Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi manajemen syariah sebagai strategi pengembangan keuangan dan bisnis berkelanjutan pada industri halal. Industri halal telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, sebagai respons terhadap permintaan global akan produk dan layanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Namun, untuk memastikan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan menghadapi tantangan masa depan, diperlukan pengelolaan yang efektif dari perspektif syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana implementasi manajemen syariah dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pengembangan keuangan dan bisnis berkelanjutan pada industri halal. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk studi literatur, wawancara dengan para ahli industri, dan analisis dokumentasi perusahaan. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen syariah dapat memberikan keuntungan signifikan dalam pengembangan keuangan dan bisnis berkelanjutan pada industri halal. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi manajemen syariah sebagai strategi pengembangan keuangan dan bisnis berkelanjutan pada industri halal dapat membantu menciptakan nilai tambah jangka panjang bagi perusahaan, memperkuat reputasi dan kepercayaan pelanggan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi untuk praktisi dan pengambil keputusan di industri halal adalah untuk memprioritaskan penerapan manajemen syariah yang efektif dalam strategi bisnis mereka, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek etika, kualitas, dan inovasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This research discusses the flow of constructivism from the perspective of Islam education philosophy. The latest curriculum update, namely the independent learning curriculum, which is linked to constructivism, is the reason for this research, because in the independent learning curriculum, learning is more student-centered, so constructivist learning plays a big role in it. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. Data collection techniques through library sources related to research related to research titles from books, journals, articles and other related writings. The results of the research show that the constructivist school can be used in the learning process in accordance with the independent learning curriculum which is currently still being implemented where students can develop their own existing knowledge based on experience.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak sertifikasi guru terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai penelitian terkait efek sertifikasi guru. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sertifikasi guru memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi, kualitas, dan kesejahteraan guru. Guru yang telah bersertifikasi cenderung memiliki motivasi lebih tinggi untuk terus berkembang dan memupuk kualitas pengajaran di kelas. Selain itu, tunjangan sertifikasi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. Guru yang lebih sejahtera akan lebih fokus dan berdedikasi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, yang pada akhirnya dapat memupuk kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sertifikasi guru adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk memupuk profesionalisme dan kualitas guru di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki signifikansi yang penting karena kualitas guru merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program sertifikasi guru dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Primary education is a fundamental element in the development of students' character and skills, and is recognized as an internationally recognized human right. However, the challenges in increasing the attractiveness and differentiation of primary schools are getting more complicated, especially in the midst of fierce competition. This study aims to investigate the application of STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) strategy in the context of basic education, by utilizing the edupreneurship approach. Edupreneurship offers innovative solutions to improve the quality and relevance of education by adopting entrepreneurial principles. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach that analyzes various studies related to STP marketing strategies and the implementation of edupreneurship in elementary schools. The results of the study show that the segmentation of the basic education market can be carried out based on geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors of students and parents. The right target market is identified through an analysis of the needs of parents and students related to the quality of education, the reputation of the school, and the values offered. Meanwhile, effective positions focus on differentiating relevant curricula, facilities, and extracurricular programs, which can increase the school's attractiveness. These findings show that the implementation of STP strategies integrated with the edupreneurship approach is not only able to attract the attention of parents and students, but also increase the competitiveness of primary schools in the education market.

Abstract

The digital era brings challenges as well as opportunities for Wustho students in managing self-regulation, especially in the use of technology and digital media. This study aims to analyze the optimization strategy of self-regulation of Wustho students in facing the digital era, focusing on aspects of time management, self-control, and technology adaptation. A qualitative approach is used in this study, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that student self-regulation can be improved through the integration of education-based technology, digital discipline habituation, and independence training programs. This strategy not only helps students in managing their daily activities but also supports the achievement of learning goals more effectively. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for Islamic educational institutions to prepare students to become independent and adaptive individuals in the era of digital transformation. The findings of this study are that strengthening spiritual-based intrinsic motivation can be an effective strategy to build self-regulation among students. This approach offers uniqueness, namely connecting religious values with self-management skills in the digital era, thus providing a strong moral foundation for students in using technology wisely. The implications of this study highlight the need for pesantren policies that are more adaptive to digital developments, while still maintaining Islamic identity as a core value in pesantren education.

Abstract

Utilizing local government assets is one of the most important ways to increase local revenue. Optimizing assets not only increases Regional Original Income (PAD) but also promotes efficient public services and strengthens transparent and accountable governance. In this context, assets managed by Technical Implementation Units (UPTs), such as the Vocational Training Centers (BLKs), have significant potential to be optimized as skills training centers and economically productive units. The purpose of this study is to identify barriers and strategies that can be used to maximize the utilization of East Java Provincial Government assets managed by the UPT BLK Jember. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach involving data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation collection. The data analysis process is carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the main challenges in asset utilization at the UPT BLK Jember include limited digitalization systems, inadequate physical conditions of assets, weak internal coordination, and less strategic asset locations. Furthermore, minimal promotion of training services and the lack of community and business involvement also hinder optimal asset utilization. To address these challenges, this study proposes four main strategies, namely: (1) digitizing asset management to make it more transparent and efficient; (2) increasing human resource capacity, particularly in asset management and vocational training; (3) establishing collaboration with third parties such as private training institutions and the industrial world; and (4) implementing a social marketing-based communication strategy to increase the visibility of BLK in the community.

Abstract

Contextual approach is a learning approach that correlates material with real life. There are many ways that are applied in contextual learning, one of them with learning activities outside or tourism works. This study aims to integrate the activities of pilgrimage to the grave of Gus Dur in learning mathematics can help students in grade 5 elementary school understand the concept of scale and distance more effectively. This case study is expected to provide insight into the benefits of combining local wisdom in the mathematics curriculum, as well as enriching teaching methods in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative study through a survey approach and literature study. The sample in this study was 30 students at the 5th grade level at SD Negeri 6 Kedungwuni Pekalongan Regency. Data collection techniques used by researchers are, using interviews with students and teachers. The results showed that tourism work activities can increase students' understanding and enthusiasm in understanding mathematical concepts.
