Abstract

The Tablighi congregation often carries out its da'wah activities by leaving his wife, who is called khuruj. Ideally, in Islamic law, a partnership must be built to form a family, what happens in a family but the husband only preaches outside (khuruj), giving the impression that he does not take care of the household. A husband and wife partnership is built on the relationship between husband and wife in building a household to achieve common goals. This study aims to examine the relationship between husband and wife in the Tablighi congregation family, especially in the Medan Amplas Tablighi congregation family. This study is also to analyze the partnership that is built within the family from the perspective of Islamic Family law. Using qualitative methods, data was explored using interviews. This study found that basically a good and harmonious family is a commandment in Islamic teachings. Then from the thoughts above the question arises, what is the actual relationship between husband and wife among the tabligh congregation. Do they really have an ideal partnership as suggested by Islam? What about their partnership from a gender perspective? Why is it necessary to look at it from a gender perspective because the relationship between husband and wife is always related to gender, is that true? The purpose of this writing is to determine the suitability of Islamic family law and its implementation for husband and wife partnerships among members of the Medan Amplas tabligh congregation. The research methods used are library research and field research. The results of this research are that the husband and wife partnership built by the Medan Amplas tabligh congregation family is very organized following the procedures taught by the Prophet and according to Islamic law.

Abstract

Reformasi hukum keluarga yang terjadi diberbagai negara muslim membuktikan bahwa negara telah mengakomodir perbedaan aliran mazhab dalam perundang-undnagan yang berlaku di negara tersebut. Hal ini antara lain  terlihat dari undang-undang yang berlaku di negara Maroko (The Moroccan Family Code/Moudawana) tentang kedudukan wali nikah bagi perempuan. Pada undang-undang tersebut mengatur bagi seorang perempuan yang telah dewasa atau berusia 18 tahun boleh menikahkan dirinya sendiri tanpa menggunakan wali nikah.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis  kedudukan wali nikah dalam The Moroccan Family Code Moudawana 2004 dan faktor penyebab terjadinya reformasi terhadap kedudukan wali nikah dalam undang-undang tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi. Dan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  Kedudukan wali nikah dalam The Moroccan Family Code/Moudawana telah dihapus, karena wali bukan termasuk ke dalam rukun dan syarat pernikahan di Maroko. Dalam The Moroccan Family Code/Moudawana, seorang perempuan yang telah berusia dewasa (18 tahun) dan cakap hukum tidak membutuhkan izin wali dan boleh menikahkan dirinya sendiri dengan laki-laki yang ingin dinikahinya. Faktor penyebab terjadinya reformasi terhadap kedudukan wali nikah dalam The Moroccan Family Code/Moudawana disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal seperti perkembangan penduduk Maroko dan faktor eksternal seperti pengaruh globalisasi, dan perjanjian Internasional dalam mewujudkan kesetaraan gender bagi laki-laki dan perempuan, menghilangkan diskriminasi terhadap kaum perempuan, dan mengangkat derajat kaum perempuan.

Abstract

The focus of this study is the influence of the digital era and globalization on the use of Indonesian among the younger generation, consisting of students, college students, and active social media users. The main objective of this study is to find changes in language structure, perceptions of standard language, and linguistic and cultural issues that arise as a result of the spread of digital content, social media, and e-commerce. This research focuses on language use on social media platforms such as TikTok, WhatsApp, and Shopee, and includes social media users of various ages, schools, and urban communities. The methodology used includes descriptive qualitative studies, quantitative surveys, hermeneutics, and systematic literature reviews (SLRs), with data models including interviews, observations, online questionnaires, and digital content analysis. The results of the study show that the use of Indonesian is increasingly eroded by the dominance of foreign languages ​​and informal styles. This can have a negative impact on students' mental health and character and reduce their understanding of standard language. However, the younger generation still realizes the importance of maintaining Indonesian. Therefore, language literacy strategies and digital education are very important to ensure the sustainability of the language amidst the flow of globalization.
