form of ideal modeling of “Si Langit Bumi”, based on a memorandum of understanding between the stakeholders involved in order to manage information systems and village economic data management to become transparent, accountable, and on target and to make village-owned enterprises in East Java Province more resilient and contribute to the regional economy.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pentingnya Sistem Informasi Administrasi Perkantoran (SIAP) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas di lingkungan perkantoran. SIAP merupakan integrasi antara teknologi informasi dengan proses administrasi tradisional, yang bertujuan untuk mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas administratif, meningkatkan pengelolaan data, mempercepat alur kerja, dan memfasilitasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah analisis literatur dan penelusuran sumber daya terpercaya untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang topik ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa SIAP memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas di lingkungan perkantoran, dengan manfaat yang meliputi pengelolaan data yang terpusat, otomatisasi proses, kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang lebih baik, keamanan data yang ditingkatkan, serta pelaporan dan analisis yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Shallots are a manipulation of local wisdom found in Grobogan Regency. One of the largest shallot planting centers in Grobogan Regency is Genangadal Village. The weak low bargaining position due to oversupply during the big harvest caused a drop in prices received by farmers. As an effort to provide solutions to these challenges, it is necessary to empower people to create a creative economy through processed product innovation. This activity aims to conduct training and assistance related to innovation in processing shallot-based products. In addition, it conducts training and assists in developing good product marketing strategies. The stages carried out in this service are Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with farmer groups, demonstrations and practices in making various preparations from shallots, tutorials and assistance on good marketing strategies, and monitoring and evaluation. Based on the training results, the potential of shallots, which was initially not optimally utilized by farmers, has now been optimized for use in products with high economic value. The shallots that have been processed are onion crackers and onion paste. In addition, farmers have also learned good product marketing strategies. This activity improves farmers' skills in producing various processed products with high economic value. In addition, the farmers also gained knowledge about the product's marketing strategy. This is undoubtedly a new market opportunity for farmers; when the price of shallots plummets, they don't have to worry anymore because they can take advantage of the harvest by making processed products with economic value.

Abstract

Dynamic curriculum changes challenge Indonesia's Vocational High School or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) education. Curriculum changes in vocational schools also impact improving the learning process that must be implemented in the subject areas of expertise. One of the skill competencies that requires the ability to type as a skill that students must master is Office Administration, which is currently known as Office Management and Business Services. This research aims to analyze the impact of the transformation of the Office Administration Vocational School curriculum on typing learning. This research was conducted by applying a mixed-method research design. Qualitative data in this research was collected from a literature study of documents related to curriculum changes and previous research articles. Quantitative data was obtained from vocational school students using a questionnaire. The object of this research is typing learning, which is affected by curriculum changes. The results showed that curriculum development starting from KTSP, 2013 Curriculum, and Merdeka Curriculum had an impact on reducing the allocation of learning time for fast typing exercises, changing the name of competencies, and adjusting learning materials. AbstrakPendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Indonesia saat ini dihadapkan pada tantangan perubahan kurikulum yang dinamis. Perubahan atau transformasi kurikulum di SMK juga berdampak pada perbaikan proses pembelajaran yang harus dilaksanakan dan juga berdampak pada perubahan bidang keahlian. Salah satu kompetensi keterampilan yang memerlukan kemampuan mengetik sebagai keterampilan yang harus dikuasai siswa adalah Administrasi Perkantoran yang saat ini dikenal dengan sebutan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Pelayanan Bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi kurikulum SMK Administrasi Perkantoran terhadap pembelajaran mengetik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan desain penelitian metode campuran. Data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan perubahan kurikulum dan artikel penelitian sebelumnya. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari siswa SMK dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran mengetik yang terkena dampak perubahan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum mulai dari KTSP, Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka berdampak pada berkurangnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran untuk latihan mengetik cepat, perubahan nama kompetensi serta terdapat peyesuaian materi pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: pembelajaran mengetik dengan sepuluh jari; pengembangan kurikulum; sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test whether the problem-based learning (PBL) teaching module that the author created in the strategic management course can increase students' cognitive flexibility. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The sample in this study was students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, Semarang State University, class of 2021, with 109 students divided into three classes.  Furthermore, the results of the module that has been developed are tested regarding the increase in the average cognitive flexibility score after carrying out the pre-test and post-test. Based on research results, the experimental class that used the PBL module showed an average increase in cognitive flexibility score of 17.3 points, while the control class only increased by 4.4 points. Statistical tests showed a significant increase in the experimental class (p < 0.001), while the control class did not show a significant increase (p = 0.065). Meanwhile, student activities in the experimental class showed active participation in the learning process, problem-solving involvement, and better teamwork than in the control class. Student feedback indicates that PBL makes learning more enjoyable, helps students think critically, and is relevant to the real world.

Abstract

Merdeka curriculum has been implemented in schools for a few years, but there are still some obstacles to its implementation. Teachers find it difficult to design learning tools, starting from reducing learning outcomes to learning objectives and the flow of learning objectives. One of the solutions is the use of concept maps, which are assisted by the MindMeister application. The goal is for teachers to implement it into a flow of learning objectives. The method of implementing this service is in the form of training teachers with a practical approach. The result of this service is that teachers better understand how to create effective and visually interactive concept maps of learning objectives to plan, organize, and understand learning objectives. This helps teachers and students in carrying out the learning process in a more structured and focused manner. The use of information technology-based applications is very helpful for teachers in learning activities. Teachers must always adapt to any changes and improve their competence with consistent and continuous training, especially related to the use of information technology in learning.
