Abstract

Increasing the capacity of farmers in an effort to increase livestock production is important, because with the increasing capacity of farmers, increasing livestock productivity will be easier to obtain. The implementation of Community Service was carried out in Lolotuara Village, Pulau Lakor Subdistrict in July 2022, participants in the extension for increasing the capacity of farmers were attended by villages, village officials and the livestock community. The results of the implementation of the extension in Lolotuara Village, Pulau Lakor Subdistrict, which was attended by the village head, village officials and the farmer community, gave quite positive results because the PKM team was well received and during the counseling process the participants asked many questions so that the farmers were able to understand a good livestock business improvement system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur mengatur hak-hak tenaga kerja atas pembagian hutang harta pailit dan sinkronisasi antara Undang-undang No. 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang dengan peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya dalam mengatur hak-hak tenaga kerja atas pembagian utang harta pailit serta penerapan perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak tenaga kerja atas pembagian utang harta pailit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinkronisasi Undang-undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang dengan ketentuan-ketentuan lainnya dalam penafsiran hukum telah diputuskan dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No.18/PUU-VI/2008 dan No.67/PUU-XI/2013 bahwa pembayaran upah tenaga kerja harus didahulukan daripada tagihan negara dan kreditor separatis sedangkan uang pesangon dan hak yang lainnya diberikan setelah pemenuhan tagihan kreditor separatis. Kreditor preferen didahulukan dari hasil penjualan boedel pailit yang didasarkan pada ketentuan dalam Pasal 95 Undang-undang No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja sebagaimana yang telah diubah dari ketentuan yang diatur dalam Undang-undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Pasal 49 dan Pasal 50 Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan.

Abstract

School accreditation is an acknowledgment and assessment by several authorized parties to assess the feasibility of an education program or unit in order to improve the quality of national education. However, knowledge about school accreditation has not been fully understood by the school because so far there has been a lack of socialization about school accreditation. Knowledge about school/madrasah accreditation is still minimal among teachers and education staff at SMP Negeri 18 Central Maluku. Therefore, community service activities were held in the form of socialization programs and coaching for teachers and education staff regarding school/madrasah accreditation at SMP Negeri 18 Central Maluku so that they would better understand the concept of accreditation, accreditation tools, and preparations for visitation. Participants in community service activities are school principals, teachers, education staff, and school and community committees. The socialization and coaching program on School/Madrasah Accreditation at SMP Negeri 18 Central Maluku can provide an understanding of the concept of accreditation, accreditation tools, and preparations for visitations for school principals, teachers, education staff, committees, and the community.

Abstract

The Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections in Indonesia is a crucial moment in the nation's democratic life. However, in the process, disputes and dissatisfaction with the election results announced by the General Election Commission (KPU) often arise. If not handled properly, this dissatisfaction can threaten political stability and public trust in the democratic system. Therefore, an effective and transparent mechanism for resolving election disputes is crucial to maintain the integrity of the democratic process in Indonesia. The research to conduct an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms and stages of resolving disputes over the results of the Presidential and Vice Presidential elections in Indonesia in 2024, and to assess the impact of the mechanism for resolving election disputes on political electability and public trust. The research method used is normative legal research. Normative legal research studies how legal norms function. The data collection method used is literature review. This study utilizes secondary data obtained from various literature and regulations related to the issues under investigation. The research findings indicate that the mechanisms and stages of resolving election disputes in Indonesia are detailed in the legislation. The level of public trust in the Constitutional Court as the institution for resolving disputes is relatively high, but concerns exist regarding the independence and transparency of the process. There is a need for stricter oversight of the dispute resolution process to ensure that each step is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. Thus, it is hoped that the mechanism for resolving election disputes in Indonesia can operate more effectively and be trusted by all parties involved.

Abstract

Toinaman Hamlet is located on Moa Island, the condition of the hamlet is remote, limited infrastructure, minimal access to basic services and is an isolated hamlet.  Most of the residents in this hamlet are very dependent on the weather and natural products to survive. When natural conditions are unfavorable, such as storms, drought or rough seas, their source of livelihood is significantly disrupted. This of course greatly affects the ability of local hamlet communities to be able to meet their nutritional food needs, especially to fulfill their children's nutrition. Fulfilling nutrition for children in rural areas often faces its own challenges, especially related to access to a variety of nutritious foods. Some common problems include limited food ingredients, traditional diets that may lack diversity, and limited knowledge about nutrition. One source of nutritious food that is important for health is beef.  Beef is a good source of protein for children because it contains many important nutrients such as iron, zinc and vitamin B12, all of which support their growth and development. The PKM activity carried out is in the form of providing nutritious food in the form of processed beef to the children of Toinaman Hamlet, Moa Island. The aim is to improve the nutrition of the hamlet children, prevent malnutrition and nutritional deficiencies and support the growth and development of the children of Toinaman Hamlet, Moa Island. The food products provided are food products made from beef, namely rendang products

Abstract

The Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence Number 23 of 2004 has generated mixed responses among the public. A number of people are unhappy with the regulation, seeing it as an attempt to bring personal problems into the public domain. Although it cannot be denied, the issue of domestic violence is still considered a topic to be avoided in some segments of our society. This is considered a family issue that should not be discussed openly, despite the fact that various types of domestic violence continue to occur, including physical violence, sexual violence, psychological violence and economic violence. Forms of violence in the domestic sphere occur between family members, including violence from husbands against wives, wives against husbands, husbands against children, wives against children, and children against parents. Therefore, it is deemed necessary by the Klis Village Government, Moa Island District, Southwest Maluku Regency to serve as a collaborative initiative in implementing the work program between the 2023 Southwest Maluku PSDKU Unpatti KKN Students and the Klis Village Government. The aim is to hold outreach activities regarding the Elimination of Domestic Violence.

Abstract

The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program for PSDKU students at Pattimura University aims to improve the creative economy of village communities and help village communities solve existing problems, including in Upunyor Hamlet. In achieving the objectives of implementing KKN, Upunyor Hamlet KKN students carry out various work programs in the form of priority programs, superior programs, and companion programs. The work program implemented was an initiative of Upunyo Hamlet KKN students and a proposal from hamlet residents through the Head of Upunyor Hamlet. Based on the results of the community satisfaction index questionnaire, in general the community feels very satisfied with the work program that has been implemented by the Upunyor Hamlet KKN students. So it can be concluded that Upunyor Hamlet KKN students can improve the creative economy of the Upunyor Hamlet community and help the community in solving existing problems.

Abstract

Environmental policy will realize environmental protection and management that always considers every activity if we want to utilize natural resources and the environment to meet our needs. For this reason, the aim of environmental protection and management is fundamentally in the area of legal methods, so that policy officials responsible for the environment can interpret, understand and implement the law. The effectiveness of environmental protection policies also includes the development of legal instruments that support the application of the principles of sustainability, integration and shared responsibility in managing natural resources. We are all responsible for providing a better future for future generations. A greener, healthier and fairer future. With a healthy environment, we can give them the opportunity to experience a quality life, like the one we feel today. We must ensure that we do not steal their future, but leave a valuable legacy of a healthy and sustainable environment. This article employs a form of literature review that includes hypotheses pertaining to the issue under investigation. This study examines the implications environmental policies have on the environment, effective methods for formulating and implementing environmental policies, the effectiveness and impact of current environmental policies, and recommended environmental policies for a greener future.

Abstract

Asas-asas penyelenggaraan pemerintah bersifat normatif, bersumber dari sistem nilai pemerintahan dan semua pegangan pemerintahan dan bukan hanya dari hukum positif. Asas adalah dasar, pedoman atau sesuatu yang dianggap kebenaran yang menjadi tujuan berpikir dan prinsip yang menjadi pegangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitis yang menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Asas-asas dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan meliputi asas umum dalam pemerintahan dan asas keahlian atau fungsional dalam penyelengaraan pemerintah. Disamping itu juga terdapat Asas-asa penyelenggaran pemerintah daerah yang meliputi Asas Desentralisasi, Asas Dekonsentrasi, dan Tugas pembantuan. Dan Asas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di daerah atau kedaerahan dilaksanakan sebagai konsekuensi dari Pasal 18, 18A, dan 18B Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945.

Abstract

Penyelesaian sengketa melalui non litigasi adalah penyelesaian sengketa yang dilakukan menggunakan cara-cara yang ada di luar pengadilan atau menggunakan lembaga alternatif penyelesaian sengketa. Di Indonesia, penyelesaian non litigasi ada dua macam, yakni Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 1999 Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mencapai kesepakatan antara para pihak yang terlibat dalam sengketa, tanpa melalui proses persidangan yang panjang dan mahal. Keuntungan dari penyelesaian sengketa non litigasi adalah prosesnya yang lebih cepat, murah, dan fleksibel. Para pihak dapat mengatur sendiri proses penyelesaian sengketa sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan mereka. Selain itu, penyelesaian sengketa non litigasi juga dapat menciptakan hubungan yang lebih baik antara para pihak, karena mereka bekerja sama untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan. Keefektivannya tergantung kepada para pihak yang berperkara namun non litigasi ini diangap lebih cepet dan memakan biaya yang tidak banyak serta fleksibel prosesnya.
