Abstract

Abstract: Javanese is the most populous tribe in Indonesia. Javanese themselves have a culture that is still run by the Java community. In a culture that possessed the Java community, if there is disclosed a lot of wisdom values ​​therein. From the discovery of the values ​​of this wisdom, if practiced, it can improve the condition of the nation today, especially those related to moral values ​​begin to shift in society today. And in the end with improving moral values ​​of society, the civil society can realize the objectives of nation building. The purpose of this study is to raise the values ​​of Javanese cultural wisdom in creating a civil society. By using qualitative research method refers to the study of literature. Based on this study, of the values ​​of Javanese cultural wisdom is revealed there are moral values ​​which are very useful in shaping civil society.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance at the Pondok Pesantren Al-Fattah, Sidoarjo. The method used to determine the informant is purposive sampling. In this qualitative research data collection using interviews, documentation and observation. From these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance in Pondok Pesantren As-Shafiites good enough. This is evidenced by the development of cottage pesntren which is constantly increasing. Suggestions for boarding is better optimize the principle of independency for the success of future schools.

Abstract

The originality of this research is where previous studies only discussed waste banks from the green economy perspective of maqashid sharia, or discussed economic empowerment only, but in this study it combines all aspects of previous research. This study aims to describe the role of the Sumringah waste bank in improving people's welfare, where the indicator used is Maqashid Syariah. This research uses qualitative research methods, with a case study approach. The waste management system at the Sumringah Waste Bank applies the 3R principle (reduce, reuse, recycle), this aims to motivate the community and increase awareness about managing waste independently from the source, as well as implementing a people's economy. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that there is prosperity in terms of: 1) Spirituality, namely by increasing alms Jariyah (hifz ad-din), 2) fulfilling mental needs (hifz an-nafs), 3) understanding about waste management and environmental hygiene (hifz al-nafs). aql), 4) maintenance of offspring (hifz al-aql), 5) income (hifz al-maal). The implication is as a behavior changer for the community, economic empowerment and quality of life of its members.

Abstract

Artikel ini disusun untuk mengetahui secara singkat bagaimana penerapan dan perkembangan sistem syariah di Indonesia serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini disusun dengan melakukan analisis observasi berdasarkan perkembangan sistem perekonomian di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari sumber sumber resmi serta penelitian terdahulu. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa berkembangnya sektor syariah memberikan dampak yang cukup positif bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Meskipun sudah cukup lama diterapkan, nyatanya masih banyak masyarakat yang belum terbiasa kondisi ini sehingga memunculkan banyak persepsi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the distribution of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance as an effort to improve the welfare of the community in Watuagung Village, Dongko District, Trenggalek Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods through a descriptive approach. This method functions to get an overview of the phenomenon of the problem being observed. Then this study uses primary data types obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. Then it also uses secondary data types obtained through the Trenggalek Regency Central Bureau of Statistics and Sectoral Data. Where, based on the results of the research, it shows that the distribution of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance has reduced the burden on beneficiaries who are low-income people in order to be able to meet the needs of livable houses so as to improve their welfare. In addition, this assistance has also increased the number of livable houses in the village of Watuagung and encouraged the self-reliance of beneficiaries through empowerment activities during the implementation of the assistance distribution.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology requires MSME players to understand increasingly sophisticated technology. The development of technology that has brought many changes to society, the emergence of media has its own impact on life in this world. Everyone can use social media easily. In this case, the rapid development of information technology encourages the economy to develop with the existence of Islamic economics in Islamic banks. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk is a company engaged in the Islamic financial sector. One of the programs initiated by BTPN Syariah bank is Pasar Daya, a program owned by BTPN Syariah organized by Daya. The main objective of this program is to maximize the potential of Access to Market (market access) for customers. The method used in conducting this community service program is to use the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.

Abstract

With its continued development, technology is now not only used as a communication medium, but can be used as a means of payment or online shopping. Currently, the public or customers are offered many digital shopping and payment methods. PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang under the Charles & Keith brand has utilized existing technological advances by implementing an online shopping model via website and chat shop as well as a payment method using e-money, without eliminating the cash payment method. Despite innovation, many Charles & Keith customers are still confused about the steps from shopping to payment. This is due to the lack of information obtained so the company introduces this innovation through salespeople. The purpose of this activity is to find out the use of technology to facilitate customer access to purchases and payments at Charles & Keith. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) with several stages such as preparation stages, implementation stages and monitoring and evaluation stages. The results obtained from this activity show that the company has taken advantage of technological developments that provide a choice of shopping methods via websites and chat shops as well as payments using transfers, QRIS, credit cards, virtual accounts, and others. Customers also received this innovation positively, as monthly results show about the increase in the number of chat shop users.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of gender mainstreaming in efforts to improve the quality of housing and quality of life with the Self-Help Housing Assistance Program (BSPS). This analysis uses qualitative research methods of observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation in Jombok Village, Pule District, and Trenggalek Regency. Efforts to improve the quality of housing and quality of life were validated by looking at the condition of the house before and after the BSPS program's assistance. From the results of the study, it was found that the role of gender mainstreaming in improving the quality of housing and living standards was running quite well and was able to achieve success. The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Assistance Program (BSPS) has successfully implemented aspects of gender equality, including Access, benefits, control, and participation. The fulfillment of these four aspects is a sign of the successful implementation of gender mainstreaming in BSPS operations in Trenggalek Regency.

Abstract

Syariah maqasid is at the core of all economic analysis, especially those dealing with issues such as poverty, wealth distribution, and economic development. One economist stressed that achieving economic goals in Islam can be done by distributing wealth fairly so that it can be enjoyed by the whole society, not just by the wealthy few. Sharia maqasid serves as a framework in building an Islamic economy, keeping economic activity in accordance with sharia principles, as well as a bridge between God's will and human aspirations. The application of maqashid sharia in daily life is hifdz mal to obtain such benefits for charity in its fiddunya wal hereafter, hifdz din (keeping religion) is a consideration recorded part of worship to Allah SWT and hifdz 'aql maintenance of purpose because insight into knowledge can improve the level of life.
