Abstract

The lack of adequate learning resources has an impact on the low level of student interest in the subject matter, resulting in disruption of the process to achieve the expected learning objectives. The development of technology, can be used to design an application that can be used as a source of learning or learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce application product learning that can be used as learning media for basic network subjects. The development model used is the development model of ADDIE, which is analisys, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used were observation, literature, documentation, and questionnaires. Applications tested up to 35 students of class X TKJ. The results of the validation learning application obtained a percentage of 93.4% of media experts, 88.8% of materials experts and 81.2% of users or students. Indicates that learning applications that have been developed can be used as learning resources or learning media for basic network subjects. Keywords: Learning Application, Basic Network, Computer and Network Engineering

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the pattern of link and match of the demand and supply for productive vocational school teachers which should be carried out in the future. This study is descriptive qualitative with the grounded theory approach. The unit of analysis consisted of: policy makers at central level; policy makers at local level; productive vocational school teachers; Teacher Education Institutes (LPTK), and Non-Teacher Education Institutes (Non-LPTK). The data were analyzed using the three phases: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The research results are as follows. (1) The pattern of the demand for productive vocational school teachers has been fulfilled through such programs as Three Year Diploma for Vocational Teacher of Engineering, Bond-based Remuneration for Bachelor's Level, Civil Servant Recruitment, Regional Civil Servant Recruitment, and Non-permanent Teachers. (2) Productive vocational school teachers supplied included LPTK graduates majoring in 22 vocational skills training programs and Non-LPTK graduates majoring in 45 vocational skills training programs out of 48 programs. (3) Productive vocational school teachers were distributed in three types of programs. (4) A system of vocational teacher education was conducted by increasing and refining. (5) Link and Match pattern of demand and supply for productive vocational school teachers involved integration of supply for LPTK graduates and that of Non-LPTK graduates, the distribution of such supply, and the pattern of implementation of vocational teacher education.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has posed learning barriers for communities in Indonesia and around the world. It has disrupted normal teaching and learning activities, necessitating the adoption of distance learning. Students face challenges during distance learning, including low motivation to succeed and complete online classes, as well as difficulty in handling encountered problems or difficulties. Robotics was chosen as a learning medium because it has been proven to stimulate self-efficacy. The development of self-efficacy among students is crucial in distance learning implementation as it can help overcome barriers that arise during the learning process. This research aims to implement robotics media in distance learning while considering media accessibility and self-efficacy. The research methodology employed is a field case study with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that with the use of robotics media, student enthusiasm level reached 92%, and 92% of students fully comprehended the presented learning materials. The implementation of distance learning using robotics media was highly successful, with 92% of students expressing increased diligence in their studies, and 96% of students striving to improve their grades. Student self-efficacy was also relatively high, with 88% of students showing confidence in their ability to engage in learning. The use of robotics media aided students in distance learning, with a 100% completion rate and satisfactory achievement results. Additionally, it was found that the inclusion of illustrations had an impact on students' confidence in completing tasks correctly and accurately. more tangible and accessible.
