Abstract

This study aims to determine whether learning with natural media is effective in improving children's creative thinking skills in CGK Sumarorong Kindergarten. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Design type of research. The population in this study was group B aged 5-6 years. The sample in this study was 7 children. The data collection technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the creative thinking ability of children before being treated in the form of learning with natural materials media and after being given treatment, was included in the category of developing according to expectations for the experimental group. While the control group is in the category of starting to develop. So that the effectiveness of the learning model with natural media on the creative thinking ability of children in CGK Sumarorong Kindergarten.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru dan orang tua di sekolah TK Islam Uminda Makassar dalam bentuk seminar parenting yang terkait dengan pembentukan karakter anak di era digital. Pendidikan karakter merupakan sebuah usaha untuk memahami, peduli, serta melaksanakan segala ketentuan yang ada. Hasil studi pendahuluan dengan beberapa guru dan orang rua di sekolah diketahui bahwa pembentukan karakter yang diterapkan khususnya di era digital masih kurang. Hasil yang di capai setelah kegiatan seminar parenting ini adalah 1) orang tua dengan antusias datang untuk menyimak materi yang disampaikan, 2) peningkatan pemahaman guru dan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak di era digital, 3) hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan seminar parenting ini dinilai sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) pada siswa kelas II SD Inpres Laikang Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil rincian pada kegiatan pra-siklus motivasi belajar siswa masih tergolong sangat rendah. Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan 70%. Selanjutnya pada Siklus II meningkat menjadi 95% peserta didik merasa termotivasi mengikuti pembelajaran melalui Implementasi model PBL dengan pendekatan TaRL karena dikelompokkan sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya masing-masing dan peserta didik menyukai kerjasama dalam kelompok untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning dengan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to develop a storytelling method through picture media. This development research aims to (1) find out How the need for the development of storytelling methods in improving children's reading literacy understanding (2) Researchers aim to find out How the prototype of The Development Of A Egrang Traditional Play Model In Improving Gross Motoric Of Children Aged 3-4 Years Old (3) Researchers aim to find out How the validity and practicality Egrang Traditional Play Model In Improving Gross Motoric Of Children Aged 3-4 Years Old This type of research is development research with Addie model research design. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of 2 teachers and 11 children of KB Rumah Qurani Imam Muslim Maros The data analysis techniques used were qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that (1) the description of the need for the development of Egrang Traditional Play Model In Improving Gross Motoric Of Children Aged 3-4 Years Old, (2) the design of the development of Egrang Traditional Play Model through image media is designed with a sequence of instrument preparation, namely: needs analysis, teacher response questionnaire, early childhood literacy level assessment, and (3) the level of validity and practicality of the development of Egrang Traditional Play Model the results of 3.38 with very valid criteria, and the practicality of the development of local cultural storytelling methods obtained the results of 89.45% with very valid criteria. While in effectiveness, the results obtained were 93.75% with the Highly Effective category. It can be concluded that the traditional game of stilts can improe the gross motor skills of children aged 3-4 years
