Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1)  To determine the influence of leadership on the performance of personnel in Indonesia. 2) To determine the effect of work discipline on the work performance of personnel in Indonesia. 3) To determine the effect of leadership and work discipline together on the work performance of personnel in Indonesia.” This “research approach is quantitative, descriptive and associative. The population in this study were 110 personnel in government agencies in Indonesia. In this study the authors narrow the population by calculating the sample size using the Slovin technique. So the number of samples studied were 52 respondents”. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence of leadership on the work performance of personnel. 2) There is an influence of work discipline on the work performance of personnel. 3) There is an influence of leadership and work discipline together on the work performance of personnel.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implementation of variables in the logistics field by searching the literature in journals. Qualitative by searching the literature related to the variables related to this paper in the last ten years and the findings will be corroborated in this paper both quantitative and qualitative findings. The results of this paper are used as a reference for logistics warehousing companies in Jakarta. Logistics warehousing companies can use the findings in this paper with a qualitative description of the literature in accordance with the variables written and provide a treasure and contribution in the field of human resources. For other researchers, they can develop and use the variables in this paper with existing gaps in the literature to continue future research with the object of logistics companies.

Abstract

The aim is to discuss how Coaching for Performance and Development Organization (CPDO) works and contributes to individual coaching and development as well as organizational development. This paper uses a qualitative method by reviewing the existing literature related to Coaching for Performance and Development Organization (CPDO) and looking at the findings from research over the last 10 years related to the variables in this paper. Discussion and reinforcement of the qualitative results of this paper provide answers and contributions. Overall, the role of the CPDO in today's work environment is critical, and its ability to adapt to change and integrate sustainability principles will determine its impact in the long run. The organization must continue to evolve and provide relevant coaching and training to help individuals and organizations thrive in the ever-changing world of work.

Abstract

The supply chain management article: survey of consumer preferences and market potential is a scientific literature review article within the scope of operational management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can subsequently be utilized for future research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was employed in this study. The data utilized in this study was derived from prior research that remains pertinent to the current investigation. The data was gathered from reputable academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sinta journals. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) Consumer preference surveys play a role in supply chain management: Surveys offer significant insights into consumer preferences, wants, and expectations pertaining to a specific product or service. These insights serve as the foundation for organizations in formulating marketing strategies, developing products, and managing inventory. By gaining a comprehensive grasp of consumer preferences, organizations have the potential to enhance customer happiness, streamline their supply chains, and attain a competitive edge in marketplaces that are becoming progressively intricate and dynamic; and 2) Market potential plays a role in supply chain management: market potential offers a comprehensive overview of the current market size, potential for growth, and consumer patterns in a specific region or demography. This data enables organizations to develop supply chain strategies that are characterized by enhanced efficiency and adaptability in response to dynamic market needs. Through a comprehensive comprehension of market potential, organizations are able to effectively identify prospective market segments, formulate suitable expansion strategies, and adapt their supply chain approaches in order to maximize profitability and foster corporate expansion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh resilience, mentoring dan counseling terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work life balance pada Perusahaan Kargo XYZ dan ABC yang nantinya dapat digunakan pada penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian literature review ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer, yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala likert 1-5 (sangat tidak setuju-sangat setuju), yang diisi oleh seluruh karyawan pada Perusahaan Kargo XYZ dan ABC. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 127 karyawan pada perusahaan kargo XYZ dan ABC. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Total sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 127 karyawan. Alat análisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan berdasarkan atas data-data primer yang diperoleh. Data akan di sajikan dalam bentuk angka-angka yang kemudian di interprestasikan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Resilience tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance; 2) Mentoring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance; 3) Counseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance; 4) Resilience tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 5) Mentoring tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 6) Counseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 7) Work Life Balance tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 8) Resilience tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Work Life Balance; 9) Mentoring tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Work Life Balance; dan 10) Counseling tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Work Life Balance.Keywords: Kinerja Karyawan; Work Life Balance; Resilience; Mentoring; Counseling

Abstract

Pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan berdaya saing merupakan kunci utama dalam menghadapi tantangan global di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan strategi peningkatan kualitas SDM melalui pendekatan edukatif, pelatihan keterampilan, serta penguatan karakter. Program ini menyasar kelompok masyarakat, termasuk pelajar, mahasiswa, dan tenaga kerja, dengan menekankan pentingnya kompetensi, kreativitas, dan daya saing dalam menghadapi dinamika industri. Metode yang digunakan meliputi seminar, workshop, serta pendampingan berbasis teknologi dan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya pengembangan diri dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja serta peluang usaha. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan tercipta SDM yang tidak hanya kompeten secara teknis tetapi juga adaptif dan inovatif dalam berbagai bidang.
