Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sistem informasi peminjaman dokumen rekam medis pada Rumah Sakit X dinilai belum efektif karena pencatatan data peminjaman dan data pengembalian masih dilakukan secara tertulis dengan pencatatan menggunakan buku dan kertas sehingga sistem ini tidak efisien dalam menghemat waktu, tenaga dan materi. Tujuan: Membangun sistem informasi peminjaman dokumen rekam medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum X untuk efisiensi pencatatan dan pengembalian dokumen rekam medis. Metode: Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pengembangan system SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Hasil: Terbentuknya rancangan untuk aplikasi sistem informasi peminjaman rekam medis di Rumah Sakit X yang meliputi informasi peminjaman, data peminjam, dan laporan peminjaman. Simpulan dan saran: Sistem Informasi Peminjaman dapat membantu pegawai dalam mengelola data peminjaman, pengembalian dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan. Pengembangan dari sistem ini dapat dilanjutkan ke sistem big data supaya dapat mengelola seluruh data rekam medis di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Penilaian merupakan akhir dari proses pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan melalui ujian. Soal yang digunakan harus mampu mengukur kemampuan peserta didik. Classical Test Theory (CTT) dan Rasch model merupakan analisis statistika untuk menganalis butir soal. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil analisis terhadap 50 soal menggunakan metode CTT, didapatkan hasil bahwa hanya 21 soal yang memenuhi kriteria item difficulty dan item discriminant. Analisis Rasch model, memberikan informasi bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas soal dikatakan baik berdasarkan pola kurva item information function. Analisis ini juga memberikan informasi terdapat 42 soal yang layak karena memenuhi kriteria item fit, dan 8 soal yang harus dievaluasi lagi. Analisis menggunakan Rasch model lebih baik dibandingan dengan CTT, sehingga 8 soal yang tidak layak berdasarkan analisis tersebut harus dievaluasi dengan mengubah bentuk studi kasus pada soal tersebut dan membuat inovasi metode pembelajaran terkait materi pada 8 soal tersebut.Kata kunci: analisis soal, Classical Test Theory, Rasch model.

Abstract

Plastic waste is one of the wastes generated from human activities and is classified as inorganic waste. Inorganic waste is difficult or cannot be decomposed, especially if the plastic is made of non-biodegradable materials. The increase in plastic waste is one of the problems faced by all parties and can threaten environmental sustainability. Efforts that can be made to minimize plastic waste are to recycle plastic waste into valuable products, such as planting media. The purpose of this community service activity is to manage plastic waste into planting media. This aims to minimize environmental pollution due to plastic waste, especially plastics that are classified as non-biodegradable. The methods used in this activity are lectures and demonstrations. The activity was attended by 37 people consisting of village officials, PKK mothers, and Karang Taurna of Blimbing Village, Kediri Regency. In this PKM activity, the participants seemed enthusiastic about participating in a series of activities from waste management education and also demonstrations in making planting media. In this activity, it is known that there is an increase in participants' knowledge about good waste management. As a follow-up effort, similar and relevant activities are needed so that public knowledge and awareness of the importance of good and correct waste management will increase, so as to create a healthy and sustainable environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning bagi siswa kelas VIII MTs Salafiyah Syafi''iyah Seblak Jombang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan jenis true experimental design dan desain yang digunakan adalah posttest only control design, yakni eksperimen yang menempatkan subyek penelitian ke dalam dua kelas yang dibedakan menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Populasi mencakup keseluruhan siswa kelas VIII MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Seblak Jombang dengan sampel penelitian kelas VIII D yang berjumlah 21 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII E yang berjumlah 19 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dengan teknik tes dan non tes yang kemudian akan diuji hipotesis untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian uji-T menunjukkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa (mean) pada kelas eskperimen adalah sebesar 84,12, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 74, 38. Selain itu, hasil uji-t juga menyatakan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,005 < 0,05, dan diperoleh nilai t-hitung (2,974) > t-tabel (1,688). Maka dengan ini dapat diambil sebuah kesimpulan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technology is currently receiving special attention and has numerous benefits. In the education field, this technology can help obtain information quickly to complete a thesis. This research aims to conduct GenAI Modeling based on the Technology Accepted Model (TAM) and Expected Value Theory (EVT) framework using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The research used primary data obtained from surveys. The population was all Tarbiyah faculty students who took a thesis in the Even Semester of the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 1266. The sample in this research was 191 students who were completing their thesis and had used Gen AI technology to help complete their thesis. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with a procedure of dividing students into 8 clusters based on the study program. The research instrument used a questionnaire consisting of 5 latent variables: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intrinsic Motivation, Perceived Value, and Behavioral Intention to Use. The results of the analysis using the PLS-SEM method showed that Intrinsic Motivation has a significant relationship with Perceived Ease of Use, and Intrinsic Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Value have a significant relationship with Behavioral Intention to Use. These results show that students choose GenAI Technology to help complete their thesis based on its benefits, such as making it easier to prepare backgrounds, research instruments, and data analysis steps, as well as providing insight into knowledge related to the topic being researched. The research results imply the need for policies regarding the use of GenAI technology for theses so that students are wiser in using GenAI technology.

Abstract

The Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is a digital system that enables users to search for library references through an online interface using keywords. OPAC has been implemented to enhance IAIN Kediri library services. However, its usage has never been evaluated, resulting in limited understanding of user acceptance levels. This study aims to predict the acceptance of OPAC and identify the most influential variables using interpretable ensemble learning methods. This research used cross sectional design with data collected via a survey involving 400 IAIN Kediri students who had experience using the OPAC system. The study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the Value-Based Adoption Model (VAM) framework. Predictor variables consist of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention, Technicality, and Enjoyment. The target variable was Actual Use. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The instrument has been tested for validity and reliability. Ensemble learning algorithms used include Random Forest, AdaBoost, XGBoost, Lightgbm, and Catboost, with SHAP applied for model interpretability. Among the models tested, XGBoost achieved the highest predictive accuracy. SHAP analysis revealed that Enjoyment was the most significant factor influencing OPAC acceptance. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of interpretable ensemble models in predicting technology acceptance and suggest their potential as an alternative to data analysis methods. OPAC development can be done by improving the user interface and developing applications on Android.

Abstract

Background: Disaster preparedness training serves as a preventive measure and an investment in community safety and resilience, particularly in Indonesia, which is highly prone to natural disasters. Objective: To equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage emergencies, enabling them to save lives and minimize potential damage. Method: This study employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving students in disaster victim evacuation simulations. The activity was conducted at SD YBPK Semampir, Kediri City, on May 21, 2024, involving all students from grades I to VI, totaling 70 participants. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training, pre-tests and post-tests were administered to assess students' understanding before and after the intervention. As the data did not follow a normal distribution, a non-parametric statistical analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The mean scores for the pre-test and post-test were 35.14 and 88.71, respectively. These results were analyzed for normality and subsequently evaluated using the Wilcoxon test, which indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding following the training. Conclusion: The training effectively enhanced disaster awareness among students at SD YBPK Semampir. Recommended actions include conducting regular training sessions, involving parents in disaster preparedness programs, and developing a more comprehensive training module. These initiatives are expected to sustainably improve disaster awareness and preparedness at both the school and community levels.
