Abstract

Consumers who travel frequently (high mobility) use a lot of aviation services, so the aviation business is of interest to many business people. Travel agents are also aggressively providing cheap ticket promotions to attract consumer interest. This creates tough competition between airlines in terms of reasonable prices, best facilities and gaining customer trust. This research aims to determine the influence of Price Fairness, Service Quality, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction of LCC airlines in Indonesia. The research objects of this research are online media libraries, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Elsevier, Zotero and other online journal media. The method used is a literature study, which collects data sources related to the research topic. The literature study aims to explain the main content based on the information obtained. The research results show that Price Fairness, Service Quality, and Trust all have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction for LCC airlines in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee work motivation through a systematic literature review using the PRISMA approach. It analyzes 61 articles from Scopus-indexed journals (2014–2024) to identify the synergy between transformational leadership and organizational culture in enhancing both intrinsic and extrinsic employee motivation. Transformational leadership has been shown to be effective in creating a clear vision, empowering employees, and fostering emotional engagement. In contrast, a strong organizational culture reinforces accountability, collaboration, and the recognition of individual contributions. This research addresses a gap in understanding how leadership styles interact with organizational culture to drive employee motivation. It provides a structured synthesis of leadership strategies that enhance motivation, highlighting the significance of intrinsic motivation in fostering innovation and long-term sustainability, while recognizing that extrinsic motivation remains essential for short-term performance improvement. The findings emphasize the importance of cultural variations in implementing organizational values, as national contexts influence the effectiveness of leadership. This study offers theoretical contributions by integrating perspectives from leadership, motivation, and organizational culture research, while also providing practical insights for managers to align leadership strategies with cultural values. The PRISMA methodology ensures a rigorous selection of sources, with inclusion criteria focused on Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed articles published between 2014 and 2024.

Abstract

Digital technology currently plays a significant role in daily life. Digital technology will change human attitudes towards new lifestyles which can influence consumer behavior, including the use of transportation. This makes online transportation companies in Indonesia grow rapidly. Transportation services that are different from conventional transportation mean that the rates and services received by consumers are also different. This research implemented quantitative methods. The sample used in this research was 240 GOJEK consumers and the data was processed using SMARTPLS. The SEM–PLS evaluation model is a reflective measurement that is calculated using validity and reliability, where the validity measurement has 2 criteria, including construct validity by assessing convergent validity and discriminant validity. Convergent validity is a combination of indicators that replace one latent variable. Hypothesis 6 has a significant impact and hypothesis 1 has no significant impact. This illustrates the mediating effect of brand trust in influencing the positive indirect influence of brand image on repurchase behavior.

Abstract

As shipping activities through various modes of transportation increase, the need for adequate understanding of dangerous goods is becoming increasingly important, especially among the younger generation. Unfortunately, many students still do not understand the classification and risks associated with transporting these goods. This community service activity aims to increase awareness and understanding of high school students in the Philippines regarding the classification of dangerous goods and the importance of safety in the shipping process. The activity was carried out through an interactive outreach method that included visual presentations, case studies, and simple simulations to make the material easier to understand and apply. The material provided refers to international standards, namely the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code and ICAO Technical Instructions (ICAO-TI), which are important references in the classification and handling of dangerous goods globally. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the level of student understanding before and after the activity. The results showed a significant increase in students' ability to recognize symbols, types of dangerous goods, and initial actions to be taken when faced with these goods. These findings confirm that the right educational approach can increase early awareness among students as potential actors in the logistics chain. It is hoped that similar programs can be implemented widely and sustainably in various educational institutions to minimize the risk of sending dangerous goods due to a lack of public knowledge.
