Abstract

Desa Werwaru merupakan salah satu desa yang menjadi lokasi KKN mahasiswa PSDKU Universitas Pattimura. Mayoritas masyarakat Werwaru bekerja sebagai petani jagung dan kacang tanah. Kana tetapi, masyarakat masih kurang mengoptimalkan pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil produksi pertanian. Kurang optimalnya pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil produksi pertanian diantaranya karena tidak aktifnya BUMDes Werwaru. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa KKN berinisiatif untuk mengadakan program pelatihan pembuatan olahan produk lokal berbahan dasar jagung dan kacang tanah yang diberi nama Ruhun Mulgera Jaya Snack. Program ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat werwaru mengenai cara pengolahan jagung dan kacang tanah serta mengaktifkan kembali BUMDes Werwaru sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat meningkat. Program pelatihan pembuatan olahan produk lokal ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 – 21 Juli 2023. Program ini diikuti oleh masyarakat dan pengelolah BUMDes Werwaru. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan peserta pelatihan antusias dan penuh semangat dalam membuat produk Ruhun Mulgera Jaya Snack. Produk yang dihasilkan selanjutnya diserahkan secara resmi kepada pengelolah BUMDes Werwaru. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi setelah pelatihan selesai, diperoleh bahwa masyarakat peserta pelatihan telah mengetahui dan dapat membuat olahan produk lokal berbahan dasar jagung dan kacang tanah seperti produk Ruhun Mulgera Jaya Snack.

Abstract

Toinaman Hamlet is located on Moa Island, the condition of the hamlet is remote, limited infrastructure, minimal access to basic services and is an isolated hamlet.  Most of the residents in this hamlet are very dependent on the weather and natural products to survive. When natural conditions are unfavorable, such as storms, drought or rough seas, their source of livelihood is significantly disrupted. This of course greatly affects the ability of local hamlet communities to be able to meet their nutritional food needs, especially to fulfill their children's nutrition. Fulfilling nutrition for children in rural areas often faces its own challenges, especially related to access to a variety of nutritious foods. Some common problems include limited food ingredients, traditional diets that may lack diversity, and limited knowledge about nutrition. One source of nutritious food that is important for health is beef.  Beef is a good source of protein for children because it contains many important nutrients such as iron, zinc and vitamin B12, all of which support their growth and development. The PKM activity carried out is in the form of providing nutritious food in the form of processed beef to the children of Toinaman Hamlet, Moa Island. The aim is to improve the nutrition of the hamlet children, prevent malnutrition and nutritional deficiencies and support the growth and development of the children of Toinaman Hamlet, Moa Island. The food products provided are food products made from beef, namely rendang products

Abstract

The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program for PSDKU students at Pattimura University aims to improve the creative economy of village communities and help village communities solve existing problems, including in Upunyor Hamlet. In achieving the objectives of implementing KKN, Upunyor Hamlet KKN students carry out various work programs in the form of priority programs, superior programs, and companion programs. The work program implemented was an initiative of Upunyo Hamlet KKN students and a proposal from hamlet residents through the Head of Upunyor Hamlet. Based on the results of the community satisfaction index questionnaire, in general the community feels very satisfied with the work program that has been implemented by the Upunyor Hamlet KKN students. So it can be concluded that Upunyor Hamlet KKN students can improve the creative economy of the Upunyor Hamlet community and help the community in solving existing problems.

Abstract

This program aims to reduce the percentage of school dropouts in border islands. Through this program, researchers created an educational environment by involving students of the Study Program Student Association (HMPS). This program was held every Saturday in Wakarleli, Maluku Barat Daya, during October 2023 - November 2023 involving around 20 children in various age categories and around 5-10 students at each meeting. The method used in this activity is descriptive method. The activities supporting the program are educational games which are implemented at the beginning and at the end of the meeting, the introduction of letters and numbers, and counting activities. The results of evaluations and interviews show that this program can increase children's confidence levels, train their communication skills, patience, tolerance, and helping attitudes between children. In addition to the great benefits for the children, this program also provides huge benefits for the students and lecturers involved. For students, this program is considered to increase their creativity in making learning media. Where this skill is a much needed skill, especially for students of the Mathematics Education and PGSD Study Programs. In addition, for students of the Law Study Program, this activity can also foster sensitivity in society and improve their communication skills which are also needed in their future profession. In general, in this program students are trained to work together, socialize and build their confidence to be in public.

Abstract

The aim of this community service program is to provide assistance and education to the community in Kiera Hamlet, Southwest Maluku Regency regarding recording financial transactions in simple bookkeeping in accordance with applicable financial accounting standards. This program will take place on Saturday 3 to face in Kiera Hamlet, Moa Island, Southwest Maluku Regency. This activity was carried out with the presence of all Kiera hamlet staff, chair of the church congregation council. Church staff, village community and home base lecturers as well as students of the PSDKU Accounting study program, Southwest Maluku Regency. The method used in this activity is a participatory learning method. After carrying out this service, the community will gain knowledge about bookkeeping in managing finances so that the recording process can be carried out regularly.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in a broiler chicken farming business located in the city of Tiakur, Southwest Maluku Regency. The purpose of this service to assist livestock entrepreneurs in strengthening MSME management, especially in accounting application, so that the financial reports producted comply with the applicable accounting principles based on SAK-EMKM (Financial Accounting Standars for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise). The method used in this activity is Action Research, in the form of assistance with financial report recording for all broiler chicken farming business operators in Tiakur, Southwest Maluku Regency. This activity provides new learning experiences for students, enchancing their knowledge and skills, as well offering motivation and innovation to the community. Additional, this activity also provides an understanding of financial report recording, such as balance sheets and income statemets, for broiler chicken farming businesses.

Abstract

Abstract : Performance measurement focused on finance is outdated as a competitive tool. Financial and non-financial performance measurement, as included in the balanced scorecard, is now relevant. Companies are encouraged to focus not only on financial aspects but also on non-financial ones. This study aims to examine the performance of companies listed on the IDX-30 using the balanced scorecard method. To address this, a content analysis approach was conducted using annual reports and the 2023 sustainability report. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the 30 companies is strong and interconnected across learning and growth, business processes, customers, and finance perspectives. Future researchers are expected to utilize primary data to examine non-financial aspects (learning and growth, business processes, and customers) to complement secondary data for measuring financial performance. Abstrak : Pengukuran kinerja berfokus pada keuangan sudah usang untuk digunakan sebagi alat untuk bersaing. Pengukuran kinerja berbasis keuangan dan non keuangan yang muat dalam balance score card menjadi relevan sekarang ini. Perusahaan dituntun tidak hanya fokus pada aspek finansial tetapi juga non finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kinerja perusahaan yang terdaftar pada IDX-30 dengan metode balance scorecard. guna menjawab hal itu, dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis konten yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan dan laporan berkelanjutan tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja 30 perusahan memiliki kinerja yang baik dan saling berhubungan antar perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, proses bisnis, pelanggan, dan keuangan. Bagi peneliti kedepan diharapkan dapat gunakan data primer untuk melihat aspek non finansial (perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, proses bisnis, dan pelanggan) sehingga dapat melengkapi data sekunder untuk mengukur kinerja finansial.
