Abstract

RT 39 Jelutung Village, Jambi City is currently facing challenges in terms of disseminating information to its citizens. Conventional methods that have been used, such as announcements on information boards, regular meetings, and distributing leaflets, are often ineffective in reaching all residents. This research seeks to create a website for sharing information for disseminating information in RT. 39, Jelutung Village, Jambi City, using the Waterfall method and UML modeling to describe the system flow. This website is designed to facilitate effective communication between RT administrators and residents and provide fast and accurate access to information regarding activities, announcements and public services. The Waterfall methodology includes the phases of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. UML modeling is used to visually describe the structure and flow of a system, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The finding is a website with main features such as Information Portal, Website Dashboard, Manage Mail. Evaluation was carried out through a survey of RT residents. 39 to assess the effectiveness and satisfaction with the use of this website. The evaluation results show that this website has succeeded in increasing information accessibility and citizen participation in RT activities. 39. Thus, it is hoped that the development of this website can become a model that can be applied in other RTs To enhance the caliber of communication and informational offerings.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi, e-commerce Indonesia berkembang secara pesat, dengan Tokopedia menjadi salah satu situs belanja online terbesar. Dengan menggunakan algoritma FP-Growth, penelitian ini akan menganalisis pola pembelian produk elektronik di Tokopedia. Tahapan meliputi proses preprocessing data, pembentukan itemset, dan ekstraksi aturan asosiasi berdasarkan nilai minimum support dan confidence. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari 5.000 data transaksi yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan dengan berbagai jenis elektronik, seperti smartphone, laptop, charger, powerbank, earphone, mouse, dan flashdisk. Penelitian dilakukan dengan parameter minimum support yaitu 20% dan minimum confidence 50%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa aturan asosiasi yang signifikan, seperti konsumen yang membeli smartphone cenderung juga membeli earphone (support 25%, confidence 65%). Konsumen membeli Mouse dan juga membeli Laptop (support 21%, confidence 70%). Konsumen membeli Flashdisk juga terkait dengan membeli Laptop (support 20%, confidence 60%). Konsumen membeli Powerbank juga membeli Charger (support 24%, confidence 55%). Kemudian pola dengan nilai lift tertinggi adalah Smartphone dan Earphone (1,25) serta Powerbank dan Charger (1,22), yang menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ini muncul bersama jauh lebih sering daripada jika pembelian dilakukan secara acak. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa algoritma FP-Growth dapat dengan mudah menemukan pola pembelian produk elektronik dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam industri e-commerce.

Abstract

During this time, the system that is currently running at a company is in the process of circulating oxygen cylinders; the recording is still done manually, including incoming and outgoing goods transactions. The Calculation of stock of goods, sales and report making, only recorded in the general ledger. In the old system, there are still often errors, both in calculations and in reporting. Prototype of Oxygen Cylinder Distribution Data Processing Application at PT. Budi Nabati Perkasa, this system is made using a computerized application and aims to make it easier for admin in recording sales and goods transactions so that the process of making reports can be calculated automatically. This system can minimize the occurrence of errors in the process of data recap or manufacture of the report.

Abstract

Technology is a tool that is used today to facilitate human work both in everyday life and in organizations. Currently, the services carried out by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi in serving the community still serve conventionally and require a long time, so that the services at the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi are still divided into several parts and lack transparency. Based on this problem, the researcher will build a service system that can be accessed at one door as stated in the One Stop Service Implementation (PPTSP) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006 and the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 188.32/498/V/Bangda concerning the Implementation Guidelines for the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006, has goals and objectives to realize public services that are fast, cheap, easy, transparent, certain and affordable, as well as being able to improve the rights of the community in public services. Researchers have a goal to build an electronic information system for one-stop integrated services to facilitate and improve services to the public by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. In building the system, the researcher will use the method in stages starting from data collection, needs analysis, system design, system design, and system implementation and testing until the system can run well. The system built can be accessed with only one portal by having many services in it without having to open service portals one by one and also the system built can be accessed from anywhere and anytime to make it easier for the public to report and get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. The EPTSP of the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi is very useful in improving service and employee performance as well as making it easier for the public to get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi quickly and accurately.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based ordering system for Aqiqah Rahayu Batam to improve order management and service quality. The system was developed using the Scrum methodology, allowing iterative and adaptive development through stages such as Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum. Using a development research approach, the system replaced manual ordering with an online platform that enables customers to place orders anytime and allows administrators to manage transactions in real-time. Key features like automated data recording, a user-friendly interface, and structured transaction handling met user needs effectively. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) confirmed that the system met functional requirements and ran smoothly, offering useful feedback for improvement. Overall, the system enhanced efficiency, reduced errors, and supported better service delivery

Abstract

The development of digital technology demands increased student programming competency as part of strengthening digital literacy. However, information technology learning in high schools (SMA/SMK) is usually limited to the use of basic software and web programming. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the skills of SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa Batam students by teaching them the basics of web programming using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The activity was carried out in four stages: preparation, intensive hands-on training, and project-based learning. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, and program follow-up. The evaluation results showed that the average score increased by 61.6% from 52.4 in the pre-test to 84.7 in the post-test. In addition, 86% of participants were able to complete a simple website project independently. The level of participant satisfaction with the training was very good. The results indicate that the practice-based training approach is effective in improving students' conceptual understanding and technical skills in website development. As a model for continuously strengthening students' digital competencies, this program can be implemented in other schools.

Abstract

Batam waters are one of the busiest shipping lanes in Indonesia, with high ship traffic density and complex movement patterns. This condition requires data analysis techniques that can accurately identify and adapt ship movement patterns. The purpose of this study is to study ship movement patterns using Automatic Identification System (AIS) data, and also to see how the K-Means and DBSCAN algorithms work in the data clustering process. The AIS data used includes geographic coordinates, observation time, speed, and direction of ship movement in Batam waters. This study includes the application of the K-Means and DBSCAN algorithms, feature extraction and normalization, and data pre-processing to improve data quality. Internal validation metrics used to assess cluster quality are the Silhouette Score and the Davies–Bouldin Index. The results of the study show that the DBSCAN algorithm has a better level of cluster cohesion and separation between clusters than K-Means. The K-Means algorithm produces a Silhouette Score value of 0.48 and a Davies–Bouldin Index value of 0.91, while the DBSCAN algorithm produces a Silhouette Score value of 0.62 and a Davies–Bouldin Index value of 0.67. In addition, DBSCAN can find sound data of 19.96% of the data set, which indicates abnormal ship movements or does not form a certain density pattern. The results show that the DBSCAN algorithm analyzes ship movement patterns with AIS data in the Batam waters better than K-Means. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of maritime information systems that help monitor ship traffic, make decisions about safety, and manage waters.

Abstract

The administration of church operations at GBI Shalom Piayu has historically relied on manual record-keeping, resulting in inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and limited operational oversight. This study presents the design and implementation of a Church Information System aimed at optimizing the management of congregation data, church activities, tithes, and offerings. Employing the Waterfall development methodology, the research integrates systematic phases of requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment. The system features online member registration, dynamic activity management, reporting, all centralized within a relational database. Performance evaluation indicates significant enhancements in operational efficiency: login is completed in under one second, member data entry requires seconds, and updates are processed within two seconds. The system substantially reduces manual workload, mitigates errors, and accelerates access to critical information. Future research is recommended to expand functionality to comprehensive financial management, advanced activity scheduling, and multi-platform accessibility via desktop and mobile applications. This study contributes a foundational framework for the digital modernization of church administration, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
