Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Jambi City Sector Power Plant is a state-owned company that deals with all aspects of electricity. So far in the management of promotional data and employee mutations are still using the manual way and by recording the activities on the record books and promotion of employee records, resulting in waste of time and data delays resulting in inefficient. Information presented such as making a report often has a delay due to the long time for processing so it can not be presented at any time. It causes the functions associated with the operational activities of PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sector of Kota Jambi ex PLTD Kasang can not be implemented optimally. In this thesis report is made information system of promotion and employee mutation used to assist or facilitate manager of PT. PLN in managing employee data in the form of data input branch, job data, employee data, promotion data, employee mutation data and will produce output that is report of promotion data and employee mutation report. Software development using Web programming language using SQL database. From this research resulted a design of information system of promotion and mutation of employees that can facilitate data management of PT. PLN in data processing employees and making reports.

Abstract

One of the government institutions that requires a funeral information system is the UPTD Cemetery of the Jambi City Public Housing and Settlement Areas which is the only UPTD in Jambi City that is engaged in funerals. In the case of the data collection system for registration of corpses and levies, manual recording is still carried out using files, thus it takes time because officers have to look for data on vacant burial grounds first, and also make it difficult for officers to search for existing funeral data if they needed back. In terms of data archiving, it is still done manually on the shelves which sometimes the condition of the file is damaged. The data in question is data on corpses, heirs and levies. Due to the existence of levies here, in terms of recording, sometimes the amount of retribution results is inaccurate.

Abstract

Learning Tahfidz Qur'an in SD IT Al-Muthmainnah Jambi City has not been able to hold learning tahfidz / memorize Al-Qur'an effectively because the system used is not optimal. besides students get the material tahfidz, students are also given tajwid material. The material given is Al-Qur'an juz 30. Tahfidz Qur'an method of learning in SD IT Al-Muthmainnah Jambi City using a manual method. The given material is an optional rote and memorization. Memorization must be determined by the teacher Tahfidz Qur'an of each class. And the rote choice is memorization that has been achieved by each student. For that the authors make a computerized system design Learning Media using the application adobe flash cs 5 on SD IT Al-Muthmainnah Jambi City which aims to assist the school in providing materials in a more interesting way and make it easier for students to understand the lesson.

Abstract

Batik Jambi was first developed by the families of the Jambi Malay Kings and gradually receded after the kingdom collapsed. The Jambi community, especially many young people, do not know the shape and meaning of the Jambi batik motif, and the difficulty is getting the information about the shape and meaning of the Jambi batik motif because there is no book on the shape and meaning of the Jambi batik motif that can be widely used. If this is allowed to continue it does not rule out the possibility that one day Batik Jambi will be forgotten by the community, especially among today's young generation. The problem is that the Jambi people, especially the younger generation, mostly only know the extent of Batik Jambi, but if asked from the form of the motif even to the meaning of the Jambi batik motif, few know about it because of the lack of information about Batik Jambi which discusses the form and meaning especially in shaped android application.

Abstract

This study discusses the information system of Small and Medium Industries is a sector that has various important roles in the economy whose founders are based on one's initiative. Application of Industrial Processing at the Web-based Office of Trade Industry Information System Study Program, The development of highly sophisticated and modern computer technology will make it easier for us to do data processing that can save time, space and costs. Processing data and information quickly, precisely and efficiently is an important thing that is needed for institutions or agencies, one of which is the Industry Sector of the Department of Trade, Jambi Province. Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province. A better data processing and delivery system is a necessity that cannot be delayed anymore. To overcome the existing problems, we need a sophisticated and computerized application so that the industrial data processing can be done accurately and accurately. The Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province will utilize technological advances in data processing and information delivery online. In making industrial data processing applications researchers use the PHP programming language, and use MySQL databases as database servers. Industrial data processing applications are focused on web-based technology.

Abstract

This study aims to apply web-based Tsukamoto fuzzy logic in the classification of accident areas in Jambi City. This method was developed by researchers at POLSERSTA Jambi city with the aim of increasing understanding of the risks of traffic accidents and helping make more effective decisions. Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic was chosen because of its ability to deal with uncertainty in the context of a classification involving various factors. The proposed system is able to take input data such as traffic levels, weather conditions, and road types, and convert them into a risk classification using fuzzy logic. The results of this system can provide guidance for traffic security officers and related agencies in managing potential accident areas. This research shows that web-based Tsukamoto fuzzy logic has the potential to be a useful tool in identifying traffic accident risk areas. However, improvements in data validation, optimization of fuzzy models, and collaboration with related parties need to be made to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of this system in improving traffic safety in Jambi City

Abstract

Cloud-based document storage offers significant flexibility but faces security challenges such as the risk of data leaks and illegal modifications. The study proposes a cryptographic framework using a combination of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)-256 for confidential encryption and Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA)-256 for cloud storage-based document integrity verification. The system was developed with an experimental approach, implemented in application prototypes, and tested on a wide range of file sizes from as small as < 1 mb, 10 mb to 100 mb showing greater efficiency than Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) and elliptical curve cryptography (ECC). To improve security, a distributed key management scheme and password-based user authentication were added.  The encryption system will be tested on Google Drive, One Drive, and mega cloud platforms and evaluated through a series of performance and security tests combined with on-premises personal computer (PC) systems. This framework provides a practical solution for secure document storage in the cloud with a balance between security, performance, and ease of use. This research reinforces the urgency of applying modern cryptography in dealing with the risk of data leakage in public cloud services, and can be adopted as a security and efficiency model and solution for individuals, as well as government and private offices that use cloud storage as a storage base for important documents such as Decrees, Securities, certificates, diplomas and other important data
